I did a trade in for a 800 credit off a new phone. Worse decision of my life. They lost my trade in for 5 months. I had to call them multiple times. Hours of my life are gone. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Customer Service not what it used to be. I never felt so OLD! If it entails doing an ounce of looking into a phone issue they will gladly refer you. From as simple as needing a new battery... dont go there if your phone is OLD. They could have sold me a new one but the guy was so awful he almost made me cry. My husbands phone is OLD because he is just learning how to use a smartphone. Sorry for wasting 2 minutes of your life. (Update to response... it just needed a new battery but thanks for the response)

Cary was amazing today to multi-task while on hold for one customer, setting up another, and then selling and setting a new iphone 13 mini purchase as quickly as he could. He was a rockastar and I really appreciated his calm helpful demeanor amidst a full house lineup of people and stressful hold times with Verizon corporate to complete other tasks. He was willing to think outside of the box to help as many people as he could reasonably and we appreciated it. THANK YOU!!

I wish I could give them more than five stars. When I arrived I immediately got help from Ron, amazing guy he is. He was helping me out so much with getting my own plan and upgrading my phone and watch. When there was an attempted robbery and police came and it started to get physical he put my safety and another coworkers safety before his own and helped removed us quickly and efficiently out of the building while he stayed inside to help out. He didn’t care about his safety, he cared about making sure everyone was okay, and that his coworker and I, a customer, were out of harms way. When the bad guy started to get away, he tackled the guy to the ground without another thought and helped get him under control and after the police had left and everyone was taken care of, we sat back down and his coworker and him helped me get my phone and watch completely taken care of. Great customer service, great quality and care, and Ron and his team are definitely people I would want on my side. I will definitely go back.

Went there on Sunday to do the 5g upgrade on 3 phones. Not sure of the name of the gentleman that helped us. He was friendly and efficient. Ordered the phones and they arrived on Wednesday. Didnt get a notification call but thats ok. I keep close track anyway.Went in Thursday to do the trade in/transfer. Autumn helped us. She was very friendly and calm. Definitely knew what she was doing.Loss of a star only because there was a vape sitting out on the service desk, the trash can by the desk that we were at was visible and full of food garbage. Also the chairs need some TLC.We drove from Grandville to this location because they were the only Verizon place open on Sunday. So probably wont be regulars. However I would recommend them to anyone that needs good service and is in the area.

Poor customer service.I purchased my phone and supplies at a Verizon store. Even though I could have saved a little money, I chose to buy the phone case and screen protector for their customer support and service. I went to the Verizon Authorized Retailer website and I read that I would be able to get support at their store. Not true. I was told by the associate that they on assist customers who purchase products in their store. Came for the convenience of the location, kept coming back for the excellent service. This is the second time I’ve visited this location when the normal Verizon locations weren’t able to help me. Both times I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ronjiv, who is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very friendly. He has made some frustrating situations a lot more palatable. Will be returning here for future phone needs!

Store opens at 9 and yet I waited here for 30minutes, no one answered the door or phone and couldn’t leave a message. I decided to be patient and wait, which was a bad idea cause no one showed up

Unfortunately I had to get a new phone, but at least he was very knowledgeable and informative about the latest products and what would best suit my needs. He even helped me set it up and put on the glass protector for me. Highly recommend this location versus the others where is a huge line and they act annoyed while assisting you.

Terrible employees and customer service. Manager is never around and after I give my information no one contacts me. I call them and they are not receptive to the fact that they made a mistake and I am trying to resolve it. I turned in a phone and some guy named James never recorded it and now I am playing a game of phone tag trying to resolve this issue. I dont make even write reviews, but this has been the worst service Ive gotten from an establishment from start to finish (and its not even finished currently on the phone with customer service because calling the store has done nothing for me.)

Just to prove my point at the lack of accountability at this store you can read my previous review from more than a week ago. They have not contacted me even after they stated publicly that they would. I have given my information multiple times in person and over the phone because for some reason a manager is never there. I dont like being taken advantage of and this store has been one of the worst customer experiences Ive had that the only way I can even get a response is to leave a bad review.

I was trying to compare plans with other wireless company but Verizon kept repeating their messages and I was not able to speak to a someone and it was very frustrating as heck. Even when I called a local store in Grand Rapids she put me on hold for several minutes and ended up not being able to help me out. I am very disappointed with this company.

Answered all my questions in a timely manner, and made sure everything was good to go. Highly recommend this store.

My phone suddenly died one Sunday, and I needed a replacement FAST, or come Monday I’d be up the creek without a paddle. Thankfully, Skyler provided fast, friendly, professional service, and I was back out the door with an even better phone for a very reasonable price! Thanks, Skyler, you rule!!

I literally only go to this Verizon location because the staff here give exceptional, friendly and fast service! Ron is usually my right-hand man to help me with any phone issues. I was offered a free tablet. Took it home and I was getting all sorts of mail linked to the store manager, Ron Roy. Next, Tara Grassman took my phone to her home to transfer pics.I had an appointment and she was 45 minutes late. When she came in she avoided me and waited on everyone everyone but me!She kept going in the back room.Now she comes out and said I gave her permission to give my phone to veterans!Not true! Tried to resolve.3 years ago or not...Russell Cellular is the worst of the worst!

I had no idea the store was even there until I did a search for store hours in the area. The staff are super friendly, the store was quiet and there was no wait. The store is smaller than most Verizon stores Ive been into, but they still had everything we needed to complete our purchase. There was no pressure to upgrade to other more expensive items or items we didnt need. And this store is open on Sundays. This will be our go to store for anything Verizon in the future.

Eric was extremely helpful and polite. Only wanted a new phone, come out with a bunch of accessories to go with it and most importantly a smile. Very happy with this location. BEST VERIZON IN TOWN!

I walked in and both workers had incredibly low energy (I get it as I also work in retail but this was exceptionally low). They seemed very uninterested in helping me. I was inquiring about upgrading my phone to a new device and they lack of information made the interaction last about 3 minutes. I understand if they have limited options for me but the responses she gave were all about 5 words long. At least try to sell me on something and help me understand why something may be better for me. Customer service was very uninviting. Will go to other Verizon locations before this one.

The employees have no idea what theyre doing or how to help their customers. went in with my phone as it would not charge and the employee plugged it into a charger and jiggled it around until itd charge. said its probably going bad and I should get a wireless charger... thats not a solution, thats trying to sell me something else. went to a different store and they actually checked my account and were able to see that I had coverage and could get it replaced. dont go here if you need anything that involves even a little work.

Best customer service I have ever received with my cell phone service in 14 years. Chris was very patient and answered all of our questions. He set up 3 new phones, switched over the phone numbers from Sprint, transferred all of the contacts, put them in all the cases and even helped go over some basic features. He even called us later that afternoon to see if we had any further questions. Go here... Youll be happy you did.Update: Its been 5 months and Im very happy with my service. Additionally, Chris was very helpful and informative with my upgrade. Simple and easy.

I have used this Verizon location two times and the workers there were very helpful both times. The first time they didnt even charge me to activate a replacement phone, which would have cost me $40 at a company Verizon store. I try to use them whenever I need service.

I really wanted to recognize one of their associates, Tara, who went above and beyond in helping me to update my iPhone and made sure that it was working properly before I left the store. She even stayed past her shift to ensure that I was happy with my product. Thank you, Verizon, for having an awesome staff!

Recently went in to get my pixel 2 looked at because it stopped turning on and had the best experienced working with the two awesome ladies working there. Tara and her coworker did everything they could to get me a replacement phone listed under the google warranty and did not let up until they did. They were also super friendly and approachable. 12/10 would recommend.

These guys were outstanding! The manager himself takes a lot of pride in his work and customer service and it shows. I went in to get two new Galaxy S7 edge phones and a new plan and the manager along with another associate walked me through all the possible ways I could go about getting a new plan. They were patient and answered all my questions I had about each way. I cannot say the same for a couple official corporate Verizon stores around the area that I had visited before coming here. Come here for great service.

The staff was either uninterested in helping me, or just not very knowledgeable of their products. Multiple questions of mine were answered with I dont know, probably, and I think so which didnt give me confidence I was getting the correct plan. Also, the prices are higher than a normal Verizon store, or Best Buy.

The customer service at this Wireless Zone location is outstanding!!! I highly recommend it. Each service representative takes time to figure out exactly what you need and provides suggestions (without being pushy at all) on what would fit best for your life and budget. I approached an employee by telling her that I knew it was out of the ordinary, but would you be willing to scan and email a document for me. I said I knew Verizon usually doesn’t do this, but it would save me a drive through heavy traffic downtown. She replied by saying we have a scanner, but I don’t know how to use it- and continued to stare at me like this was the most ridiculous request.She then asked her manager who told me that they do have a scanner, but he can only scan “work orders”. It was the most ridiculous service and treatment I’ve received from a company in 2019. Even the other customers facial expressions showed me how ridiculous their responses were to me.As a customer since my teens, it’s appalling the lack of common sense in these stores. Good cell phone service, bad company, but the worst store.

Chris has helped me, and my 3 teenagers on a multitude of occasions! I am not so tech savvy, and he is always very patient with me and explains in detail my options and always does the math to determine the best option for us/our family. His service is individual and based on the needs of your family. We have gone to Chris for advice, issues, upgrades, new phone purchases and changes in our phone plans and every single time he has been efficient, professional, and very helpful. I have since sent friends to him for new phones, and even my Mom and Dad who are of the generation I only turn in my phone when I need it or if there is an emergency. Thanks to Chris, they now have working phones that they use every day and we can get in touch with them. He was VERY patient with them, and that was not an easy task! I have the upmost respect for Chris and cannot recommend him highly enough.

Jaimee White is my go-to sales rep! Shes more concerned with making sure I get the best plan for my family, rather than earning commission by selling me stuff I dont need. I can also count on her to be available by phone if I have a question. Shes upbeat, friendly and knowledgeable!

She was professional and helpful but could not solve the issue. She asked gentleman in back for assistance, he was cold and rude. She suggested remote tech support who also could not resolve issue...#smh!

Absolutely, by far and away, the worst customer service experience of my life and Im 60 years old. After two trips to the store and several phone calls, I walked away with no phone in hand and had been insulted and left standing alone at the desk of my service agent, a young woman with a ponytail and an extremely immature and arrogant attitude.As professional as she was, she never gave her name, lied about messages that were left with my son (my alternate phone number), and asked me, do you remember anything!? in reference to a phone call that was made to Apple regarding iCloud back-up. After this statement, she said she had to take a breath, walked away muttering loudly so that all in the store could hear, Rude, rude... and left the floor.This person clearly has no business working with the public and is highly discriminatory in her perceptions and actions towards others. If any of my employees acted in the manner that she did, they would be fired in a heartbeat.Fortunately, my phone problem has been resolved and I never lost one iota of data. My advice is to steer clear of this outlet; go to an actual Verizon store or find an honest, private phone repair and sales retailer.

This is NOT the typical Verizon store that we thought it was. For example the Verizon store at Knapp Corner, Alpine NW and by Woodland Mall really know what theyre doing and are TRULY owned by VERIZON. Due to the lack to knowledge all my info on my phone was erased without them verifying a back-up. Disappointed that I didnt take the extra time to drive to Knapp Corner. I wouldnt have lost my contacts and pictures :(

I set up a new phone through Wireless Zone and was very happy with the service I received. I was switching over from an iPhone to a Goole Pixel and they did a great job of getting everything transferred and getting my phone all ready to go.

Incredibly helpful and kind! They helped me transfer my sim card from one iPhone to another. The service was quick, customer service was great, and I was grateful that I could go to this store and receive the same service as I would have at the Verizon store that is farther away. I definitely recommend coming here for all your Verizon needs.

Came in earlier today with a problem. My phone that I got through Verizon is dead, so I need a new phone or to upgrade. Otherwise I have no phone. Their answer was that I need to go get it fixed by someone else and that we cant help you with your problem. The women that I spoke with particular seemed to have zero customer service skills and would not work with me on finding a solution other than saying well you should have bought insurance. I have never had a phone break before, so the thought of needing that didnt even cross my mind. It is good to know that if I have a problem, this place would leave me out to rot.

It says that they open at 9am and we have been waiting for someone for over an hour and a half. Tried to call? No answer, but there is a full voicemail box so you couldn’t even leave a message if you wanted. Unprofessional and not cool.

Put me on hold for ten minute and hung up. Didn’t call back. Hung up when I called a second time. This was very frustrating.

Staff is usually nice and helpful. Not enough working at peak times though.

I called this place to see if I can come and pick up a charger that was supposed to be inside with a brand new phone I ordered offline. So I was told that they dont give away free things..I never asked for him to give me anything for free .I called the 1800 number and they instructed me to go to a authorize dealers and I would be in there computer. The guy is a total Jurk he wouldnt listen to anything I was trying to tell him..
