Awesome time bound service. Reasonable pricings alongwith quality work. Owner and his son are very friendly and polite. They do call u if they find anything else to fix up in ur vehicle other than your requested services. Would highly recommend them.

Bill is awesome. My truck broke down right there off the highway late friday night. Of course AAA was gonna tow it to one of their mechanics which was quite a distance away so it was gonna cost me $100 off the bat. And at this point in my life for my family every penny is significant.So I looked if there were any closer mechanics even if not endorsed by AAA and thank god I found r and b auto service bout a mile down the road. I had tow truck driver drop it there instead. And on Monday I called him. I expected him to give me a hard time about dropping my vehicle to him. He didnt. He was so pleasant.The trucks damage ended up not being worth it to me so I scrapped it. Bill didnt charge me. I was shocked. I was ready to pay a parking fee and a diagnostic fee. I am from New York so you pay for everything.I also took like three extra days to get back to him about what I was going to do. Not only was he super cool about everything, he was patient and kind over the phone.Thank you so much Bill. God bless you.

Amazing customer care, polite staff and GREAT PRICES!I accidentally overfilled my engine oil and was concerned that I have a leak somewhere due to me oil levels dropping fast. Bill and Joel were extremely polite and drained the excess oil while finding the source of the leak. Bill did not charge me a dime for anything and just told me to come back when I can afford to repair the leak. Very friendly staff they wont try and put the screw to you I have used the a few times and they have always been honest people I dont know how they had a 1 star from someone. I had a engine lock up and instead of replacing the engine and putting me thousands of dollars in the red they did some research and found that there was a recall and pointed me into the right direction.

So having just moved to the area from the North east, I googled auto repair near me and R & B was the closest. From the moment Bill answered the phone, I knew I made the right choice. This was just for some routine maintenance items, but his quoted price was way beyond reasonable. He was very accomodating and upon bringing my truck in we spoke as if we had known each other for years. He is genuinely a great guy and the cost and timeliness of the repairs was beyond satisfactory. Thanks again and see you guys soon.

Excellent Service!! I came to Greensboro from Maryland to attend an event with my kids and had car troubles. I didnt know where to go or what was the problem. I called R & B, stated my situation and was told to come on over. They found the problem and fixed my car at a reasonable price. I attended my event on time without a worry. This is best experience I have ever had with an automotive service. I wish they can come home to Maryland with me. I have other cars that need their care. Thank you R & B!!!

I have been doing business with R&B for around 5 years now. With a company fleet of 50 plus service vehicles, we cant afford to have one go down due to simple problems. Bill and Ryan have done a magnificent job maintaining our fleet and I even recommend to our employees that they get their personal vehicles taken care there. In 9 years of fleet management, Ive never met a mechanic who I could honestly say I trusted until I met Ryan. On top of that, Ive NEVER seen a mechanic talk themselves out of doing work that didnt need to be done. If you arent taking your vehicle to R&B to get serviced, youre going to the wrong place.

Our vehicle just stopped working at an intersection on 68 headed toward Oak Ridge. I looked for the closest repair shops on my phone and R&B had the best reviews, so we towed it there. Now I know why their reviews are amazing..... b/c the shop and the staff deserve it! When I called, Bill was extremely kind (which helps when youre standing in the middle of Rt68) and told me he could get it right in. Turns out the water pump hose disconnected from the water pump. They replaced it for free and only charged for a $30 inspection (which I figured Id get knocked out while we were in there). Great shop, great service, great price. Go!

I will definitely be using them for anything car related from now on. They were very friendly to both me and my 3 year old daughter. They were pulling my car back at my scheduled appointment time (no waiting) and finished quickly. The price was also very fair.

Came by for an oil change and to have a part that was rattling looked at. I got my car back in 3 hours and the service, price and quality was great.
