They have outstanding customer service, quality service to your vehicle and great work overall. We drove down from Virginia Beach to get our rims repaired we had a total of 8 rims that needed to be fixed and they completed everything the very same day. Not only did they repair our rims but they put on a new tire for us. Its 5pm on a Friday and they stayed late to ensure all our rims and tires were good so we could drive back safely to Virginia Beach. The 4 hour drive was worth it. This place is awesome!!! Got a curb rash on one of my tire rims. I have a Tesla Model 3. I was worried that they wouldnt be able to fix it. But they had no problems whatsoever. It’s a sickening feeling to scuff a rim on a brand new car. (less than 300 miles) I brought it in to RGX Rims in Greensboro NC for an estimate and was given an appointment for repair the following day. Dropped of the car and went to breakfast. Received a text notification the repair was done before I finished breakfast. The repair work was excellent as as hard as I looked I could not tell were the damaged was. Outstanding.

They did an awesome job on my rims, custom color could not have been easy to match but two hours and it was like it never happened. And the staff is all very cool.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I had horrible curb rash on all four rims all the way around. They booked me an appointment within the week and had it done in a day. Not only did they inform me of a bent rim but also that I had a tire showing wire. The staff waived the fee for the bent rim saying they appreciated a kind and polite customer. It made my day. They had an incredibly friendly and helpful staff and the work that they did made my rims look brand new. It saved me over a thousand dollars if I had bought a brand new set. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants quality and affordable wheel repair.

Service was great! They were able to get me squeezed in to fix my damaged rim and was done within a couple hours of me dropping it off! They did a great job fixing it and they were very professional and nice!

Showed up & they squeezed me in for curb rash to 22s. Jordan did a phenomenal job. The blonde lady at the front was very helpful, kept me informed of the process and timing. Took about 2 hours. Highly recommend as he made my Velgen look brand new.

I took my brand new Hyundai Sonata there I was so scare they couldn’t fixed it and I would have to spend lots of money getting new rims but they come through and they did a excellent job fixing my rims thank you guys so much.

My 10 year old RAV was showing its age with beat up wheels. My boyfriend searched for a place that would take care of every detail required with wheel restoration. He found RGX, got a quote, and kept searching. After an extensive search, he found that other shops could do the work but not turn-key the way RGX quoted. RGX reps were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough! The whole process took less than one day, exactly as they promised. We expressed our delight to them, but also had to post and let others know! Highly recommend!

These people were Awesome! From my initial contact with Ashley for an appointment, to Taryn, at the front desk greeted me promptly. I dropped the wheel and told them no rush. By Monday afternoon, got a call and a text- wheel is done! And hats off to Jenson!, the wheel tech. Cannot see where the repair was done!! Outstanding service and workmanship.

First off, the repair work was great! I cant even tell the rims had damage to begin with. The reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is maybe a misunderstanding of the pricing. I got charged $135 for a rim that had curb rash all the way around the lip which I understand, but I also got charged $135 for a rim that had only a 3 inch rash on the lip. Perhaps the same amount of work goes into both and I lack understanding of the process. Just seemed the less damaged wheel would be cheaper. But overall I would definitely recommend their company. I got same day service in just about 3 hours.

Quick, affordable and professional.My wheel looks brand new.

I had them powder coat a set of 5 rims. They turned out great. Took a couple of days longer than first expected, but the level of work was worth the wait. I will be back with another set in a couple of months. They dismount, remount and balance the rims in the prices you read. I think they are a great value. Im happy.

Decent. Def fixed the rash but the rim of the wheel is significantly thinner and than the rest of the wheel also the finish in the repair area is a little splotchy. If you have an older/lower end vehicle I would def recommend. If it’s something higher end that you really really care about I would probably just spend a few hundred more and just buy a new wheel. I’m just gonna buy a new wheel and keep this one that was repaired as an emergency spare.

Had a bent wheel for 2 months, couldn’t decide if either wanted to buy a new wheel or find a good repair shop. Luckily I heard from a buddy that rgx wheel repair did a great job. So I set up an appointment Friday morning, got there at 10am was out by 11am, they ended up fixing my bent wheel better then stock, which surprised me. Not to mention the staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you guys so much! Saved me $350 dollars. Highly recommended!!!

The technician did a professional job on the rims. The old rims now look brand new! The customer service was lacking, but courteous management stepped in by contacting me directly, listened and immediately made the transaction fair. I’m giving five stars because of the manager that took the time to make this experience better. To me, how you treat people is the most important part of business and she did a stellar job!

They are always super friendly and not to mention everything is done in a very timely manner. This last time I went to make sure I didn’t have a bent rim, and they checked it out, and I was on my way. No hassle. If I ever need any type of rim service, I know where to go.

I recently had the wonderful misfortune of hitting a North Carolina landmark pot hole.The resulting damage from that pothole left me with an out of round rim, bent bead, and a wobble. My fear was that I would have to replace the $600 rim, plus shipping, and mount and balance.I honestly came across the RGX website by accident and I was very glad I did! So much so that I felt the need to share my experience.I feel a bad that I dont remember the lady at the front desk name but she was very helpful and reassuring about their ability to fix the rim. I dropped the rim of at 12:15 and recieved their communication stating that the rim repair was completed at 1:02. I was very happy with their fast turn around!I rushed home to install and inspect the repaired rim, the repaired rim met all my expectations! It was completely round and true.Thank you RGX team, you have gained a future customer for other alterations and I have been referring you to several friends and family that have shown interest. I look forward to future interactions with your team! Just hopefully not for another rim repair. I hope that this post helps bring you additional customer.

I must be getting old eyes lol (when it comes to judging a cement curb). This place is the place to go when/if you scratch or scrape your 2017 Nissan tire rim. Call and make an appointment. Depending on the damage, waiting time will vary. Within 40 minutes, I was in & out. Nice sweet people, comfortable setting professionals repairing my rim.

Amazing work was done to my Durango. Took care of all the damage on my 20 wheels then put a beautiful black powder coat on them. Tiffany was so easy to communicate with and made sure that everything was done exactly the way I wanted it. The shop has firemen and police officers working there so you know your getting quality work. All around great experience.

These people are on top of their stuff. They diagnosed my problem super fast and explained every detail of how the problem occurs and what they could do to fix it. On top of that they ended up recommending a new wheel instead of a repair cause it would be a cheaper option. That is honesty. Go here. They wont do you wrong.

Great service...super friendly staff. They did an awesome job on my mag it was a brand new mag on the driver side rear that got damaged due to a curb. They did an amazing job the paint matched perfectly and it looked like it had not ever been damaged. I was extremely impressed not only with the workmanship but also with the fact that it was technically a 2 day job but being g that my Camaro SS is my main mode of transport and I dropped it off at 8am they were able to fix it in one day and it was the day before Thanksgiving. I know heaven forbid should I ever scrape up my mags I will a absolutely only take my car to them and the technician Jordan I believe was his name. I am beyond happy and if you have an unfortunate rim issue this is the place in Greensboro to go. Oh and another plus was the price was beyond fair far less than I was expecting. I just cant say enough good things about these guys. If your a perfectionist like me and you want a flawless job give them a call

I had 2 alloy wheels on my wifes 2016 Toyota Camry SE with rim rash. I checked prices on buying and replacing or getting these repaired. I decided to let Kwicksilver repair the original rims. I am very satisfied. Should I ever need this service again I will not hesitate to give Kwicksilver of the Triad my business. Great job!

After this company came to thomas tire in asheboro to fix my rims that thomas tire scratched. It looked worse, they spray painted over the scratches with a darker color than my rim. And they only done 3 rims. The 4th one they didnt touch still has scratches in it. Zach the manager of thomas tire even said that it was terrible work and that he wasnt paying for it. I would not allow this company to fix my bicycle rim. Very poor quality of work and i am ver dissatisfied.

The crew at RGX Rim Repair Greensboro were fantastic! When there was a problem with the type of rim I had they immediately reached out to their mobile team and were able to take it right to them for the bend to be fixed and then brought my rim back to the shop and finished the weld. They even put on my spare so I could run errands while I was waiting. I couldnt have asked for better service!!

Got my wheels on my Dodge Challenger powder coated did a great job.

Called to verify if the rim could be repaired on the same day and was told yes. Made an appointment, drove over an hour to get there and THEN was told it wouldnt be ready the same day and we would have to come back. HORRIBLE customer service on site as well!!! If you are needing accurate information, you are wasting your time to call and verify anything.

A1 service! Tiffany is great to work with and is very knowledgeable. I dropped off a bent rim and it was repaired in less than 24 hours. I was also advised that the tire on the rim was damaged and that I should have it replaced as it would not be safe to drive with that tire. They not only care about doing the job right, they care about safety in general. Great work and I highly recommend their services.

Took my Honda S2000 in to have a bent wheel fixed. I made an appointment and they didnt make me wait, I was seen right on time. They took the wheel off, tire off, fixed the wheel, wheel back on, and tire balance all in less than an hour. The guy who owns the place was very nice, knowledgeable, and respectful. A+ service, I would definitely recommend them to a friend!

This used to be Quicksilver but has sold out to a national chain the staff at this store are very friendly and very helpful. I had a small dent on the inside of a rim and they fixed it with no problems I will definitely be going back and sending any that needs a wheel fixed there.

Best place to go if you want to be treated well and not taken advantage of because youre a woman. Great to see a woman working there that knows her stuff. Tiffany helped me determine what was wrong with my wheel, she explained everything in detail to ensure that I understood. She also made sure that if I could replace my wheel for less than repairing it, I knew about it. My car had a vibration after hitting a pot hole. Car alignment did not help and I was referred to Kwicksilver on Edwardia. I learned that wheels can be bent without a bend being visible. I learned that some can be repaired and some cant. I learned that they use the correct processes to repair wheels to ensure that they are safe and really repaired. I learned that I should ask my tire shop when balancing is being completed to confirm that my wheels are not bent because bent wheels damage tires and can crack. My wheels have never felt as smooth as they do now. My wheels from the dealer would be almost $1000 each. They repaired them for $160 each. Its too bad all automotive service providers are not as honest and ethical as Kwicksilver in Greensboro is. Thank you!
