The people are very nice, but one girl in there keeps looking at me and everyone else like we were stealing. Shes the girl with big braids in here head. Watch out for her Shes mean.

I have not had any issues. My service is great most of the time and it is cheap. The customer service is pretty decent.

Their are two small Hispanic females who work at this store who messed up my service twice already but today theyve messed up my service for the third and final time!!!! I paid for bridge pay on April 11th and came back on the 17th. I told the small Hispanic female working the desk that I was on bridge pay and that I came to pay the rest of my bridge pay off. She told me itll be 23 dollars. The following morning after I paid the 23, I was going to be late for work and I tried to call and let my job know but I didnt have any service and when I made it to work I had to explain why I was late. I went back to the cricket store and told them about my situation and they refuse to give me back my money and now I owe 60 dollars on a phone bill because of a worker who cant do their job!!! Even though they got the receipt and a witness who was the girl who were there when I paid my phone bill, therefore I told them this is the last time they have done this to me and I also let them know that I have friends In the CSCL and other friends who work for the city and my boxing coach is also a lawyer and I am going to have this place investigated. Either they fire those workers or Ill talk to my friends who work for the city and get my lawyer and this place will be shut down!!!!
