Professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and excellent work!! Couldn’t be happier with our new floor. Job was finished in less than 4 hours, materials came in earlier than projected, job was completed 5 days earlier than scheduled and the price was very good! Will use these guys again and highly recommend to anyone wanting to change flooring!

We picked a floor from a sample. I had to call multiple times before I got a date for them to come out and measure. The man that came to measure commented on some sticky notes we put on our newly installed custom made kitchen cabinets. The notes identified some defects in very expensive cabinets. His comment came with a snarky attitude. He said their company couldn’t do any better, as if to say we are too picky. What? Who says that to a potential customer and he was rude. We still decided to go with them based on a recommendation but they never called us or emailed us the estimate. We called and left messages asking for an estimate but they never returned our calls. Very unprofessional and poor customer service seems to be the trend with this company. In their own words, they do less than top quality work.

I work with this company through my job and decided to use them for a personal project. From my first call in to request a quote to the time my 450 s.f. LVT flooring was installed was less than 1 week (I already had the material). They showed up on time, were very polite and easy to work with and the quality was perfect. Highly recommend.

Great people to work with, very organized, arrived on time and in a very pleasant manner. very respectful to me and my home. Did a wonderful job on the floor looks great. they clean up after themselves and make sure the rest of the house that they had to walk through was also clean. they also cleaned up the driveway of sawdust from the wood base I had put up as well. would defiantly recommend and hoping to work with them in the future for some other work in my home.

Pros: They ordered the carpet quickly and were able to install it quickly. It does look nice.Cons: Not the friendly & full service you would expect from a Family Owned company. I chose Vee Jay at the recommendation of my contractor. I should have stuck with a big-box store, the experience is better.If you want someone that doesnt help move furniture or do any kind of finishing work (no transition between flooring types/ rooms), then go ahead and give them a call.

My father had VeeJay install wall to wall in his basement, beautiful job. Had the floors and the stairwell done. The stars were perfect. Each corner wrapping around the steps looked seamless. Unfortunately there was a flood a week later. But they did such a good job that the carpet was easily saved with some clean up and drying. 4 years later and it still looks awesome.

Great people to work with. Huge showroom with so many options of flooring to choose from. The floor I chose looks wonderful in my kitchen after installation.

If you want some stranger thats never been in your house before to tell you what to do with your floors with an attitude, this is your place. Ill be going somewhere else to get my hardwood replaced because they wouldnt listen to me.

A total rip off! Bad communication and poor customer service unless you like attitude. We had our office done with laminate flooring only to find out no padding laid on sub floor prior A reputable company named Ruggeri Flooring we hired to complete the remaining of our home discovered for us when I asked the contractor to inspect the hack job of Vee Jay Flooring. You live and learn.
