My husband and I made the transfer yesterday from Boost Mobile to Metro and Vee was extremely helpful and friendly. It only took her roughly 15 minutes to transfer both of our numbers to Metro. At first she didnt think she had two of the phones we wanted and was about to have us go to a different location but she then went and checked in back and she had two of them. The coverage is amazing! A lot better than Boost Mobile.

Josephs help was amazing. I didnt feel rushed, pushed into something I didnt want or need and received great help getting an awesome phone for a ridiculously good price. Joseph asked what I needed/wanted/what I use my phone most for and guided me to the one that best suited what I wanted instead of trying to sell my on the most expensive phone.Hands down best place to get honest and friendly customer service when it comes to upgrading/getting a new device!! The employees are so helpful when every I come in with phone issues because Im from an older generation. I call it old people coaching. Lol. They are all not only knowledgeable but also professionally friendly. I appreciate them so much!

I came into this store and had a great experience, far beyond what I expected. Joseph and Silvia are the most respectable knowledgeable professionals Ive ever met. I was not pressured to make any unwanted purchases and was given ample time to get the phone that was best for me. Wow! More stores should be like this one, they definitely set the bar high!

A++ store. My wife, daughter and I stopped in while visiting Grand Rapids after we dropped my phone. John was extremely helpful over the phone and in person. He offered a very reasonable price to fix the phone but we were only there for another day so we ended up just buying a replacement. He was friendly and professional and even recommended a few places to visit and eat while in town. Activation was quick and easy and we were on our way. I wish the Metro PCS store near our house was like this location.

Also, as they multitasked, I never felt unattended to. Joseph busted me out about my phone being not current then the three of us cracked up laughing about it. I explained that my budget couldnt afford a new one right now and they totally understood, and continued to help with my issues, which they resolved. I went into metro pcs on Michigan street,in Grand ràpids,Michigan,Asking about my phone bill and account number and pin.my job requires 4 G LTE.I received notification this morning stating that,I used 33 GB of 35 GB.Its saying that once I reach 35 GB that the speeds will slow down.I simply ask to renew the plan to make sure,I continue getting 4G LTE ...I already had $60 dollars extra.IF your expecting unlimited data 4 G LTE, after 35 GB your speeds slow down.THIS IS NOT UNLIMITED DATA
