Great place to shop. The sales consultant was excellent no high pressure to sale me anything other than what I came in the store for. Will definitely buy future products from them.

Stay away from this company and the Greengate store in particular. I would have left a -5 if given the option. Very poor communication and order fulfillment. We paid for services that have not been rendered and a refund has not, and likely will not, be issued. The store manager, Bob, fails to properly return calls to resolve issues and blames the inability to resolve issues on the company being in complete disarray. The store manager provided assurances during the sales process that he did not stand by or act on when there was an issue. I will never recommend purchasing a mattress from this company. Stay away and save yourself the aggravation.

Worked with Bob, he did an incredible job helping me find a mattress that addressed my needs.

My husband and I did some preliminary research to find the best deal on a Queen mattress around the area as our finances were pretty tight. After finding out they had the best price, we came into the store to look over the quoted bed. The manager Bob was absolutely fantastic about finding a good, comfortable bed well within our budget, and even gave us a few options all within a $50 range of the one quoted. There was no pressure to pick the most expensive one of the 3 offered to us, and he was very helpful, kind and patient to answer any questions we had. We said we had to come back a few days later on our day off because we had to wait for payday and he was even willing to hold it for a few days, even though he might not be there. We ended up having time the following day so we went to purchase it and the sales rep Scott was equally as helpful with finding the one held for us and not pressuring us to a more expensive bed or pulling any fast ones adding accessories or junk on. Hands down the best service Ive had anywhere in a long time and will definitely return!

If 0 were an option...Moving to the area, I was under pressure to buy two twin mattresses for my kids. I called ahead and asked of delivery was available that night, since we would have to have kids sleeping on the floor otherwise, and he said it was.When I arrived, the first salesman said that hed have to deliver it, but would charge me $100 to deliver it (he was put out because there was a Steelers game in 30 minutes.)I was not in a vehicle that could take a mattress, and they were only cheap $250 twins, so I attempted to tie one on my roof of my car so we would have something.I came back the next day to pick up the other mattress. I was again given a $100 option, so, again, strapped it dangerously to my roof.When I got home I quickly realized that I was given the wrong mattress. It was the correct model, but an XL length hanging over the foot of the bed 4-5.When I called to find out what my options I spoke to this salesperson (see picture). Terrible. He said he didnt have time to come to swap them unless I waited a week or more. And would have to be in the packaging still, which was impossible since I had tried to put it in my home already. After several calls back and forth his district manager simply let him know to bring it back, clean and theyd swap it. So, frustrated, I made the third round trip.When I got there the salesperson refused to take it because it wasnt in in the plastic, even after just taking to him before I left home. He refused to let me take it, locked the door and called his DM again. Treated me like a criminal when I was insisting that they had given me the wrong mattress AND told me I could swap it.Finally gave it to me and refused to discuss anything further.This company puts themselves first. You have many options on the same street. This is not a place to do business.UPDATE:Asked to contact corporate after posting my experience and when I made an effort, no response. Fitting for the experience.

Fantastic in store experience. Sales rep (missed his name, tall guy with a beard and suspenders! ) was great. Knowledgeable and friendly, he quickly helped us find the right mattress for us. It would have been a 5 star experience, but the company they contracted to deliver our matress was just awful. Dont let that steer you away from this place though!

Brandon and his manager Bob I believe his name is were awesome, and such a huge help. Not only did I get the perfect mattress, but I got the BEST deal around! I recommend seeing them when you are looking for a new mattress.

I went into the store intending to just look but Jocelyn was so knowledgeable and patient with my many questions that I ordered a sale item on the spot.

Our experience with Mattress Warehouse was definitely positive. They now have a system that test some aspects of your sleep position and recommends a bed more suited to your needs. We had the pleasure of working with the Pittsburgh regional manager. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and thorough in helping us choose a mattress. Over all our our bed buying process was good. However the delivery process could to use some work. When the deliver men showed up they barely spoke english which made interaction tricky. One hint I do have, if you are having a bed removed, make sure it is on your paper work. The manager missed putting it on our paper work, but said he would take care of it. The gentlemen delivering the mattress werent going to take it because it wasnt on out sheet. As far as product. We bought a tempurpedic with an adjustable frame. We are struggling to get used to it.

We went into the store just to look and left with the deal of a lifetime! Weve looked and researched for several weeks and Roger was able to create a deal we couldnt refuse. So after you look forever, go see Roger and close the deal. We are in love with our new Sterns!

Stopped in today looking for a bed frame for a tuff and needle foam mattress I recently purchased online. Was met by Regis and Lea who helped me find exactly what I was looking for. There was no pressure to upsale me on a frame I didnt need, or bedding accessories that I didnt want. Regis even helped me load everything right into my truck afterwards. Im kicking myself for not stopping in mattress warehouse before I purchased the mattress online. Thank you both again for all your help. You guys got yourself a returning customer

I had a horrible experience here. The salesperson was like a stereotypical used car salesman. He immediately took us to the most expensive bed, and when we offered what we had looked at elsewhere, he was determined to bad mouth the competition, from their ethics to their product line. Im sure one employee doesnt represent your whole company, but that day he did. I made up an excuse to leave, and we made our purchase from someone with good customer service elsewhere.We might have paid more, but I buy from people I trust and people I like.
