Josh was our salesperson and as everyone, I had choices of where to make my whole house appliance purchase! We decided on a Jenn Air package and from day 1, Josh was amazing! He went above and beyond with our many questions and supplied us a delivery date that actually hit on time! Rare these days for sure. On the day of install to say the least I was a bit apprehensive because of the complexity of the install and worried we roughed in correctly but when the “3 amigos” showed up they were polite, VERY aware of not causing damage to my house and were very respectful! They even had to wait while my electrician changed out the 220 at the range? Who else would do that? I can’t say enough good things about my entire experience and would rate higher than a 5 if given the ability. Thanks everyone!!

I worked with Mike Smith, he was assigned to the builder I was working with. It was a full custom build, and I had a very good sized allowance from the builder. I still went over it, but received way more than I had expected. Was able to do a built-in refrigerator/freezer (64 inches total), and very high end appliances, including an ice maker and a separate wine room. Was very impressed at how he took the time to understand my needs and wants and delivered. I cook quite a bit, and have a daughter that is a professional chef as well. Working with Mike and FBS was just super pleasant.

Horroble...they do not return phone calls and are difficult to work with. My builder picked them so I had no choice but to have to deal with them. To this day I still have issues. They deal in very high end appliances and some of the sales people seem better then others but overall I am not impressed. Dont let the fancy show room let you think they have it together because they dont.

I have used FBS for at least 8 years for all my clients. They are extremely helpful, educated and help out all my clients. It is one less thing I have to worry about as a remodeler. Very nice people but a little slow to unload.

When looking for appliances Factory Builder Stores is the place to go. You have a salesman(the best is Bret Saylors) very knowledgeable and knows how to get the deal done that helps you and then they have assistants(Amanda Frech who is really on top of things and making the deal work smoothly) The two of them working together are an incredible pair so when you call with a question, warranty help (which they are the best at) ect you always get a person to either answer your question or insure that the salesman got the message. Amanda always goes above and beyond to insure that my clients and there needs are always taken care of in a timely fashion. Bret always goes the extra mile to make sure they get the best deal and the best appliances for there money. Thanks Amanda and Bret for going above and beyond
