I looked EVERYWHERE for a specific induction range with air fry and they were sold out. I live 45 min from Hansbargers so I had never even heard of them! Someone referred them and said they were a locally owned business, so I gave them a call. Matt offered to order it for me and told me up front that it might be 3 months, I was happy to wait to get exactly what I wanted. To my surprise, within a month, I got a call that it was ready to be delivered. My experience with Hansbargers was amazing from my first call to the install and I love my new range! I will never go anywhere else for my appliances again!

The salesman was rude and pushy. He treated us like we were idiots. And a $50 delivery fee is outrageous since we live less than 3 miles from the store. So much for supporting local businesses, cant afford that delivery fee on top of higher prices.

Everyone tells yu right upfront what deals they have and they want yu to be a satisfied customer so they make sure everything that yu are purchasing is done correctly. I have gone to Hansbarger ever since a child with my parents to purchase appliances and furniture. Yu cant go wrong with hometown folks of the business that they are in. Besides, they wouldnt had stayed in business all these years if wasnt for the customers of the area which keep going back. Plus, I believe yu get Suberp Customer Service from a local hometown business and they treat yu with respect in purchasing your goods, well I am going to go back to them in the long run. I trust Hansbarger Home Solutions to assist me with all my house appliances, and never have had any problems. I give them A+.
