Bought a fridge with master agreement when still Sears Outlet. Service at store was great. Now the fridge has quit, at a year old, and I’ve had to argue with Sears for almost a month for repairs or replacement. Nothing has happened. I’m told something different every time I call in. Nothing but lies, lies, and more lies. DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON SEARS WARRANTY.

Im changing my review from a 1 star to a 5 star. I purchased a clothes washer that didnt clean as well as we hoped, and I called to understand American Freights return policy. I had to travel for work the day after I bought the washer and it had been about a week before I was able to use the washer. I was told all sales were final, but Robert and Aziz totally made things right for me. They replaced the washer and I couldnt be happier. Just give Robert or Aziz a call if you have any issues with the products (within a reasonable amount of time), and he will work with you. Thank you Robert and Aziz!This is the second time Ive purchased major appliances from here the products have all lasted a very long time.

Was buying a chonking table that honestly had no right to fit in the back of a mid 2000s ford focus hatchback. The store manager stayed late so I could stubbornly fit it all in my car. I did fit it all btw. I do not recommend for anyone taller than 54. Ya see I live on the other side of the metroplex, near mesquite. And Delivery was not an option this time.Regardless they were very patient and ensured I received the best price. 12/10 would buy from again!

I was in the American Freight appliance store located in Grapevine, TX 76051 to buy an electric wall oven. I called first and spoke with Aziz he was very helpful with my request. When I arrived at the store Aziz was very friendly and made me feel appreciated as a customer. He was very knowledgeable and customer oriented, I would buy from him again.

I bought a Maytag washing machine two years ago when it was still Sears outlet.I also bought a three year warranty. It broke over a month ago I called them and a little over a week a technician came and looked at the machine had to order parts. So now over a month Ive heard nothing so I called them and they gave me the number of the service repair company so I calledJim fromAffiliated Appiliance and asked when could come out and Jim said he wouldnt take anymore service request from American Frieght because they would not pay them for services preformed, Now What???

First things first...Im real not a paid person. It be nice if some was thrown my way anyways finding the location is kinda ehhh its inside a mall. Which had me driving changing maps trying to find it. Next step was calling them which a Mr. Craig answered and was delightful to speak with. Once I found it lol, went inside and met Mr. Craig which was real easy to work with and straight to the point. We had a wonderful experience with the Sears Outlet of Grapevine, TX. We had ordered multiple appliances and some of them had given us a hard time, but the patience and customer service of the employees was amazing. The salesperson was Arty V. and he was extremely helpful in helping us find the product we were looking for. He was incredibly helpful and I think everyone should try to find him/work with him while looking for any products there.

Hello! It was a really bad service. My order was supposed to arrive between 1:15 pm and 4:15 pm and it arrived at 6:00 pm, 2 hours late.. Also they sent me the wrong sofa. I dont recommend this store...

Ive watched this store evolve from barely mediocre to well above average over time (I live across the street, so its most convenient for me), and Im happy to say the Sears team has continued to improve with every visit. The new store GM, Mr. Carlson, is amazing. I had an issue with an item I had purchased and he didnt blow me off or try to hurry through the process as if I was wasting his time, like so many others have at other stores in the past. He seemed truly invested in my concerns and really took the time to listen to me. Square footage wise, this store seems smaller to me than other sears outlets, yet they have somehow made this work to their advantage. Everything is well laid out and well maintained. This has quickly become my go-to store for my home appliance and misc items. The crazy deals are really cool too! I consider these, icing on the cake, so to speak. Fun additions and the most fun to browse through. Overall, I highly recommend this sears outlet over all the others! Thank you, Mr. Carlson, youve earned my loyalty. Keep up the good work over there.

I went in to find a replacement for a product purchased last year. I was immediately greeted by two employees (one the store manager) who were happy to help resolve my issue. I came in to solve an issue I had with a fridge. The staff had no problem agreeing to give me store credit on the fridge I had and to use it towards another one they had in stock. Overall great experience and even gave me extra store credit because I had an insurance policy on my faulty fridge. Definitely will be coming here more often. The assistant manager Jacob was extremely helpful and look forward to seeing him next time I come into the store.
