My bed frame was supposed to fit a queen mattress & box springs, when it was delivered unfortunately it did not work and I sent the mattress and box springs back. We purchased a new off brand (Chesswick) mattress with a 20 year guarantee and just love it. Matthew, our salesman, was very knowledgable and helped us pick out the right mattress for us. I also ordered a Bedgear pillow especially designed for the back sleeper but they delivered a mislabeled side sleeper pillow by mistake. Matthew made it right and I couldn’t be happier.

Regis did a great job in finding a mattress I really liked using the Bedmatch they have. He was very friendly and not pushy at all taking the time to listen to what I needed. I was especially happy with the pandemic precautions they have in the store. They have big napkins to lay on while youre trying out what they have to keep you safe from Covid19 and hand sanitizer for when you walk in and at the desk. He was wearing a mask and when I forgot mine in the car, he gave me one out of a box! No other store I shopped at had sanitizer or covers for their beds to lay on. If you need a mattress, go see Regis and you will not be disappointed. He had an electric scooter there for me to ride which was a big help for an old lady like me. I will recommend Mattress Warehouse and Regis to everyone I know needing a mattress. They even delivered it 2 days after I purchased and the other places I went said at least one week before they could and one said 4 weeks!!

Horrible experiance. We went in amd layed on every bed in the place and never seen a soul. Enployees were out back laughing and smoking. Not sure what they have going on. Could have taken everything in the store and no one would have known. 30 minutes and no help. Needless to say we didnt buy anything cause there was no one to buy from.

My boyfriend and i came in looking for a bed and were not able to purchase it that day but i came back for the pillow and they were able to find my bed match paper from over a month ago! I was so happy because i wanted that pillow but could not remember which one it was. We will be back soon to get the bed.

Our customer service was amazing while we shopped. It was easy and stress free to find what we were looking for and we fell in love with the bed. Sami greeted us and helped us find our mattress. She was amazing and easy to talk to. We waited a week for a new mattress and we were both very excited. The day came and they brought us the wrong one. It is nothing like the one we bought. They also did not have the right parts for the headboard that we ordered either so that couldn’t be put on. You can probably imagine how disappointed and frustrated we are as this is our first time buying a mattress. Hopefully we get the right bed in a few days.

In September of 2018 I purchased a new Sealy mattress from Mattress Warehouse of Greensburg. By February of 2019 the Sealy Mattress had developed two troughs (one where I sleep an one where my wife sleeps) for lack of a better description. This was much to short of a time period for this. Sealy REFUSED to honor their warranty....but Mattress Warehouse did an outstanding job of honoring their own warranty. I exchanged the Sealy for another brand at MW and believe I will be happy with the new one. Mattress Warehouse is a stand up business. I will buy from them again.....just NOT a Sealy or Tempur-pedic!! See the pic. my side sunk 1.5 and my wifes side 1.25 BTW, I weigh 215 and she weighs 120.

The manager Josh, at the Hempfield/Greensburg store is by far the person that you want to deal with! This is my third mattress from them and Josh went above and beyond to accommodate me and be completely sure I was totally satisfied with my purchase. The first mattress was too soft and was easily exchanged for a more firm model. That one, however sagged prematurely and thats when Josh jumped into action. He not only made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner and pleased with my purchase, but he also put my son into a phenominal deal on a king size set. Even down to delivery day, he jumped through a few hoops to make sure his mattress set was attainable the day the email said it was on backorder for a month! He is an exemplary salesperson/manager and takes the reigns when a situation could become difficult, and all with phenominal patience! Go see Josh! He will make sure youre satisfied before you leave his store!
