I went and bought 3 phones from this place and specifically told the lady to insure all the phones. When the screen cracked after I purchased thier gorilla screen protector I went to use the insurance just outside our 30 days we find out she didnt add it to one of the phones. 1300 dollar phones and she claims I said no not taking the responsibility she made the mistake and didnt add it when told to. This company or establishment is a careless. Now I maybe out of 1300 especially during times like this.
Finally got some phones with the help of Antonio. We ran in to a bit of trouble but he handled it professionally, thoroughly and was cool the whole time. Glad I didn’t go to the sprint out by Woodland cause they got problems over there. Thanks Antonio, give him a raise y’all!!!

Stopped in to check about switching to Sprint. Worked with Ariel & Jose. It was by far the best experience I’ve ever had in a cell phone store. Both were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, answering all our questions and making our switch to Sprint very easy. If you have to go to a Sprint store I’d recommend this one so you can work with Ariel or Jose.
So we came here for a brand new phone plan and what not, Sean left out a lot of information when we signed up. Thankfully, John helped us through it the best he could and showed us far better customer service than anyone in the store.
Jose and Antonio were awesome! I was a nervous Nelly about switching and they explained my plan, how to work the phone, and especially helped me transfer my precious pictures I was so worried about. Good customer service is so hard to find. Im so happy I switched from Verizon. Thanks guys!

Ask for Jose. He will help you and work with you. Up until yesterday it has been a great store for buying a phone and getting service help. Do not go in on Tuesdays and Thursdays because Jose is not working those days. The man yesterday who I will not name (but they know who they are) was disrespectful and arrogant. I will not go back because of this. The actual cell service is not good for Northern Michigan and when I asked for a power box they said they would deliver it overnight. 10 days later I had to go back to the store and get help to get it delivered. When I did finally have it delivered it was just sitting on my doorstep for how many days? No security at all in this and Im responsible for it? After I got it and tried to use it? Nothing! So now they want to charge me $140. Nothing was said about this when I got the box. Now Im in Northport, Michigan and need to return the power magic box to where? Jose youre great but sorry you work with coworkers who are disrespectful and arrogant and others that make promises they do not keep.
Hands down the best sprint store I have ever been to. Their customer service was incredible. Super nice people, and they were very straightforward with my options and helped me get into a plan that worked for me. I have been to the other sprint store in the area and please dont waste your time. These guys are the best!

I had a GREAT experience at this store. The service was kind of iffy a while back but in the last few months they went under new management and the new staff is GREAT! I went in to get my phone fixed and they were very friendly and helped me out with everything. I recommend all of my friends to this store and all of them are having great experiences as well! This store has consistently given the worst customer service I have ever experienced. For a long time this store was the only authorized Sprint repair store in the area. The customer service representatives have always been rude, lazy, condescending, and misogynistic. Most recently, I was having difficulty transferring information from an old phone to a new phone. The customer service representative insisted that it could not be done and said, I wont even bother my techs with this as it cant be done. They will not do anything different that I tried to do. I then went directly to the Corporate Sprint store a few blocks away. They were able to transfer all of my information without difficulty. The representative informed me that the other store could have done so; however, it does take longer and, more than likely, they did not want to take the time.
The service center is awesome, the guy who works there is very handsome. the reason I come to that store is purely because of the attractiveness of this one man. The work done was very good too.
A few months back I went to three sprint stores to try and fix a problem with my phone. Each store either sent me to another store or tried, failed, and told me the problem was fixed. I came here and they switched my SIM card and the problem was resolved just like that. The store is really laid back too. They had a comfy couch and a good show on the tv. This is the only sprint store you should be going to.
Have been a customer with Sprint for over 15 years for our business. Have had a fairly good customer service. A couple weeks ago one of the employees got a new phone and they ended up deleting all contacts which were numerous and needed at the workplace. They felt bad and since they told us we were up to get 2 free notepads (we did not want a monthly service fee) so they said they would shut off the data and give them to us for free for all the issues and time spent trying to rectify the phone issue. They said they had to get them in and to come back in a few weeks. I went in today and the young salesperson who was not very friendly said nothing is for free and said he would ask the manager. He came back and said Like I said nothing is for free. I was leaving and said you shouldnt have said it was then. He was quite rude. After I left I thought I would call and speak to the manager just to explain what had really happened (at this point I dont even want the notepads). The rude salesperson answered the phone at 3;38 and (he knew it was me) said the manager was at lunch. I asked for the managers name so I could call later. He said whats your name I will not give you that info. I will am a business owner and was shocked an upset by this person. We will be switching all our accounts.
Dont come here. The main people lie about spending, and make us spend hundreds of dollars, hiding costs. Many of the staff there, I dont wanna namedrop anyone, but the person with a name thats starts with an A really was SO terrible and a liar!

Ive been to this store 3 times and theyve sent me to the store down the street for technical support every time. Its worth going here if you want to pay a bill or get a new phone, but if you are looking for any kind of tech support, dont go there.
Absolutely sketchy. I have been a Sprint customer for five years, never missed a payment. But this store will make you want to switch. They WILL SCREW YOU OVER if you try to deal with them. Go to another store, or better yet, dont get Sprint.
This is where I go from now on, Tj went above and beyond to help me out with my main issue. I then had a just a question on getting my phone totally hands free in my car. My phone was already bluetoothed yo my car but if someone called while I was driving I still had to hit the talk button on phone and another rep at this store came out to my car and fixed this he also showed me so many other things my phone did that I had no idea it did. I cant remember his name 😕 or the 3rd very helpful gentleman their, but because of them this is my go to store. So the 3 guys working until 8pm on tuesday September 29th 2018 thank you all very much.

I have been a sprint customer for over 10 years. I bought a refurbished Evo phone at this customer for $100.00 and got the phone home it had multiple problems.Cracked camera, touch screen was bad, and had water damage.
