Drew was very helpful and patient and detailed. He was insistent on or satisfaction and conversational. He was excited about telling us about Verizon outreach programs.

I went into this store for liquid glass for my new phone. Was greeted so politely by a guy by the name of DREW. He had so much knowledge on an array of phones, their functions, pros and cons etc. He helped me with not only the purchase of the liquid glass but also a phone case and a few other items. He also did everything he could to get me the best deal as well. Will definitely be recommending this store and DREW for great customer service!!

If anyone ever needs assistance with the Verizon phone I highly recommend the Verizon store in Wilson their customer service is 100% Kevin worked on my phone for hours changed everything OK for me and was so courteous and helpful I can’t stop bragging about him he is truly an asset to the company. One other gentleman named Drew was also a great help in trying to get my phone back working. We need more people like them in the work force I cannot say how thankful I am for their service, great job.A very satisfied customer.

Dealing with a dead phone is stressful, however my experience at TCC Walker alleviated that stress. Drew Pappas was helpful in explaining the pros and cons of different models of phones. The store is amazing. Drew has the patience of Job with an ability to explain all details well to a couple 80 year olds getting new phones. So thorough. Made certain we left with all knowledge needed. Had one difficulty and the next day Kevin was able to address it with great service.

Update to the owners response: I called 3 times on Sunday, the voicemail didnt indicate the location was closed, and the website indicates they are open on Sundays. This response didnt take any ownership.I arrived to this location at 11:30AM on a Sunday and they werent open, there were absolutely no indicators saying that they were closed. Super unprofessional and while having a 9 month old that was a terrible move.

Anthony was great! I went in with a wireless recharger that wasn’t working and a cracked screen protector. He figured out what was wrong with the charger and explained how to get a new protector thru Pure Gear for free. When it came I took it back and he put it on for me. He’s a great employee and kind young man!

STOP by and talk with AnthonyI stopped by the store today because I thought I had broken my screen to my phone an to see what getting another phone would cost. An I was very upset because I just got this phone an there was only one person working in the store, I was greeted immediately he told me he would be right with me.. He had other customers, the wait wasnt very long cpl minutes. Gave me a chance to look at cases an stuff Anthony helped me with my phone an all my questions an I showed him my phone an it ended up being just a screen protector I had a glass one on my phone an I didnt realize.. I feel that If I would have went somewhere else they would have just tried to push me to buy another phone instead of telling me that it was just my screen protector!! Thanks.. Definitely will come back for any phone needs

Horrible customer service. The one employee present could not handle a basic service of canceling an order and claimed he had not been trained to do so. We were told to return when the manager came in ‘around’ 11:00. Left and went to TCC in Grand Haven where I received superior customer service.

Went in with a phone locked by a userid/password issue that Verizon Tech Support was unable to unlock and left with a fully functional cell phone thanks to the patience and knowledge of Kevin. I know he was challenged with this phone issue but he accomplished something that even Tier Two Verizon Tech Support was unable to fix. Thank you so much Kevin.

I bought a phone, and it took 2 hours to transfer. I returned home and discovered I had no phone service. They had no idea why. I asked for a refund.The Walker, location have no idea what they are doing. Go to a Verison rep, not a reseller.It took another hour to refund my money and get my old phone working.

My husband and I went in to get new phones and we were treated like family. Kelsey was the absolute best! Not only were we able to get our new phones ordered, we were able to pick up a new tablet for our son (who was delighted beyond words). When we went back a couple days later to get our phones that came in Kelsey got them all set up and all our info from our old phones transferred over with ease. We will definitely go back to TCC Standale for any of our mobile electronic needs!

I had a great experience on 9/22/16 at this store. I ended up purchasing two new phones. One for me and one for my spouse. I had a lot of questions, which the sales rep was able to answer. They were very busy and he made sure to focus on me, but I let him know that I was okay with him assisting the other customers that were waiting. I know some customers get upset about that. They were actually able to help me get into a much better plan than I currently had for about the same price and we can add another line on for $20 as long as the phone that is added is a Verizon phone. Like I said, I just got these last night and well see what the total bill is. I did ask ahead of time as that was a determining factor for deciding to purchase two new phones. This is the second time I have purchased phones from this location and I couldnt be happier with them. The only thing I wish is that they had more staff and a waiting area. It takes time to set up the phones and I know there was at least two other people behind me in line there to purchase a new phone and I didnt leave until 8pm. So I felt bad for the sales reps. Overall, I recommend this place and havent had a problem with them. Also, the sales rep was extremely helpful and told me if I had any questions whatsoever to just stop back in.

Stopped in today with full intentions of upgrading my iPhone. No other customers in the store. Absolutely terrible customer service. Walked back out. Will be going to Verizon on Alpine tomorrow where we’ve always received top notch service. Not sure how this place stays open.

Terrible place to go. Opens at 10 am. Was there at 10 and sign on door stated to call number posted and they would come out and let you in. Called number and no one answered. Knocked on door several times.At 10:30 still no one around.

No customer service. Waited for 30 minutes without any worker saying any thing to us. I had to interrupt them to find out it would be an additional 25 minutes wait.

I bought some new phones there a few months ago. It took longer than I thought it should to go through all the steps and figure things out, but the gentleman I worked with did an awesome job.

I was misled about the monthly cost with the Verizon Edge plan. While I was in the store to confront the manager, who never seems to be there, another customer complained about the same problem. I tried to call today and the manager is not available and his manager is apparently a big secret because I was not allowed to have hid full name or a phone number where he could be reached. His name is Greg but thats all I can tell you. Customer service does not exist and this place exists to rip people off. Im guessing they hope that people dont actually follow up on their bills and check to see what they are actually paying and they get some credit for the Edge plans. My advice, stay away!

Terrible experience!- Started with sales rep giving completely inaccurate monthly bills, even when asked to quote total bill with all fees, insurance, etc.- Next exchanged phone and she stated note 5 was not included 50 TV promo (manager quickly said she was wrong). She then proceeded to give this pathetic acting job that the promo just came out (lol promo was out for over 4 weeks)- Went to cancel the lines and she asked for our phones, then stated 1 had a scratch and other was cracked (lol still have phones in mint condition).- Asked her 2 fellow geniuses if they saw the scratch and Crack ( both rocket scientists said they did).- I contacted CS and the rep said that the treatment of us was ridiculous and an embarrassment to Verizon.The VP of operations is contacting me tomorrow and I cant wait to explain the total disregard for customers, misleading representation of the company values, and embarrassing acts of her employees.To wrap up, Dont blame Verizon, just this ridiculous 3rd party store with inept, inexperienced, and clueless staff.
