Leon is the most knowledgeable, caring person there. We have bought beds from him for many years. He always gets it right. This will be the only place I ever use for my beds.Looking forward to the next time we get to visit Leon and his great selection.

I had very poor service from Leon he was not willing to listen to what I had to say Ive told me I had to get the same mattress that I didnt want the one I wanted was a lot more I was gonna buy the cooling bed for 2.799 but he said I wouldnt be able to do that so I had to get the same kind Im returning and I am not happy with it. I really wanted the therapeutic bed but he said I had to pay the whole difference then we have had neck and back surgery he also said he was getting upset.with me because I was talking to long and he needed to wait on another customer but I was a customer first so he told me to just take my papers and go and he would have my mattress delivered wensday and I really dont want I got but thats what I had to take the first time we came in and bought the first one we dealt with Boyd and he was awesome but Leon I hope never deal with him again I really really wanted the cooling bed .

Turned out the mattress I bought a few weeks ago went on sale for 4th of July. Looked online and found that mattress firm has a policy for giving you the difference within 120 days - given some restrictions like item wasnt already in clearance when you got it.Called in and got the difference refunded.

I dont often write reviews, but I definitely wanted to write one regarding the store manager, Boyd Mayes. Boyd was personable, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He got us the best price possible and was very efficient in the whole process. After the delivery of our mattress and foundation, we decided that we needed a low profile foundation (4 inches shorter than a standard foundation/box spring). Boyd easily arranged for this and within 15 minutes we were all set to receive one that day.Specifically related to COVID19, the store took recommended precautions, had a sanitation station and went so far as cleaning each pen after use. Overall, a very easy and pleasurable experience.

She had info prepped after our phone conversation and showed us exactly what was of interest to us. We were there 20 mins on Thursday night and purchased a Cali-King set to be delivered on Sunday. Other Mattress Firms and other mattress stores in Greenville, SC were useless on the phone. Not very good salespeople and they lost a quick and decent sale for their company! I needed a low profile box spring, I got one at a good price and free delivery. I bought it on Sunday and they delivered it the next day. I was scheduled for 1130 and 115. They arrived at 1200.

I didnt like that we purchased it in one place and have to go to pick it up somewhere else, when we walked in, the guy that sell us the mattress didnt even acknowledge us until I asked him if he could help us, the whole time we were there he didnt look up.But the mattress seems ok... Will see tonight, but if you wanted to know if were happy with the mattress, you should have waited at least 2 nights to see.

Oliver is really nice and helpful excellent at customer service. But other than that not the best experience. We were delivered the wrong thing the first time and to fix it they sent us a ripped mattress and a base that was dented and had paint on it. Like wow.
