Our dishwasher went out about a month ago. We shopped a couple of places big box stores and some independents as well. Nobody even came close to the service in the pricing that Becky at Jerrell company provided! Our new Bosch dishwasher is amazing and quiet! We could not be more pleased! Highly Recommend!

In case youre thinking you want to shop local, be forewarned... This company will take your order, take your deposit, give you an ETA on your product, and then youre on your own... I called today to follow up on my order and was told I would have a call back in 30 minutes. Four hours later, shortly before they were to close for the day, I called back to find out why my call had not been returned.The saleswoman I had worked with explained that we were now 90 days out on the arrival of my order -- thats longer than the order was supposed to take in the first place.When asked why I had not been apprised of this, I was told she could not keep up with every change and that this is just the way it is.If you are ok with an ever-changing, ever-growing wait time, this is your store. If not, you might want to look somewhere else...

Becky and her team at Jarrell are great. They took care of our entire kitchen remodel appliance order and when we had an issue with one of the appliances, she made it right. She went out of her way to make sure we were happy with our purchase and I HIGHLY recommend them!

Im not very happy with the Jarrell Company because they are either very slow returning phone calls or not at all. Im extremely dissatisfied with their contracted repair company, C & W appliances out of Dallas. The ice maker I bought for our church was delivered and installed on June 28. Three weeks later it quit working. It took several calls to Jarrell to find out who to call for warranty repair. Then C & W said they would be out in three days and called the morning of July 20 and set a time. Then just before that time they canceled. Then it was set for July 26 and a repair man came out took a quick look and said it would have to go to the shop but another truck would have to get it. Two business day went by and not a word from C & W. I called C & W and they set up the pick-up for Aug. 1. In the mean time we have had two social gatherings at the church that needed ice and a funeral reception coming up this Saturday and no ice machine. If I had wanted to keep buying bagged ice I wouldnt have purchased an ice maker. UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW: December 18, 2018. This Ice Machine is still out of service and Im still getting the run-around about its repair status.

Very competent staff, patient and helpful. Do make sure to verify prices on 3rd party websites. I found that similar plumbing supplies can be obtained for significant savings. On appliances, their prices seem unbeatable.

Very difficult place to shop because they do not have price tags on anything, so if you are interested in something the sales guy has to walk over to the computer type in the model code and 5 min later you get the price. I will say the display room is nice and convenient to look at the appliances but ultimately to frustrating to shop there. Update.. I found Capitol distributing also has a great showroom and everything has price tags.

Great selection! We needed an ice maker. They had multiple brands and prices to choose from. We made our selection, they came and installed it 4 days later- no issues! We highly recommend them!!
