Joe did a GREAT job serving us at Mattress Firm! He helped us to find the best mattress to get us our best night’s sleep and we were in and out quickly with no problems. He also got us a great price and gave a free pillow. Who could ask for more?

Frank (from the Seneca location) is an awesome, knowledgeable salesman! He helped us pick out the perfect mattress and definitely worked hard to make the sale! Delivery is this Sunday.Frank called on Friday at 6pm and talked us into an older but same version (due to transportation delay with our mattress) so we could keep our scheduled delivery date. It saves us $350. We are okay with it as long as it is what we want. We visited the store and laid on mattresses to find the PERFECT one for a reason. If this mattress isnt what we want/like, we shouldnt be held to the exchange/return charge that they require.We are hoping that we are pleased with our mattress Sunday night & stay pleased with our Mattress Firm experience!

Hythem (not sure if I’m spelling this right!) was super helpful. We bought a mattress for our daughter and he was not pushy or trying to upsell anything. He gave us our options and talked to us about his recommendations. We were in and out of the store in under 30 minutes. We drove to the warehouse right after and picked up our stuff with no issues! Called to confirm that mattress frame I needed was in stock prior to arriving. Once I arrived I was informed it’s physically there but since it doesn’t show up on their inventory screen they can’t sell it to me. Instead I was instructed to go pick one up at a different location (warehouse) the next day.Salesman was apologetic, but I hate to drive across town (now twice) for something I called about ahead and once arrived was told something different. No discount was offered for their mistakes, just an apology and instructions to go somewhere else the next day.

The sales staff was very friendly and informative. They were more than helpful with no pressure to purchase. All of our questions were answered with great detail. We did purchase a adjustable bed and felt very comfortable with our decision. I would recommend them to anyone and I will.

I went to the Greenridge location. Dustin, the store manager, was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about mattresses. I ended up buying a mattress, but its a big investment and I found myself later questioning my decision. I called Dustin and he emailed me several links where I could read reviews about the bed and told me to think it over and let him know in the morning. Ultimately I emailed him that I wanted to cancel the purchase and would come by the store in the morning. Dustin beat me to it. I found an email response, complete with attached refund receipt. And he let me keep the body pillow (free bonus when I bought the bed). Im going to do more research and, if his store carries the mattress I decide upon, I will definitely buy it from him.

My wife and I were in there for 10 minutes and no one came out to greet, talk, or say anything. Laid on 3 mattresses to test the one we wanted and then ordered one online. Their loss, not mine.

Hythem was one of the best sales reps that I have ever dealt with. The main reason I bought the mattress there was because of him. I was looking at a couple of other places to buy but the education that he gave me on mattresses in general was priceless. You are lucky to have him.

The mattress was too thick for my bed and I ask to return it and get a the not so thick one. I was told that I bought it so I had to keep it. He did suggest I get I wouldnt wood one wrapped in material. That cost me an extra $80

Delivery now scheduled for Thursday...yes it matters because we gave away our bed in preparation for the new bed!!!
