I just have to say my husband and I just LOVE Douds of Greensburg!!! Our designers were so friendly and helpful. Our home looks fabulous! We made a custom order with fabrics of our choice and the furniture is stunning! Thank you ladies! Our furniture arrived in a timely manner, especially for a custom order! From the time we entered the store, to delivery of the furniture our whole experience was wonderful! We cant wait to visit Douds again for our next room!

Horrible customer service. Furniture ordered Sept 25 and told delivery looked good for Thanksgiving. Received a call after thanksgiving from Carol B that fabric is back ordered and still isnt in ( she recently returned from vacation). She said may not be in by Xmas. I called for an update after Xmas as was told she will check on it. Check on it...why hadnt she already? We spoke again on 1/2/2019 Carol said it should be ready to ship on 12/20. To continue I expected a significant discount since it was now nearly 15 weeks. She agreed and would speak with owner and get back by 1/4 Nothing that Friday and turns out that is Carols day off, ridiculous. I then spoke with the manager, Lisa who was in the dark as Carol had not shared this mess with her. I spoke with Lisa in person who apologized profusely and would get back. I received a call from Lisa with their idea of a significant discount, 10% on one item. Laughable when I expected 20% on purchased items. True, Carol is just a sales person and handled my purchase completely incompetently. However, whether it is a school, restaurant, or retail a business is only as good as the manager. This manager was kept in the dark of the situation. Point is why did this sales person not have the regard or respect to keep her manager informed when she went on vacation. That becomes a manager expectation problem, right? Solution to this issue could be easily solved. When it was discovered fabric was back ordered I would have chosen one of my other 2 choices. I received my refund and went elsewhere.
