Top notch sales team. Both guys in the store were very personable. Travis helped us find the mattress for us, and made sure we understood everything that went along with the sale. If we need another mattress Ill definitely be giving him a call.

The Greensburg store was clean and comfortable. Travis was educated and informative making it easy to make a decision. We settled into the perfect bed for us!

We had an appointment scheduled, someone misplaced the paper with the time and date on. Took over 2 hours to purchase the bed. Once we started comparing two beds, they came up different prices four times. I was told that some one would follow up with me giving Mr heads up for discounts.... as to this day... NO ONE has called me. Our bed gets delivered on Thursday.... I may update this review.

Best move weve ever made getting a sleep number bed. No more back painJust wish they offered winter sheet sets in full size. Only offered in queen and king size. Full size bed owners are being cheated by not offering winter sheet sets. If you change that problem. Ill give you 5stars.

It was two weeks today that we got our bed. I love my bed. Only downfall is my 45 pound pitbull cannot sleep right beside like she did with the old bed. She throws off the sleep IQ When this happens does record sleep data. But its all good. She still sleeps with me at my feet. 😊 Getting good night sleep is so awesome. Thanks sleep number.

Robert helped us and was super! He even stayed past closing to help us out. Then he went out of his way to make sure we got the delivery date we needed. He made several calls and email the next day. Excellent customer service!

Beds are great, but don’t buy any of the pillows or accessories. They are expensive and uncomfortable. The pillows are terrible and can’t be returned even if unopened. The down pillow was $179 and it’s the worst! Since the beds are so great, I figured the pillows had to be great too. I was wrong. Save your money and get your pillows and sheets elsewhere!

The woman who helped us was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. We stayed at several Radisson hotels that had sleep number need a number of years back. All of them now have some sort of foam top that we do not care for. We went with Original Matress Factory.

I recently purchased a bed from your store. Originally I ordered a queen only to change my mind to a king before it was delivered. Ben and Travis both went above and beyond to help me switch out the bed and to help me with the promotion change. Thank you so much for all your help, its hard to find people like you anymore.
