Great Customer Service!Went to get iphone13 using the trade-in offer from best buy. Rachael in mobile sales team was great! We had some issues with sim cards but she was extremely patient and very helpful. Really liked her work ethics helping all customers and answering all questions they had. Manager was also very helpful. Easy and Smooth buying experience!

I had bought a stereo and rearview camera here 5 years ago and had them installed in my truck. I had a glitch when I changed out the batteries in the truck and the unit stopped working. We went to Best Buy in Grapevine, everyone was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and especially John and Cameron. We were almost walking out of the store because they didn’t have in stock what we were buying and Cameron stopped us and started talking to my boyfriend. We decided to go back and he ordered our items and we picked them up at another store. We left Best Buy with a smile in our faces and were treated like family. I buy all my appliances and electronics at Best Buy! Because I like excellent customer service and quality products. They are Absolutely the Best!!

I didnt want to make this review because the guys were so kind, but they really messed up when upgrading my phone yesterday. I went in for a simple upgrade on my phone and I am on a family plan. They somehow did the upgrade on my dads phone number and deactivated his card, and put his number on my new one. I told him multiple times which number was the correct one to upgrade and still put it on the incorrect number. I had to immediately go back to the store because I was now getting all of my dads work calls and his phone had no service. They tried to fix it at the store with a different employee but he did not have enough access to the account to fix it for me. He sent me to ATT store to see if they could correct their error and they could not. So I had to drive 2.5 hours to go drop off the new card with my dads number to him in order for his phone to have service again. And I had to use my card from my previous phone. I could tell the guy who initially was doing the upgrade for me was new and had to keep asking questions to make sure he was doing the upgrade correctly. So I think it was a lack of communication on their part during his training. A simple upgrade that initially seemed to only take 30 minutes ended up costing me over 6 hours of my day and 2.5 hours of driving. So just be sure to quadruple check that they are putting the correct number on your new card because it will be such a hassle to fix on your own.

GEEK SQUAD review only.Took my phone cause the screen went black on 7/23. I Was told since it had been previously replaced (the screen) they would be sending me a new phone and was irreparable. And since I was paying out of pocket it wasn’t an issue. They started testing 7/25 didn’t get a single email or any type of updates at all. Come to find out almost 2 weeks later after they “tested” for 12 days they were unable to do anything about it. To make matter she worse when I went to pick up they tried to not even refund me my money, just handed the phone over and expected me to walk out. Absolutely do not recommend geek squad for any phone repairs they will lie and FAIL to do the service paid for and FAIL to communicate. If I can rate This lower I would. Absolutely wasted my time and they had no care in the world. This will be the last time I ever use the geek squad for anything. I was told one thing up front just to be told something else after 2 weeks. They need to properly train their employees and have them actually know what they are taking about.

It’s impossible to speak to a live person. Terrible customer service. If people are restricted to go out in public because of a pandemic how are you supposed to get anyone from Best Buy on the phone? You can’t. I’ll no longer do business with a corporation like Best Buy and I’ll take my business to a small locally owned business. Best Buy doesn’t value their customers at all.

Next time someone in retail complains about how online shopping has ruined the industry, have them go try to buy something from this store. I was there 45 minutes shopping for appliances, were closing on a new home soon, and not once was I asked if I needed help. Not one time. In the meantime, 3 dudes that may have worked in that department stood around chatting while another one sat in front of a computer paying no attention to anyone around.Never again. Best Buy is dead to me.

I want to give Zach or Zack from the laptop and computer department. My husband and I came in needing a new laptop for school. We didnt know anything about laptops or the kind of specs each one has. We told Zack what we needed a laptop for, and he explained really well what would work best. He didnt try to over sell us or anything like that. Gave us exactly what we needed. The Geek Squad Automotive Electronics Installation crew at the Best Buy in Grapevine, TX were able to resolve the issue with my Compustar security alarm system for my new truck that was originally installed by a Geek Squad technician at the Bedt Buy in Hurst, TX . The Hurst location lied about installing my LED light, where the Grapevine location took the time to show me that the LED light was never installed. No telling why the Hurst location lied and pointed out the location of a LED light that was never installed.The guys explained and even allowed me to choose where my LED light will be installed. And, the Grapevine location even provided me with the window security alarm decals that the Hurst location also never provided.It was sad the Geek Squad at the Grapevine, TX had to clean up the mess done by the Geek Squad at the Hurst, TX location.I appreciated the professionalism and courteousy of the Geek Squad members at the Best Buy in Grapevine, TX. 👍

Made an appointment at this store to get my screen repaired before a work trip because it was the soonest availability. It’s 40 minutes away for me so I planned an entire day around the appointment. Work appointments, toddlers, naps in the car, etc. I show up to the appointment and they tell me they don’t have anyone there to fix my phone. And they were not kind or ready to offer any solutions. 10/10 do not recommend this location.

Went to this location with my husband today to look for a gaming headset for him. I had been looking at something else in the store, and met back up with him by the headsets, where he was speaking with a male sales representative. The associate proceeded to place a headset on my head WITHOUT my permission, then said that I needed one too. I told him no Im fine but he took me to the only PINK headset in the store. I again told him no Im fine, and told my husband I was going to look at phone cases. The associate continued to follow me until we finally left the store. I have not been treated so awfully in quite some time.i will not be returning to this location, due to this associates sexist way of treating customers.

I was given a Nintendo Switch lite as a gift. Went in to exchange it and they would only give me $49 for $199 device. I never opened it. Told her it was a gift and was told they would give me $49 for the device. They were happy to take it back, sealed and in opened and then pull a pawn shop move and resell it for the $199 retail.

I went to three stores today looking for a fridge. All three stores had wonderful sales associates who knew their stuff and put forth admiral effort to get me the right combination of price within budget, quality product, dimensions within available space, and an appropriate delivery date. They were really helpful, and I am smarter now on the topic as well. However, the first two, obviously, were not able to close the sale for reasons beyond their control. Units I was interested in were not in stock or delivery dates were not acceptable. I got to Best Buy wondering if it would be the same story. Of course, it was not or I would not be writing this review. I ended up getting a fridge that I really feel good about at a price lower than expected for a quality brand I had not been considering. Treg was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient as my wife and I worked through it, and pleasant to work with. We have ended up buying other appliances and electronics over the years from this Best Buy location with the same experience. Treg provided great customer service with clear explanation of Best Buys continued service in support of the transaction. I realized afterward that when I buy from Best Buy, I usually walk away feeling Im in good hands that have my interests in mind. Not that other stores dont. But, this Best Buy somehow conveys it better. If I figure it out, Ill consider writing another review.

I stopped by this location as a result of purchasing an item at another location and needed some various electronic accessories. upon entering the store I was greeted by the individual at the front door and was soon near the items that I needed. as we shopped in the aisle no one came over to ask if we needed any assistance even though it was at an hour that the store was not full with shoppers. I observed several people on the floor that were just socializing with each other even though I was there with my kid trying to find several items that we needed for the new gadget we bought. we walked towards the register and was immediately agreed by the cashier and asked if we found everything okay. I commented to him that we were in the store for quite a while and no one came over to ask if we needed any assistance and he promptly asked was there anything else he could assist or help us to find. I indicated that we eventually located everything we needed and was ready to check out.

I bought some beats headphones and was offered the 2 year replacement plan. I specifically asked if these headphones break then I bring them back and they will provide a new pair. The guy helping said yes if anything happens you bring them and we will replace it with a new pair. 5-6 weeks later I bring the broken pair back to the store and instead of replacing them they say they have to ship them off and wait for it to be repaired or new one come in. Ask details with Best Buy’s extended warranty the rep straight lied to me and clearly did not know their ” policies “ when it came to headphones. Even though it’s beats they say it’s an apple product and will have to be repaired

The curbside pickup has been a great addition. A sweet spot between ordering online and picking up your item same day by going to the physical store. Purchased a sound bar online and after driving there had it in my trunk 10 mins later. Beats going inside and trying to track someone down to help you retrieve an item which had always been difficult in the past. Took down 1 star for lack of inventory, had to get a more expensive item as they are always out of stock on the item I go onsite to purchase.

Great place to shop for electronics and now some appliances too. They dont carry much TomTom navigation systems or accessories, they sell Garman instead. Bummer! Oh well, time to get some 3M tape to remount my TomTom navigation unit to my windshield. The suction cup wore out and wont adhear to the glass. Best Buy is not TomTom freindly.

I have been very please with Best Buy in Frisco and Plano stores. This Grapevine store ruined my excellent reputation of Best Buy Stores. The reason I drove 35 mins to pick my my new phone after I ordered on line last evening was I urgently needed this new phone; I arrived about 7:30PM in this store and the lady who served me gave my impression she was ready closing the store; she left while I was opening the new phone; is this the way customer service? At home I found out the phone was not fully started after I powered it on, pressed the start button, checked my privacy, and filled out my wifi interface; it was not processing further even I inserted my T-Mobile SIM; maybe this is a small issue; I called this store at around 10:10 Am this morning; waited about 8 minutes and a lady answered my phone and I explained the new phone issue and let her know I also talked to my T-Mobile Carrier. She asked me to wait and found someone to help me out; I waited about 20 minutes, my phone was forwarded to the operator, I guess. She was very courteous and professional and forwarded my call to the phone department of that store; about 10 minutes, a gentleman answered my phone and I explained my new phone issue; he asked me to wait again and got back with me; I specifically said to him you would not like me wait forever? I have waited for more than 30 minutes and I would like to get my phone worked. He said no. Right now I am still waiting in silent mode after 20+ minutes. I guess he wanted me dropped the call. I guess I had to drive to my nearest Best Buy for help. So sad to see this kind of service in Best Buy store; Again, I still believe this is the special incident; I have been pleased to other Best Buy stores over all.

A one off review. Im sure not many customers get this kind service and the store is great overall.I was interested in purchasing a phone. I saw an employee assisting another customer so I waited for my turn to ask a question. When he was done I said hello he nodded and walked away. I kept looking at other phones and a young lady finally came up to me to ask if I needed any assistance. She was very helpful in answering my questions about the phone I was interested in. Once I made the decision to purchase the item that is when she told me they were out of stock. Then that was it. She didnt bring up the possibility of other phones that maybe were in stock. She just apologized and ended the conversation. I understand that I couldve asked about other phones myself and she would have been very helpful as well but the fact that she really wanted to end conversation there certainly didnt seem like she was too eager to possibly completing a transaction on another item.

I was in the store around 3:00pm on Friday, April 16 and the store had few customers and lots of sales staff socializing and doing odd tasks. I wanted to buy a big screen tv, sound bar, receiver for home sound system, and other items so I hung out in the tv section looking at various tvs. After 25 minutes of waiting for someone to come over and ask for assistance I started looking around to take the initiative. The 5-6 sales staff who were in the tv section when I arrived had disappeared (on break?). I decided to go down the road to Nebraska Furniture Mart and within 2 minutes of arriving in their electronics section I had a salesman going over all the details of each item I would eventually purchase. I ended up with a bill just over $5,000 which I happily paid to NFM and not to Best Buy. Customer Service is a term needing to be retrained to some of the sales staff at this location as I had none to speak of. I was relatively alone in a store of about 20+ sales staff and not one could be bothered to approach me to ask if I could be helped. NFM had a way bigger selection and has sales staff with knowledge and desire in assisting customers. I know where Ill be going in the future!

I am not criticizing specific employees but my issue began with a guy who simply didnt know what he was talking about regarding car audio. Since I didnt know much either, a series of misunderstandings and ultimate corrections took place. Nobodys perfect, but I did end up wasting a lot of time trying to unravel everything. Fortunately, the Supervisor (Joshua) is about as good as they come and he took charge and got it all sorted out.Stereo sounds awesome!
