My store I love it I can found gift for all my friends also for my house for my garden and I can use my 20 % coupon and safe money

They have remodeled and the checkout is not better. Its worse.20 minutes to checkout in a corral like cattle.Its also worse if you are concerned with covid as you are packed in with people unlike before.

I had a great experience shopping here it had everything I needed. I spent hours deciding on if I wanted to spend the money I was spending and they made my mind up for me with the 20% discount on the total order and the great customer service we received we walked out of there with a great experience.

Picked up an item on the wedding registry which was easy and convenient. Has signs to let you know whats in each section of the store. Not crowded and very clean

I love this store. The associates are very friendly and helpful. You can always find the latest and greatest decor for your home. You can make your home look so beautiful and welcoming. If the store doesn’t have what you’re looking for, they can order it for you.

A nice smaller BB&B store. Seems well stocked, but I really expected to see a much larger facility. Some BB&B stores have well staged, entire rooms of furniture and various large displays of merchandise. This is probably appropriate for a smaller area like Greenville, but still a little surprising. It is like going into the Neighborhood Walmart and seeing what is missing from a Supercenter. Still a nice store to shop for many items.

I dont shop here on a regular basis but when I do Im always pleasantly surprised at the wonderful items I find and the value

BED BATH & BEYOND is one of my favorite stores to shop in for home decor & more... Customer Service always goes above & BEYOND... Also they seem to solve most of my household needs (& wants) and I always look forward to shopping there - Some employees that work on the floor are not as helpful & knowledgable as I expect but I make up for their incompetence by always being informed before getting to the store... Not to mention they give me 30% & 25% off coupons along with the usual 20% off coupons - The higher percentage normally is my motivator to shop...... Thanks to BBB I have a functional lovely home!

This was a massive store. They have so many items one could get lost for quite a while just looking at their wares. We found what we were looking for and the staff was very pleasant and efficient.

Unfortunately corporate has a check box if you accidentally check it it puts everything you registered for on a moneyvoucher. So as far a rating the wedding registry the rating would be a 0. My dil to be hadn’t received very many wedding gifts at her home a few days before her virtual shower. Upon discovery all of the gifts purchased had been deposited into the money fund. I went to BB&B on Woodruff Rd. The supervisor, Marcie went above and beyond to help me find and purchase items that were available in store She even provided me with gift bags!! Two days before when her Mother arrived, Sarah the manager assisted her and her Mother with other merchandise that had arrived. She also provided gift bags which was wonderful because would have spent hours wrapping. Corporate needs to delete that option in the registry. If a couple want a money voucher why would they register for items??? A big shout out to Marcie and Sarah for their outstanding customer service!!!!!

The lady that helped me and was very informative about the purchase I was trying to make. Also currently keep an eye out for clearance deals because they are getting rid of products so bed bath and beyond can bring in their own quality products.

Loaded with kitchen implements, low cost as well as better quality. I went in for a mesh strainer. Had choices among mesh strainers. Good! Mission accomplished.Clean. Organized. A lot of stuff. Need to return when I have more time.

A morning visit, and the clerk was helpful by showing me where and how to wrap my gift.Disappointed that they no longer mail out coupons. Had to haggle to get one.

This store has lots of neat household items but I can never find a price on items. There is sometimes a price checker machine available if it works. I recommend this place if you use coupons because items here are pricey.

Just called the store to see if a Mothers Day item was in stock. David checked for me but they did not have it in store. I was going to buy online, and then he gave me some additional valuable information for the online purchase I would have never considered. Thanks David!!

I visited here s few weeks ago for curbside pickup I I am NOT impressed at all. In fact, Im very concerned about the curbside pick up. The Female employee had zero clue / idea as to whom that pickup order belonged to & the MALE employee that brought me MY pickup acted like I was radioactive / poisonous gas. Really ? FAIL. I Wont be shopping here anytime soon. FAIL. Ridiculous & STUPID to be treated like I dont matter just because of a virus. I DO matter, FAIL

I can stay in this store all day ... I love all of the options for kitchen gadgets. I always walk out of there with something new to try. Join their e-mail list and get yourself a 20% off coupon to use in the store. Its worth it if youre buying a big ticket item. Be advised it usually takes 24-48 hours for the coupon code to arrive to your e-mail/phone.

Excellent customer service

I find it difficult to find items in the store. The way it is laid out, there is not a way to easily get to the rest of the store. One had to walk all the way around. This does give them more display space but as an older person, I find it inconvenient. Today, I was on a mission to find a new yeah can for the kitchen. Had to ask where they were and then was directed to the very front of the store past the checkout area. Found the one I researched but no price on the display or box. While it did check out with the price I found online, again it was inconvenient. They also have these 20% of coupons they send in the mail. I used one but why not just lower the price by 20% and be done?

It’s amazing to me all the other retailers can ship things to you within two days apparently the store can’t even get it to you within a week. Worst experience do not waste your time, they have to give all these coupons to people otherwise no one would shop here

BB&B has always been my #1 pick to decorate or redecorate my bath or bedroom.

Cashiers could be friendlier and very apparent missing merchandise.

Had some problems using my coupons the cashier tried her best but was not trained properly so I did not walk out as happy as I wanted to be

Very clean & pleasant customer service

The store was clean which was nice to see. The staff at customer service was very friendly & willing to help us. I picked up a wedge pillow thinking it was the one for $49.99, but it rang up at $109.99. The young woman knew exactly what happened & got on their radio system to get there pillow we wanted. The staff was fairly quick at getting us what we wanted.

Huge inventory for every room in the house. Upscale prices for bridal party gifts! Sales and coupon gifts for dorm room type items. So much inventory will spark your creative talents! We spent 2 hours just looking and enjoying the possibilities! I highly recommend this store!

App is difficult and cumbersome to use to, although requires to access EVERY time you use your Beyond+ membership. That was suppose to make saving 20% off entire purchase easier! 😔

There are like 5 coffee sections in this store and none of them have k-cup holders for some reason.

I did a return today. After waiting 4-5 min, I was told to get into regular cash out lane. Too bad management couldnt have put up a sign! Shelves looked a bit bare. Surprising

Went to this store and was told because it was opened i could not return an idem (cuisinart oven fryer $149.99) It was unused and brand new. When i opened it i realized the compartment was not big enough for what i want to use it for. So i wanted to up grade to the breville smart oven fryer/dehydrator ($399.99). I received the fryer as a gift so i didnt have a recipe. They would not let me exchange this idem. I would think if someone is willing to make an upgraded purchase why wouldnt they just accept the exchange? I do know after this Bed Bath and Beyond will not see another penny from this family.

They do have wonderful selections for kitchen, bath, and the house. The associates are friendly and helpful. ...catch is their prices. Pretty high for the general quality. However, everything I have needed I have been able to find there. So A+! They are a great location. Woodruff is what it is and not for the faint hearted! :-( Sorry fellow drivers! Tough road and tough parking area. Just have to watch people doing u-turns in the driveways and stopping in the middle.of things because they are uncertain. ..the STORE is great. It is the area that is so tough.

Always find what we need

Love the service, products and basically everything about the store until I get to the checkout, always a line. Please put some of those very nice and friendly people on the floor behind the checkout station. Im always in someones way trying to get checked out. The people are always so kind and helpful.

Parking lot pick up was awesome

My fiance and I came in for a wedding registry appointment. Our consultant was Vanessa and we cannot sing enough praises for this amazing woman! She was incredibly patient with us and gave fantastic recommendations. She got to know us and gave suggestions we never even would have thought of. We are incredibly grateful to her and all employees at this location. You have won fans for life!

Usually love shopping here and havent really shopped here in about a year or so - The dynamic & staff is definitely different... I remember it being a more joyous place to shop and I have to admit some of the staff is not so friendly and a little pompous... I get what I want & need but the attitudes could use some adjusting...

Love their coupons and selection! Had not planned on buying a Slim Cycle, but, when I tried their demo model, I was impressed with the stability and compact size, so I had one shipped to my home! I love it!

They had exactly what I wanted but they couldnt care less if I was there, bought from them, or had a question... The glasses I wanted werent out on the floor... I tried to find them on my own because the associates couldnt be bothered but I ended up having to ask for help and was made to feel like a bother... If I hadnt needed that as a gift for that day, I would have ordered online from somewhere else...

Just moved into a new house in the Greenville area in needed a lot of things for decorating. Bed Bath & Beyond was an excellent source. I purchased in store and online and was always satisfied with the products, quality and service. It was a good fit for me.

Wish I can remember the ladys name at the register... very strong southern accent ...so sweet, she is a great example of customer service. So many helpful kind employees there!

Horrible customer service for returns. Store is pretty limited compared to other locations and they make it virtually impossible to switch out a wrong color on a product if you dont have a registry. Kyle off the floor was rude and walked away mid transaction while discussing options with the clerk. Even the clerk commented on how rude he is. Target is way more customer friendly and right across the street.

They did not have any candy molds in this store! Had everything else you can think of or didnt know existed for cooking, but no candy molds!!

It started out really great! Tarin at the back, was amazing. She walked us everywhere and helped with everything! She was great. Honestly the only reason I am giving two starts instead of one is because of her. Then when we got to the check out with Cheryl. She was very rude and just made us feel like an inconvenience. She wasn’t helpful and was honestly rude. The manager that came over and helped with the coupon issue was great, but other than that, the rest of the experience was awkward and she didn’t smile once at us. The next customer was greeted politely and that really rubbed me the wrong way.

I end up spending too much money in this store. Love that you can stack their coupons together and they never expire. If they dont have something in stock, they will order it and ship it straight to your home too. They have a little bit of everything. The prices on the things Ive found are even cheaper than Amazon.

Revamped store layout is much more shopper friendly, particularly for a more orderly checkout process.

I just had a return this time, but when I walked into the Greenville, SC store I noticed it was very clean, well stocked & organized. Also the staff was very friendly. I did my return & walked store to look at items for our home that we are getting close to closing on. We recently moved from out west and bought a home in SC. My husband works in Charlotte, NC and I had to stop at one of your locations there to get something he requested for work. The staff in NC were very friendly & helpful also.

Horrible or experience. Went in planning on spending around $500 with this company. Was treated rudely and with utter disrespect. Management would not accept my 20% off membership off of an item that was $189 because it was already on sale for $160? To earn that 20% I had to spend a decent bit already with them. When I asked why he couldnt do it his response was only We have never done that. I asked to be shown where that was stated because I had done so before and his reply was simply...I dont know it should be on your coupon but we havent done that. Just an overall very frustrating experience.
