Cody was extremely helpful through the whole process. My wife and I got to browse the samples and ask all of our questions in a no pressure environment. Cody was very knowledgeable about their products and even allowed us to borrow their large samples for a couple of days to ensure we get a good sense of how the final product will look in our home. He worked with us on our budget and our installation timing. I would recommend them to anyone!

I had a great experience with Marco. He was very knowledgeable and I walked away with a great deal. I explained what I was looking for and he guided me to one at the best value for the price. They had it in stock and it was installed within 5 days. The carpet is now installed and it looks great.

In my opinion, the WORST flooring store in the upstate.From sub Contractor side, these people steal from their employers and pay bottom dollar prices for labor and materials.Very unprofessional and take advantage of good people!!

Ordered floors, receipt doesn’t say 30 days from purchase date. I didn’t get the floors in my home until 9 days later (thought that started the 30-days) and the installer opened the box and boards were uneven in stain color. Couldn’t return for an exchange. Most things are special order so they make you pay $99 for shipping to them, not your home. You still have to pick up from them. Better suited for contractors not individuals.

Were really giving them 0 stars. I went to their Pelham Rd show room, picked out a carpet, and had the room measured in a timely matter, and everything stopped right there. I called after not hearing anything & left a message for the salesmen. Nothing. Today Home Depot installed the carpet. Well be sticking with the big box.

Today this company did warranty work at my new home(Ryan Homes Builder).The quality of the work was absolutely terrible.Not only are the seams done poorly the installer cut some of the vinyl on other parts of the floor(my wife saw him do it)now that area is damaged.He also dropped a heavy tape measure and damaged another area.This is the 2nd time they did warranty work.The first time they were careless with the glue and had to come back and fix that.I would not recommend this company to anyone.

My company has been using FLOORS for about 3 years now and we love them! We call for all of our flooring needs. Great value for the price, great customer service and super responsive. Id highly recommend them for all flooring needs.

We was not told or the paper says must return unopen boxes within 30 days. We tried to retuen 2 boxes to get money back so we can use for other things for our kitchen. They refused us. Even though we love our floor but not worth feel rush finish it and return whatever is left. We was plan to buy more for rest of our house because of good price ans good quality but not worth it. Bad business I believe! They just lost another customer. Btw We are Deaf.. wonder if they are taking advantage of us 🤔

Great supplier

This place does not get it right the first time like their website claims. When we picked up our order the first time they gave us 3 different runs of flooring which didnt fit together, their website says they are open on Sunday...apparently they are not. Waited until Monday told us our floors would be in by the 11th, they were not. Called at 5:00 on the 12th to be told the floors arrived, when I asked if they were just not going to call us they said they had other customers and the manager acted as if he wasnt really aware or just didnt care what was going on.Finally they delivered the floors with free delivery on the 13th.Our living room had been torn apart so we could put the new floors down for over a week, we have young children so it made it difficult with them. I didnt appreciate the non-urgency or the lack of apology for the mess up on their part. The floors are very pretty but the customer service is terrible.

Go here before you go to a Lowes or Home Depot. Great service, both in the sales office and at the point of installation. Quality product, installation and service. Definitely recommended.

Poor customer service!! We made an appointment for them to come and give an estimate on replacing carpet and the rep was very rude once we told them we had an estimate from another company and wanted to compare. He then told my husband he could not bring carpet to our house to let us look at it and that we would have to come in the store. We informed him that the other company brought carpet samples to our house and he then hung the phone up. My husband called back and the rep preceded to keep hanging the phone up! What makes it sadder is that once we spoke with the manager he was just as rude and ignorant as the rep! It is just no excuse for ignorance and I am happy to spend my money elsewhere.

Excellent Experience; Best quality, price and professional installation. Were ontime and didnt even notice I replaced my floors from the old ones to the new beautiful floors; made my house looks wonderful.

We just finished remodeling our kitchen and our budget was really, really tight. We went everywhere to see if we could afford to squeeze out carpeting from what was leftover from the kitchen, it seemed impossible. We went to Lowes, Greer Flooring and tried our DirectBuy discounts (took too long to get samples) we almost over paid until we stopped in to FLOORS on Pelham Road. MAN AM I GLAD WE DID!! They saved us nearly $600. We bought gorgeous Dream Weaver carpeting, padding and installation right on budget! They didnt overcharge for little things either like tack strips that other dealers will nail you for, these folks are right on! They just installed it today and did a professional, meticulous install, the guys were polite and cleaned up everything! BEFORE YOU GO ANYWHERE, SEE THEM FIRST!
