The showroom at the Grapevine location is very nice. The lady at the front desk greeted us nicely was super helpful. The sales associate, Bridget, was super helpful and quick with getting our order placed. Great attitude and customer service.

Great help and lovely when purchasing product but terrible communication after you purchase the product. Been trying to get missing/ replacement/ damaged parts for over 4 months and still haven’t received them after numerous emails and communications with their team. Expected better service than this..

Super friendly staff.They greeted us as we entered the store. They pointed out what we wanted to look at, have is time to look around, and then talked through all of the trees and options... Many, many options!Very personalized input. They are not trying to sell you something... They listen to what you u say and show you options. Very polite and patient!

Jackie at the Grapevine location was awesome at helping us choose new bathroom fixtures. She listened to our wants, helped figure out our style, and worked within our budget to get everything ordered. My anxiety over choosing the right materials has been alleviated. Thanks Jackie!

No one came to talk to us or help us. When you’re going to spend close to a thousands dollars on a faucet you would expect some help. We even walked the store multiple times and very time we approached an employee they acted busy and walked away.

The customer service here is the absolute worst. I sent so many thousands of dollars on all new everything in my kitchen - each item has minor manufacturing defects I can live with, but the real kicker is that the microwave only worked for about two weeks after install in October of 2020. Now its mid March 2021, Ferguson send a repair guy from Guinco over three times- first time he did not have a part, weeks go by before part arrives second time replaced part, but then a different part was the problem so weeks go by and the guy shows up, opens the part box only to find a very damaged unusable part. His resource says no replacement available in the foreseeable future! I want a functioning microwave and Ferguson to supply me with what I paid for. I get hung up on or no return call or return email. I feel due for a replacement or comparable exchange or a refund- Im flexible. Also tired of trying to reach them by phone or email with no responses and dont have time for this mess.

Dealing with Fergusons sales consultant at their Grapevine store has been the worst customer service experience of my life. They have been completely unresponsive taking several days to respond to emails. The part I needed was finally ordered on 10/27/20 (and paid for by credit card on the same day). I was told the part was in stock and I would receive it the following day. As of 11/9, I have not received the part and have inquired about it multiple times by email. Again it took days to receive a response and I was told via email I had already received the part and if I needed another one, I would need to order it and pay for it. The sales consultant provided two tracking numbers from prior orders as proof I had received the part and those numbers showed items were received on 10/15. So how could the missing part have been received on 10/15 when it was ordered on 10/27? How ridiculous! This issue is still unresolved. Its 11/9/20 and the missing part is now causing project delays.By the way all this occurred after placing and paying for over $6,000 worth of plumbing fixtures on my first 2 orders. The part in question cost less than $100.I highly suggest avoiding doing business with this company. As a 25-year executive and owner of a service business, I have been appalled by the awful customer service.

The showroom is now available to visit without having a reservation. We worked with a sales associate who was friendly and enthusiastic, and who was willing to stay with us past closing time so that we could finalize our selections. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately I have to give this rating- We started planning and ordering our plumbing fixtures and appliances. Jay Eaton was our salesman along with our designer. I became concerned when it took 6 weeks to get our quote. Things seemed ok then as we got our items delivered, and had many missing parts, we learned of several key items like cooktops being back ordered. I paid 3 months prior. Then the communication got worse, my builder and I became very frustrated with the lack of urgency, and slow communication from Jay. Here we are, trying to close on our new home with several key missing items...what’s worse is Jay doesn’t return a call, or have the courtesy of a text or email to try to resolve this issue. I am now in a hotel with my family- trying to resolve this so we can pass our gas Inspection. This is absolutely the worst service I have ever received. And what’s worse is it’s costing me time and lots of money. I will be emailing the CEO to complain- just starting here to warn you all away from this person and this place- save yourself stress!

I come in looking for a cartridge for a very high end faucet. Jamie at the parts counter was VERY helpful. A little research by him and the folks out front and they find the manufacture and the part. He tells me it should be under warranty. Gives me the company number so I can contract them directly. No charge. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! I dont know when well be doing any kitchen/bath remodeling, but when we do, Ferguson will be our first stop. Thank You.

Placed an order on a Friday for 3 items. Sales lady was irritated to help me. She was very short with her tone of words. I thought maybe it is Friday afternoon and she is just ready for her weekend. I was assured my order would be delivered to my home by Tuesday. I got home and realized I didn’t need one of the items. Called Ferguson immediately and said cancel this one order I do not need it. I even clarified what I wanted to keep.I need order by Friday. Tuesday passes and no package. Wednesday I call and check on the order and it arrived in the Lewisville warehouse for me to pick up. I don’t live in Lewisville. The customer service lady said no worries we will have it there on Thursday. Thursday I call Ferguson at 4:45 to ask if items have arrived at my home. They checked and said yes. You see I was at work and they would be closed by the time I arrived home if item wasn’t there. I arrived home and the part that I canceled last Friday was delivered. Not the 2 pieces I need that are scheduled to be installed on Friday. I have built 4 offices and one home with 3 remodels. Never have I experienced this much incompetence in a business ever! Extremely poorly managed business.

First let me mentioned the great customer service. Our floor salesperson was very knowledge about their products and was really helpful in finding a tub that fit our style and space. I really like the showroom and being able to see the tub in person. They will even let you get into the tubs which most other showrooms places will not let you do that. The specific tub we wanted had to be ordered and shipped from out of state but the process was painless and very quick. Our tub was delivered to our house within a week of ordering.

Be careful when shopping here. If an order is placed, make sure all the components necessary to complete the job is ordered. If not, you will have to wait a day for your sales person to get back with you and then another day to call around and then maybe another day to place an order for a part that should have been ordered originally. But if you are ready to place an order----they will call you in 5 minutes. Guaranteed. Call with a problem? It will take a day. And returns??? Good luck. If its a small part and not a lot of money, they will not give you any problem. But a bigger part they sold you that you did not need or could not use?? They wont. The Branch Manager Kaitlin is very condescending; when talking to her she will not let you finish a sentence, but rather will talk over you. My regret is shopping here. Advice: find out what you need from them, let them do the work and go elsewhere to buy it. Chances are you will find it cheaper with better customer service.UPDATE [5/13/2020] -- its been 14 months since our remodel and purchasing our items from Ferguson. In that time we have had to have warranty calls on:Bathtub Faucet [non-stop drip]Wine Fridge [quit working altogether]Kitchen Faucet [dripping under the sink]Gas Cook top [arrived scratched]So yeah, its a waste to even try this place. To the person from Ferguson who responded to my review with Please contact us.....BS. I had to get the District Manager involved in order to get things corrected.

Sales service at Ferguson appliance was very good. We bought a Scotsman ice machine and were very concerned about tech support, so Ferguson assured us that if we would buy the extended warranty by Assurant Solutions we would get someone from their excellent service dept. We bought the warranty for $336 and guess what? Ferguson no longer sells Assurant warranty and cannot assist us with our ice machine unless we have their new warranty company. It is going on 3 months and we still have a broken ice machine. There has been many complications such as no one in your area works on Scotsman ice machines! I would not buy from Ferguson due to their willingness to sell a warranty that they no longer honor!!
