Dustin was extremely friendly and patient as we took a couple days to make decision upon our new bed. His expertise was very helpful as we asked many questions and he responded accordingly

BOTH employees were super nice and helpful and they were so, very kind and understanding of my situation with my disability and took the time to make sure I was conformable the entire visit. Bri and the other guy, who I cant seem to recall his name, were GREAT! DEFINITELY recommend you getting your dream mattress here from one of these 2 wonderful people who took me in, took Care of me during the thunderstorms that evening and said they would stay open until it was safe outside for me to leave 😀😊
Loved the fact that my husband and I were the only customers. We got the BEST treatment. Brianna was amazing, very sweet and friendly. She was very knowledgeable. She helped us find the perfect bed. We have 2 other sleep number beds so we knew this was the way to go. Right now we have a queen P6 so we really upgraded to a king P8. The store was incredibly clean also.We want to thank Brianna for showing us what each bed had to offer and having patience while we decided what upgrades we wanted and could afford.

From the moment we walked in at the Greenville NC Stpre, we felt at home. The rep was assuring and extremely knowledgeable about the product and having known several people who have used a sleep number bed plus the demo of features made it a perfect choice. Thanks Asa...I cant wait to get my first good nights sleep on our new bed.
We have purchased a bed (delivery is Wednesday). The purchase was a pleasant experience and they were very informative. I recently ordered a pillow (on phone) as a surprise gift for my husband. The salesman goofed and well my husband got an email about his gift. I was disappointed.
Very happy with the experience in the store however I am very unhappy with the delivery process. When I initially requested a time I said as early in the day as possible but every time frame update I receive is later and later in the day. I have plans for the evening that cannot be changed and tried to call to get it moved to another day but the next available is over a month away. Why ask the best time if you are going to do whatever you want anyway?

We were impressed upon entering the Sleep Number Store in Greenville, we were given a big Welcome by Chris. He informed us that we could feel free to look and try any of bed we wanted. Chris stated he would be with us as soon as he finished with the prior customer. The wait was not long. Chris was very knowledgeable and efficient in answering all of our questions. Chris knew all the right questions to ask us to understand what we wanted and needed. Thanks to God for Chris we were able to purchase the bed of our choice. Also big kudos’ s to Chris and the other young man.
I can’t believe the same Manager works there. I came back afterwards two years to make a purchase and saw Grant standing right outside the front door smoking. Great second impression considering the first was awful too. They only respond to negative reviews. Shows they don’t care for the positive ones.
Salesperson at the store was nice enough. But neglected to disclose with us the return cost. Sleep Number commercials say try it for a hundred nights risk-free. But what you are actually getting is a return fee that is equal to your delivery fee. In our case, it was $250. So, an additional $250 for them to come and pick it back up. This information might have been handy when initially making the decision to purchase. There are nicer mattresses available that are more comfortable than this air mattress. Lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of unsatisfied customers with horror stories.
Very knowledgeable and very nice people to deal with. They explained the beds VERY well and did not pressure you to buy the most expensive one. We got one in the middle price range and they never tried to push me to anything I didnt want

Great store and wonderful beds. Ive struggled with back problems for 15 years. Sleep Number is absolutely the way to go for the best nights sleep. Im giving this 4 stars instead of 5 because we received several sales calls after wed already spent a very large amount of money on our bed and pillows. Their pillows are magnificent as well. Still calling every week to try and sell us more stuff when wed already purchased a huge amount with this company. The instore representative was knowledgeable, professional, and very nice. We would recommend this store but make sure to get on the no sales call list asap.
See Grant. VERY knowledgeable, low pressure, and helpful. We spent way too much, but cant WAIT to start enjoying our new bed and frame. My wife is also REALLY looking forward to the air COOLED mattress pad, a feature she immediately loved.
Latoya was very nice & professional! She walked us thru everything! But its amazing to me the cost of these smart beds! I mean nothing comes with the purchase! No sheets no pillows no brackets! I mean it was like we were paying for things SEPARATELY wen it should have come with it at least!😁

Purchased a bed from Greenville store, our delivery was canceled 3 different times. First 2 times was because the parts were not all in, 3rd time was because the delivery driver had an emergency and the truck was shut down for the day. Keep in mind we have been waiting 45 days and set aside 3 different days in our schedules to be home for delivery. Spoke with delivery department personnel who were very unsympathetic to the fact this was our 3rd cancellation . Their solution to the problem was I am sorry no solution was offered. Called the store and same got the same lip service. Called Corporate office and cancelled order, because we felt as though we were going to have problems in the future with the service department. When you spend that kind of money you would think they would care just a little bit about customer service, but apparently your hard earn money doesnt buy that. I will not recommend purchasing a sleep number bed from this store or any other sleep number store based on our experience. This has been the worst buying experience we have ever had to deal with. Our thoughts about SLEEP NUMBER BEDS!!!!

I went to the sleep number store near my home. After several demonstrations I decided which bed I wanted. I made it clear to the salesman which bed I wanted.We settled the paper work and left the store. Three weeks the bed was delivered to my home and set up. Much to my surprise, it was not the bed I ordered. I told the set up man the problem and he called his supervisor. He also told me to call the store where I bought the bed. I did and was told there was nothing they could do but to call the main office. I did that but got no satisfaction. I was told I could buy a more expensive bed, and that was that. So here I sit with a bed I don,t want.
Ill give it two because how many different mattresses there are to choose from. I really felt like the sales guy was probably fired from the worst used car lot ever.
