I brought my iPhone 11 in thinking the charging port was broken. The person at the counter asked me if I was sure it was broken I thought it was. He asked me if I had a minute he cleaned lint out of the charging port. My phone now works fine. It’s nice to find a business that is so honest. Thanks again

I have my Live TV service through here. I love it. I only pay $25 a month and I get ALL the channels. AT&T wanted to charge me like $200+. And whenever I have a issue or need a update, Shawn has no problem helping me out. I would highly recommend trying them out. You won’t regret it.

Terrible service! Don’t waste your money!

If I could give 0 stars I would! I paid this company 250$ about a month ago to fix my iPhone 10. My phone was never fixed properly and throughout the month I noticed my screen wasnt tightly attached. I also noticed a few times it unattached in some of the corners and I popped it back close. Today I dropped my phone on my living room floor (carpeted) and the entire screen came unattached. I reattached the screen and noticed my phone was completely black and not working. Right then I took my phone to iactivate and let the owner know what had occurred over the past month and today. He proceeded to say he was not responsible for the recent damages and I should have brought my phone in sooner and it would be 150.00$ to fix my phone which would include doing the same thing he had done a month prior. My reply was that the phone was never fixed right the first time and it had only been a month and I should not have to pay for him to do the same thing he had just done. Let me be clear that I have had my iPhone 10 for a couple years and have dropped it several times and the screen never popped off. Someone ran my phone over so thats why I got it fixed from him in the first place. His coworker suggested replacing the screen and assured me that it would work properly afterwards. It has only been 1 month since paying 250.00$ to fix my phone. I dropped my phone one time and now he wants another 150.00$ to do the same thing he did already. I truly feel robbed and I do not recommend this company to anyone! I do not understand how morally he can feel okay doing this.

I went two other places to get my iPad fixed and they charged me an arm and a leg..Shawn from inactivate was professional, and showed me the service for half of the cost. Friendly and helpful totally recommend..

Customer service is terrible, very unprofessional, lacks customer service skills. Not consistent at all. Paid for monthly services that weren’t functioning for months. Total ripoff. 1 star is the lowest rating allowed!
