Levin furniture and our sales person was a huge help with helping us narrow down what would work/look best in our family room. We had an idea but didnt know what exactly we wanted and their large selection gave us a lot of options to choose from. Also, our selections will be delivered in 2 weeks vs very other furniture store we visited said 6-8 months. Price was also reasonable compared to other stores we visited. We absolutely will be back to purchase more furniture for our house.

Don Fleming was great to deal with. Found exactly what we wanted and he was very helpful. He didnt hover over us as we shopped and was there as soon as we wanted to ask questions. As we told him, one of the biggest reasons we wanted to shop at Levins was because the owner had bought back the company to ensure the employees kept their jobs and the stores remained in business. Will definitely shop there again in the future!

We initially had a very disappointing delivery of furniture last week. The whole situation was a disaster. We returned to Levin Saturday to see about returning the furniture that was delivered. Our salesman (Doug) was very professional with us and the manager (Gil) was very understanding and made everything right for us. We were able to pick out new living room furniture. We have been shopping at Levin for the past 30 years and will definitely continue to do so in the future. Thank you for making an initially bad situation turn out so well.

Went to Levins to get an update on when my furniture would be here initially I was told end of August then the end of September. Now its the end of November til they move the date again.since Ive gotten rid of my old couch thinking it would of been here by now. I went to the store to see if anything could have been done possibly taking the floor model and Cynthia nibble kept blaming other people and not taking accountability for what they have told us. As a business owner I would have never reopened if product wasnt coming in in a timely manner. This is the last peice of furniture I will be buying from them an I will tell everyone I know to not to order from levins. Such a shame used to be a really great company just went down the drain.

Just moved from Charlotte area back to Pittsburgh. The movers I used managed to break several of my lamps. I arrived at your Greensburg store late in the afternoon after visiting four other stores earlier in day. Cindy greeted me at the entrance and I shared the reason for my visit. She was was very helpful and efficient and thorough.When I had difficulty finding lamps that would work with my decor, Cindy proceeded to go back and check the warehouse where they were unloading a new shipment. She found the perfect pair and brought them out for me to see. Cindy rang up my purchase and, since she was ready to leave for the day, even offered to help me carry the lamps out to my car. What a great asset Cindy is to your company. She certainly knows how to deliver a great customer experience!

My husband and I went to the Greensburg location looking for a new couch and recliner as ours are about nine years old and worn out. Doug approached us when we entered the store to ask what we were looking for. He wasnt pushy and gave us plenty of space and time to look around - checking in with us every so often to see if we had questions. Once we had chosen a set, he went over financing options with us and let us know it would be January before we could get our furniture. Working in an industry that is facing inventory shortages, I know this is challenging for everyone, so I let Doug know we werent in a rush. I really appreciated his approach and allowing us to browse the store with little interruption. Were looking forward to our new furniture!

The salesman was nice and he was experienced in mattress knowledge! The best part was the chart that told what mattresses were good for what ailments yo might have. Hopefully, the delivery on the 14th will be early so I dont have to wait around.

Did some homework on what to look for in choosing quality furniture being furniture isnt something you buy everyday . Charlene at the Westmoreland Mall store was excellent in showing us sizes and styles that we liked .Answering questions along the process were answered and if Charlene didnt know the answer she found the answer to the question . She spent a lot of time with us and thought about about the selections over the weekend and made our purchase . Great experience !

The prices were good and we were able to take advantage of the sales. The only negative was the delivery charge which is a result of the current job market. Everything else was a very good shopping experience.

When I entered the store Sunday afternoon, Don greeted me and asked how he could help me. He pointed out where I could find TV stands in various locations, and left me alone to check things out. With the stands being too large for my apartment, he pointed out end tables that may work for me. We found one and completed the sale. Don is friendly, courteous, and I appreciated the time he let me look around without hovering.

Awesome. I was in and out in less the 20 min. The girl that helped out was super nice even though I had no idea how to explain what I needed she picked up what I was trying to say and found exactly what I needed for cheaper then what I thought it was going to be. And the guy who brought it out to my car managed to fit it in my back set even after I had doubts of it fitting. Great Job I didnt think I would get this done today. Ill be back someday.

Getting to the age where I need help in getting out of the recliner. Just got out of the hospital with a very painful catheter. Went to Levins after our VA appointment and met Dee Henry. A very informative sales associate and very helpful. I didnt want to purchase anywhere else because of the generosity and community help that Mr. Robert Levin has been providing. I felt better that I was doing my part to help Mr. Levin and Ms. Henry. If you have questions and have a need for quality furniture, this is the place to be. All the sales associates are very responsive and well educated in your personal needs. If ever there was a role model for the future, Mr. Levin would be my choice.

Everything was great, however we were told that the old bed would be removed and we paid for removal. When they came to deliver, they told us they couldnt take the frame. What good is that?

After exploring purchasing furniture on line with at least ten sites, My husband and I visited the Westmoreland Mall Levin store for the first time. The selection was amazing! I changed my mind several times and she was so very patient and helpful! The quality, construction and prices were exceptional. They have all kinds of furniture and a great selection. Our salesman was nice and helpful.The issue is furniture we ordered before Thanksgiving was supposed to arrive the end of January due to Covid. It didnt come until July 3. Over half a year to get your furniture isnt acceptable especially when you are told it will be two months.There were many other people who had the same thing happen. They need to come clean with the customers.Also, my delivery was supposed to go to my porch in January because of Covid. That was ok because things are put away for the winter. There was no room in July on the porch and they wouldnt upgrade the delivery for free. They should have just as a courtesy for the wait. Luckily the two delivery guys were great and brought it in the house for $20 each. It took them 5 extra minutes and we both benefitted but Levins should have paid for it, not me.Had they told us straight up it would be July we would have probably still bought the furniture but we would have made an informed decision. Just be honest with the customers!

Very disappointed with Levin furniture, unfortunately. I ordered a coffee table and end tables last year (late November 2020). The coffee table arrived in December. The end tables were scheduled for February 2021. Every month they delayed the delivery, making excuses. Most times I had to contact the Greensburg store to get a manager and find out about even more delays. Today - over 6 months later - the delivery truck showed up with two damaged end tables. They wouldn’t even remove them from the truck. I contacted Levins and they say I need to wait now until late July to set a delivery date as the end tables are not even available until then. The manager was very kind, but offered no solutions except they can’t do anything and their hands are tied when it comes to getting furniture in, etc. I was going to go in and get all new coffee table and end tables, but their selection is very limited. So very disappointing. Levins will no longer be my go-to furniture store. If I didn’t already have the coffee table, I would probably cancel the order. Now I’m stuck until the end of July….more than likely August.

Everything was set up really nice and we were greeted by sales person, gave his name and said if we needed any help to check back with him. He didn’t bug us or follow us around the store until we needed his help.

Paid for my furniture in January and was told it would be delivered in March, just got it today on May 15th. When it got to my house the delivery men complained about the tight quarters to move it in and when they werent able to get one piece through living room doorway they left everything on the sidewalk as unable to be delivered. The piece they couldnt get through the doorway myself and my dad were able to get on our own despite this not being what we do for a living. The piece they left on the sidewalk when we unwrapped it to move it into the house was so completely broken that it really isnt even usable. They offered to replace the portion that is broken, but that wont arrive until late July/early August. Not great when you pay 1200 dollars for furniture to have all these issues..... will never buy another item from them

First, I must say that I had a really bad experience with a competitor. I vowed that I would never shop with that company again. So, I was looking for a new mattress and decided to stop in to the Greensburg Levin store. Because of the Valentines day weekend, they had a rose for my mom and my girlfriend. Then as we were shopping, Mr. Levin stopped by to say high. Apparently, one of the employees had a long time anniversary and a birthday. He had stopped by to congratulate the employee, but spent time talking to other employees and shoppers.The in-store experience was great. They were respectful and followed COVID-19 related guidelines. When I was finished, I had a delivery date for the new mattress. I was notified a couple of days in advance and the day of in regards to the delivery time. The delivery folks were professional and respectful.I have had the mattress for a little over two weeks now and I am very satisfied with the product. It is just what I wanted. I have a great warranty in case anything should happen. I would highly recommend this company.

Cindy was wonderful. First time Ive ever gone to Levins and had a good experience with a salesperson. I am deducting a star for a few reasons. 1- the other employees. Very underwhelmed with their dispositions. Arrogance should never be a thing in sales. 2- Levins used to be about the community. Sales are not reflective of those passed, but even more upsetting is the fact that they have done well during this past year of trials and tribulations and seem even less about the community.

I have to say that Mike took the stress out of an already stressful situation. Buying expensive furniture makes me nervous, but we were treated with care, explanations were given and details were explained. We came out knowing exactly what we were spending, what we were getting and we were confident that we were taking something home to last. Based on our experience and the referrals we had, I think we made the right choice.
