Today Brett and Darren from Jeff Lynch delivered our new refrigerator. I have never had a more positive experience with any appliance or furniture delivery. Kind, courteous and professional! Brett took the utmost care navigating the old fridge out into the garage and the new fridge into the kitchen, making sure to not bump or scratch anything in the house.Our sale rep Nate was also fantastic to work with and we look forward to receiving the rest of our appliances when they come in. Always have the latest & highest quality inventory in the upstate. Due to Covid and long lead times, it was a tough time to do a full kitchen remodel. We ended up going with all Thermador Appliances . I purchased an LG Washer and Dryer from Bob Lee of Jeff Lynch Appliance & TV Ctr. Bob was very knowledgeable and helpful to us in our selection of the right washer/dryer combo and he also gave us the best price compared to other retailers. He scheduled delivery and installation quickly and we had our new washer and dryer delivered and installed within 2 business days. Jeff Lynch Appliance & TV Ctr has their own delivery and installer team. Winston and Brandon called ahead and arrived at the time they promised. We recently bought 3 appliances from Jeff Lynch and were extremely satisfied with our experience from start to finish. Ours sales agent Jennings was very knowledgeable and helped us determine which units were best for our specific needs. The delivery guys, Justin and Joshua, for our ice machine were also very professional and courteous. They made the delivery as convenient as possible by communicating their status and expected arrival time throughout the day.One of our purchases was a washer/dryer for the upstairs. We tried using Home Depot initially and they came by twice to deliver the unit BUT once they realized it was on the second floor, they said they could not do it....it was clear they were lying and simply didnt want to do it. When the Jeff Lynch team of Dixon and another guy(cant remember the other guys name) showed up they were well aware of the second floor install and handled it with ease. They even removed the old units from upstairs and were very careful not to damage the stairs, walls etc.Well be using Jeff Lynch for ALL of our appliance needs moving forward. Thank you Jeff Lynch! By far the best service we have had! We purchased a VERY large LG fridge. The guys doing installation had to take doors off fridge, doors off my house to get it inside. These 2 guys Joshua Janis and Justin Raines worked their tales off in the heat, very professional and polite!! Mind you we are replacing a 2 year old Samsung fridge purchased from Home Depot that the ice maker would freeze up every 3 weeks and no one will work on Samsung appliances. This was our FIRST TIME PURCHASING from Jeff Lynch and I am saying now we will continue to only purchase from them! OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!!!!!

BEST DELIVERY EXPERIENCE WEVE EVER HAD. Our delivery men, Tim Wooten and Bobby Burgess, provided the best delivery service we have ever experienced. They were courteous, professional, and, remarkably cheerful. They took care to prepare everything outside the house and made sure to keep both the furniture and our floors clean. Most importantly, they had to try several alternatives to get one large piece into our basement. Though it looked to us that it might be impossible, they never gave up and were determined to make it work - which it did. We have appreciated all the fine staff at Jeff Lynch and Tim and Bobby especially.
BUYER BEWARE! One month prior to closing on our home my wife and I went to Jeff Lynch to buy a refrigerator. We told them we wanted to be shown pieces that they had in-stock at the store and were pointed at a few. We made a purchase that day, they set up delivery the same day as our closing. The week of delivery I called on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to confirm our delivery. On Monday, I talked to a sales person who was not our salesman and he told me it was not in stock anymore.I told him it was in stock at the time of our purchase. He said because I purchased the refrigerator one month in advanced of our delivery it was likely that the refrigerator was sold to someone else who had a sooner delivery date and they GUESSED that our refrigerator would be back in stock for our delivery date. So, they sold one refrigerator to someone else after we purchased it and took the risk that another one would show up in time for our delivery.... Because thats business right?It was not until Thursday that I finally talked with our sales associate and he told us they no longer had it in stock and they would be unable to deliver anything. Then he tried to turn the situation around on us and tell me that they might not have it in stock WHEN THEY HAD IT IN STOCK WHEN WE PURCHASED IT.I asked for an immediate refund which was granted, but then we were left without a refrigerator on the closing day of our new house because of a gamble this company took.We had planned on going to Jeff Lynch for more appliances as we are redoing our kitchen. Needless to say, they have lost our trust and all future business which is truly a shame because Id rather buy from them compared to a big box store.

Our 8 year old 55 Samsung wall mounted TV in our living room died, and I needed a replacement quickly with family arriving from FL in a couple days. But I didnt know what to buy or where to begin looking.What I remembered was the service we got from Jeff Lynch several years ago when we bought several great appliances and a bed for our home remodel. So thats the first place I went to look. There I met Doug Davis in the TV department. Friendly and Very knowledgeable. Doug quickly helped me understand the options and made a couple recommendations to consider. I quickly went from knowing nothing, to feeling like I could make an informed decision. I decided on a 65 Sony. Before loading it they gave it a going over at pick-up to be sure it looked and worked perfectly. Products have never been a problem at Jeff Lynch Appliances; been dealing with them for years. Good quality, reasonably priced. Even more impressive were the two gentlemen (Joshua and Justin) who set up my new refrigerator and took away the old one. These guys were more concerned about scratching things on the way in and out than I was. The extra space to maneuver was minimual so they took their time and went the extra mile to make certain that the installation took place according to their standards and not mine (their standards were higher than mine!). Great doing business with these folks.

I really like the president of store Mark Lynch because he was good to my friend Pressley Stutts and want to support his business. But I have some suggestions that I wish the store would make. Number 1 the return policy is not clear. The return policy is a little misleading on some products. Sure their not amazon they are a local store and dont want to waste money and resources. Number 2 I went into buy a tv and they are required to open the box in the store. I wish that they would put this on the website or make it clear to the customer that they would do this. I understand they dont want some Youtuber making a tech destruction video in the store losing money. If they can fix these issues and it would be a great store and I would recommend it to everyone to go purchase their televisions and electronics.

Had the most wonderful experience with Joshua Janis and Justin Raines today. They came to deliver and install a new dryer. Instantly they realized my current washer was not compatible with the dryer I ordered. Joshua quickly resolved the situation by kindly presenting me with all my possible options. This could have been a nightmare of a delivery but instead these two remained pleasant and helpful the entire time. I have requested for this team to handle all of my future deliveries. On 7-23-21 we had our new adjustable bed delivered by 2 professional and courteous young men employed by The Jeff Lunch Appliance Ctr. They were compliant with calling that morning and firming up the time for delivery we had requested. They followed up by calling us immediately when their truck broke down and informing us as to their time delay. They arrived on time and continued to be courteous and helpful. From appliances to furniture, Jeff Lynch has been our local favorite for many years for appliances and furniture. #shoplocal I recently renovated our bonus room and we were in desperate need of new furniture. My wife had already made a purchase (Flexsteel power recliner) for my 50th birthday in March of this year which is the most comfortable (and cool with Bluetooth controls) that we have ever had. So after the renovation we needed something to compliment that nice piece in the new room. We were pleased to find similarly styled power furniture also from Flexsteel that were also extremely comfortable. Our go-to salesman is Jennings Tanner. He is knowledgeable about everything in the store and he spends the time with you to make sure that you are comfortable with your purchase. We ended up purchasing a power sofa and matching power rocker/recliner.This past Saturday was delivery day and the JL team did not disappoint. We were contacted a couple days ahead of time to confirm the delivery date. The morning of the delivery we were contacted again and given the window when the delivery would be made. Right on schedule (despite us being their 10th delivery for the day), our driver (Tim Wooten) called and confirmed his ETA. Tim skillfully with the help of his partner (Bobby Burgess) backed the delivery truck into our wooded driveway. They were both very professional and courteous. They ably hauled the furniture up a small set of stairs to our porch and then up a larger staircase to our second floor. They skillfully assembled and tested the furniture before they doubled checked the room for any trash that they may have made during the installation.Be sure to find Jennings in the store for your purchase and request Tim W. & Bobby for your next delivery!

After our 10 year old whirlpool washer and dryer finally kicked the bucket it was time for a well deserved new set. Not wanting to wait a week for a set to be delivered we called Jeff Lynch which happened to be the only place that had the set we were looking at in stock. The entire purchase process was a breeze and our delivery was able to be scheduled for the very next morning. Day of delivery Josh was very attentive calling first thing in the morning to confirm the details as well as an hour prior to their arrival. Both Josh and his partner Seth got to work installing the set and removing the previous ones. Overall, the experience on the phone with Eric, in store with Loren and delivery with Josh and Seth were excellent! Great customer service!
Just a quick note of appreciation to the staff and team at Jeff Lynch. While visiting my 89 year old Korean War veteran father-n-law, he voiced concerns about replacing his now-dead refrigerator patronizing one of the big box stores. He made the decision to buy locally. Our experience shopping at Jeff Lynch was totally different. From the knowledgeability and affability of our sales professional Keith, to the empathy of an unnamed manager who scheduled the βmercy deliveryβ, to the strength and ability of Daniel and Moses making the delivery, you made our shopping experience enjoyable. Our purchase was made at 11:45 and the refrigerator was installed in his home and running at 4:15. Make your own decision but I encourage you to save time and money, shop Jeff Lynch.
My refrigerator went out while I was on vacationβ¦. Everyoneβs nightmareβ¦. I had limited time to make a purchase and Austen was able to help me find the refrigerator that I wanted and have it installed in 24 hours. He was very honest about the choices that were on back order and the delays I might encounter with choosing something not in stock. David and Dale arrived promptly the next day with my refrigerator and had it installed within about an hour. The service was wonderfulβ¦. Now we shall see if this new GE 3000k refrigerator was worth all the hype. the LG Iβm replacing was only 5 years old and I was told by the repair man that it wasnβt worth fixing. I usually dont write reviews. That said, my experience with Jeff Lynch was so disappointing that I believe I need to share.A couple of years ago, we purchased a Kitchenaid dishwasher from Jeff Lynch. We were satisfied with delivery and installation and decided to go back to Jeff Lynch to buy a Bosch Washer and Dryer. The model we chose from the Bosch website was the top-of-the-line 800-series, each priced at $1,549.95. The top model is a condenser dryer, and the washer comes with Boschs Aquastop feature, which stops the water flow in case of a leak, both features we liked.Since we had high confidence in Jeff Lynch, we ordered by phone and made a deposit.During delivery and installation, I noticed a dent in the Dryers side panel. When I pointed it out, the delivery driver ignored me. Since they wore no masks during the delivery, I wanted them out of my house as quickly as possible, decided to let them go and contact the store instead.After they finished the installation, the driver showed me the OEM hoses which came with the washer. He told me that he had to install Jeff Lynchs Stainless Steel hoses and offered to leave the Bosch hoses. I pointed out that I purchased the washer because of the Aquastop feature and instructed him to change them. Later I found out that Jeff Lynch had charged me $22 for the 2 Stainless Steel hoses.Once the installation crew had left, we decided to try the new machines.To our surprise, the washer had a deep cut on the top panel, which continued right across the top of the control panel. The crew never pointed this out to me.Jeff Lynch informed me that, based on Covid-19, they would not exchange the machines but repair them. This Covid19 Policy wasnt published on their website, and a written policy didnt exist.I spent over $3,000 on these machines and, I expressed my disappointment about the repair offer. I suggested reducing the price or provide an extended warranty, a $200 value per machine. The salesperson rejected both proposals. Our old washer and dryer were already disposed of by Jeff Lynch, so we got stuck with no recourse, except an elaborate repair, which concerned us.We decided to use the machines. While the dryer ran, we wondered how often we would have to empty the condenser tank. To our surprise, we found out that there is a hose that disposes of the condensed water and found out that the installation crew had stuck the hose into the dryer vent. I contacted Jeff Lynch again. Jeff Lynch confirmed that this was the correct way of installing a condenser dryer. The Bosch manual clearly shows that it is supposed to drain into an external drain.After this embarrassing episode, I received a voice mail from a manager offering $150 Manufacturers Credit per machine. When I called back to discuss the offer, another manager answered the phone, told me he would help me, but never contacted me again. It has been almost 2 weeks now, and I think that based on other reviewers feedback, I will never hear from Jeff Lynch again.Unfortunately, I never looked at the feedback on Yelp, and the myriad of 1-Star-Reviews, before I spent my money with Jeff Lynch. Ill go ahead and inform Bosch about the performance of their Greenville distributor.Nobody ever treated me like this. I think I learned my lesson and will never put a foot in that store ever again.

This was my first appliance purchased from Jeff Lynch. I had already been to three different stores before I made my way there. I wish I had started there to begin with! Eric (Leigh) was so incredibly helpful in guiding me through the purchase of my LG Fridge. Communication regarding delivery was clear. I received a phone call the day before delivery and then again on the day of delivery. Tim and Russell were professional and friendly. They did an excellent job taking out the old fridge and installing the new one. I am so incredibly pleased with the service I received.

Could somebody teach delivery drivers how to park and not block principal road? Today one of them was talking by phone while 2 cars was waiting to pass through. They had more space to parking and not block the road. After the dropped the appliances off they was sitting in the truck for a 30 second. The plate of the truck is P591103 with the number K-3. Please take this into account for futures deliveries.

My husband and I ordered a fridge, washer and dryer back in March. We knew our house would be done by the end of May. We started a production build in January and wanted to be proactive about our appliances that were not included in our house. I know there is an appliance shortage (our builder got our stove, microwave, and dishwasher in time). We are normally very understanding. HOWEVER, we specifically selected appliances to avoid delays. We chose things that were already in stock and easy to get. Unfortunately, we felt there was dishonesty. Not only did they say our fridge would be sitting in their warehouse at the beginning of May (later, they called us as said it could be as late as the end of JUNE), we discovered that our sales associate hadnt been up front about our washer and dryer as well. When we put our deposit down, our sales associate said the washer and dryer were in stock and already at the warehouse. We canceled our fridge and ordered from Lowes, because we cant live in our house for a month with no fridge. We got a call TODAY, 6 days from closing, that our washer was in, but not our dryer. That was not even disclosed when by husband called to pay our balance this morning. You read that correctly: he was NOT told that the items for which he was paying hadnt even come in yet. We only learned AFTER wed paid our ENTIRE balance. We were told conflicting pieces of information repeatedly, continually had a difficult time reaching any sales associates, and expected to just deal with the incompetence of things that were over promised and under delivered. They never once offered us a discount for our trouble or even a free delivery. I expected them to offer us a comparable fridge, but they expected us to pay the difference (offered us more expensive fridges, of course). If they had been up front with us, things might have been different. But the dishonesty and somewhat questionable money grabs finally made us throw the towel in. I would have even been satisfied if there was some sort of apology or Hey, let us get you free delivery or a discount since we cant deliver what we promised. But no such thing happened. The man who canceled our order was kind and apologetic, but that was the only time any sort of understanding of our situation was expressed. Im not sure if there was miscommunication or what, but we wanted to patronize a local business. We couldnt do that in the end.

Have now bought an LG washer and dryer from Jeff Lynch and have been pleased each time. Joshua Janis and Justin Raines our delivery men were courteous an knowledgeable. Dryer was installed seamlessly and we couldnt be happier with the final product.

We ordered a washer and dryer than needed to be ordered. We are given an estimated time for delivery but it was extended a couple times. That in itself is not a big deal. But they never called to update up. We had to call them.When the delivery date finally came, it didnt arrive on time. In fact, I was told we were push behind other jobs.

Jeff Lynch is where you need to go for any and all appliances, electronics, furniture and bedding! We just got the speed queen washer and dryer from there and couldnβt be happier! Cas was the one who sold it to me and he was more than helpful. But what made this whole thing better was the service provided by Cory and Bobby! They were very helpful and insightful with how to take care of my new purchases and they took care of my stuff as if it was their own. Ive never bought anything from Jeff Lynch, or had a delivery from them until now. I was actually very impressed with Josh J and Seth F during their delivery. I felt that they went above and beyond and took the time to explain features of our new appliance. They even drove away and then came back to make sure I understood how to operate the temperature controls. VERY friendly and helpful, and they worked fast. Very pleased and surprised that we got such good service.

The guys took great care in protecting our home during the removal of the old and install of the new appliance. I purchased an entire new set of appliances for my kitchen. Stewart Miller was amazing in that he knew what I wanted based on previous business and he directed me to the best products for my family. I just want to commend your delivery guys Winston and Brandon from Jeff Lynch. I am giving them the highest rating possible. These guys were so thorough and professional. They never touched any of my walls or furniture while putting in my appliances, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. I noticed that they actually used a measuring tape. What really got my attention was they helped and assisted me on several wasp hives from outside on my porch while bringing in the appliances. Also they helped assist me in putting in my screws on my screen door, which was already missing screws before they got here. If I ever need delivery service again I will definitely ask for Brandon or Winston. I hope this review give them a salary raise which is very much deserving. They were both professional all the way. First time buyers with Jeff Lynch and it was a great experience. Our salesperson Jim was very straightforward and helpful (no BS). And our delivery guys Cory and Bobby were outstanding. We were their last stop at the end of probably a long day, yet they still were so professional and took extreme care to unpack and move everything in carefully. They worked together well and took real care not to scratch our wood floors or the furniture they delivered. A+

I have purchased 2 complete kitchen and 2 set of washer & dryers in past 20 years .. along with a few replacements.. dishwasher.. microwave.. and have always felt like I received a very competitive price.My salesmen were always helpful in making sure products were ordered, delivered and installed on a timely basis. My one negative with Jeff Lynch is follow up calls ... once the appliances are delivered I have never once been called by Jeff Lynch to see if all was good.. and to ask if I was happy or had any questions about my major household purchases ???So many businesses just donβt care once itβs out the door .. I think it would be nice to get a call .. email.. something.. to say Thanks for doing business with us .. we hope to help you again with any future needs... just my opinion.
My husband and I ordered a couch on May 1st and were told it could take up to 14 weeks before we receive it. We are now on week 22. We have yet to receive even one call from them about our order. Every time we call and speak to our salesperson (Bob Dellerd) he says he has no idea when we will receive it or where our couch even is. They have taken our money and refuse to give any sort of answers other than that we are βnext up on the listβ to receive the couch when it comes in. Iβm sorry but even with coronavirus delays, I find it hard to believe it takes 22 weeks to make and deliver a couch. We feel taken advantage of and extremely frustrated with the way we have been treated.

One of the few places to even offer the Speed Queen brand of Washer/Dryer. Sales process was very easy, just told the facts and no pressure to buy. Able to purchase and get delivered in a very short timeframe. Delivery was great, very careful bringing machines in and set up and tested before they left. Very happy with purchase and purchase process.
Not so great of a experience, bought a SAMSUNG (QN90A) 85 inch TV FOR $4800+, I went with the whole family to piick it up and surprise, their policy is for them to open the TV on their premises (back warehouse) to make sure is working which ruins the whole family experience of buying a TV and have the family open it together, I cancel the TV right and then, I went across the street to Best Buy and bought the same TV, got to take it home brand new and opened it with my family, if you buy a brand new TV which you dont do quite often (specially a 5k TV) you want to have the full experience of taking it home and open the TV with your kids, imagine if you buy a TV from this place as a gift for someone else? You would show up with a open box TV. Any other retailer like BEST BUY, COSTCO, SAMS CLUB, AMAZON lets you have that brand new xperience.It was my first time here and I will not recommend it nor will I ever come back.
We just purchased a refrigerator from Jeff Lynch, which was a first time purchase from them. Our salesman, Chad was very helpful and made some calls so that we could get our refrigerator within a couple of days and not have to wait 2 weeks since our refrigerator died and we were living out of coolers with ice. The delivery guys, Britt and Moses, were extremely helpful, the best install guys we have ever experienced.

They have our money and continue to say that we are βnext up on the listβ for the next couch that comes in. I find it hard to believe (even given coronavirus and shipping delays) that it takes 22 weeks for a couch to be made and delivered. We feel taken advantage of and extremely frustrated.
The whole process from shopping experience to delivery and set up was amazing! Have been doing business with Jeff Lynch for almost 20 years and every experience is a good day. Rowdy has been my sales person from the beginning. BUT, when I visit the store and he is not available, every sales professional I come in contact with reaches out to help. Very personable and knowledgeable. Delivery exceeded my expectations recently. Both times they came early! Great! Last delivery Britt & Moses teamed up like the βDynamic Duoβ to deliver a Refrigerator safely and carefully on my newly installed floor with such precision that I was astounded! Older homes can have narrower doorways, but these two professionals got the job done. I enjoyed their visit. They represented Jeff Lynch well. I prefer Jeff Lynch because they service what they sell. Dispatch Fails to DeliverAfter a few recent purchases from Jeff Lynch we purchased a washer and dryer last weekend to be delivered a week later. Delivery was scheduled between 2-5 PM on the selected day. This time was confirmed the day prior and arrangements were made to be available to receive the delivery. Just before 2 PM, the delivery window was moved to 3-5 PM (no problem). Thereafter, no additional feedback was provided until customer contacted the office at 445 β ETA unavailable but team will call you shortly. Just before 6, the office was called again (as we never heard back previously) to understand the status of the delivery β at this time an ETA of 930 PM was provided. Washer and dryer was delivered at 830 PM by a great delivery team who wasted no time; however, had been hung out to dry by dispatch with 8-10 stops and 250-300 miles in a single day (with one more after they left my house at 9PM. Jeff Lynch talks about being a local company and family operated but despite having great sales and delivery staff they clearly donβt have the process or infrastructure in place β will roll the dice with a big box like Home Depot next time, their processes/infrastructure couldnβt be any worse than my experience with Jeff Lynch
Posting this for my neighbor. She purchased a new refrigerator at you store on Monday. The delivery was to be on Tuesday. The young men that delivered it were very nice. They worked hard and took away the old fridge and installed the new. Craig and Tristin know what they were doing. They explained how to replace the water filter and how the ice maker and water worked. She really appreciated them and how well mannered they were. Thank you Craig and Tristan and Jeff Lynch.
Overall, we had a good experience buying our appliance from Jeff Lynch. Stan was the sales person and he was great at helping to pick out our appliances to make sure we got the features we wanted. We were remodeling our kitchen so we ordered several weeks in advance and received a call when all of our appliances were in. We called to schedule a specific delivery date, but they did not arrive as planned, so that was a negative. We like our appliances so far, but much too early for any sort of critical review of them. The actual delivery went smooth and had good communication from Britt for letting us know the exact delivery time. Britt and Nate were very careful bringing the appliances into our home. One part was missing from our range and Nate was instrumental in getting one shipped to our home within a couple of days. A strong selling point for us was that Jeff Lynch has their own dedicated service person for LG appliances. I would definitely buy from them again.
