The salesman, Ron, was extremely helpful with assisting me to pick out a new mattress for my stepson. The challenge was picking one that would suit my stepson without him present because he’s in the hospital recovering from Covid-19. Ron pleasantly pulled out multiple mattresses and stayed mindful of my price range. He patiently waited for me to return from the hospital with our decision. All of the product tested seemed to be of good quality. I look forward to the day when my stepson comes home and gets to enjoy his new bed

William did an awesome job on the sales floor. Unfortunately I ordered a mattress protector which never came with the bed as expected. The representative over the phone gave me mattress firms locations I could stop at to pick one up, all of which were at least 30 minutes away. Wanted the protector to ensure my warranty on the bed but now going through the process of having to wait on a refund due to miscommunication of the store.

My boyfriend and I had Nick as our representative when we stopped at the store. He introduced himself immediately and was professional during our visit. We felt pretty overwhelmed with buying our first bed together and wanted to make sure we got the right one. He did a wonderful job at showing and explaining the different mattresses until we found the one we eventually ended up buying. He made this first time experience easy and painless. Nick was a very nice guy, real down to earth and he did a wonderful job.

Paid for and purchased three matresses from store. two twins we bougjt were i stock at store so we left with them and d were told the other matress wasnt in stock and would have to b delivered on tues and this was arranged on the saturday before the tues. called tues not delivered and was told it would definitely be delivered this friday. recieved voicemail stateing thwy dont know why it didnt come and will be delivered next coming wednesday. i understand thing happen n delivery get held up but was told tuesday then friday definatley and now next Wednesday. unexceptable and wil be asking for a refund and going elsewhere to purchase new queen sized costing over 800.00 only if it is instock not gonna do the run around with delivery dates
