Long time customer here, been playing, buying and selling games since the 80s. Long before Gamestop. Went in to sell a couple of games a few weeks back. Thanks to Covid-19 stuff my ID is expired and even though I bought them at gamestop it turned into a huge hassle where I ended up flagging a bystanderd down to borrow his ID to sell them their own stuff back. So disappointing guys. Gave you 4 stars cause I love ya. Come on though really.

Not a huge selection of items, but they had a few Funko pops I was looking for.

Staff is SUPER friendly. Always chatting with them for extended amounts of time about games while my boyfriend and I are there. I love that interaction! Its so cool to get other peoples inputs on games you like and that they like.

GameStop has been going down hill for years. It has been less about games and more about pop culture items. Only worth periodic visits. You are better off looking for a local game shop.

Its just pricey, but the got cool stuff.

Ive been here numerous times since it was EB Games back in 2004 and have enjoyed it since then. The service is good and the usual deals that every GameStop locations has are good as well. My only complaints are the usual would you like to... things they say during every transaction but the employees are required to say those and since its part of a huge corporation, expect that from almost every location. Overall Id recommend it.

The clerk (Bruce) was very helpful. Answered all my questions and helped me find what I was looking for. Very good experience and I appreciate that.

Powerup rewards has changed for the worse. Less discounts on pre-owned games. Associates in store were not very knowledgeable about Switch titles and couldnt offer reccomendations. Was ready to spend money on a few titles if the employees could have suggested games I would have liked. Lost opportunity, I guess.

The staff here are always awesome! Even if they are extremely busy they still take time to make sure all your needs are met and you have a posit experience. They have been out of games I’ve wanted before, but I come back because of friendly staff and their ability to track down what I need.

Knowledgeable staff here, and not a direct stab at the staff, but i also know that they could be more honest. Aswell as being clear to customers who call with educated questions prior to going to store in order to help make not only my time but aswell as the employees time more productive and smoothly for the transaction not to mention honesty is key to customer satisfaction. Also i would advise everyone to DO NOT TRADE/SWAP OR SELL YOUR CONSOLES WITH GAMESTOP, ITS A SCAM. Because apparently if you go there and SELL them a xbox one s 1tb(although im quite sure it was 2tb) console only with a broken hdmi out port($3-$5+30min) and want to take that money and use it to BUY a pre-owned same exact system and specs as mentioned but in a pre-owned bundle (which has cords and wireless controller and not always but often a game) will then be switched to a TRADE IN and they take your cords and controller(this is the scam)Very disappointed here, spent alot of money at gamestop in past 10 years and even called prior to going to store and even expressed(in a calm manner) how displeased i was with the way the transaction turned out(because during it was a confusing and busy time so i just payed the balance without knowing what all just took place) and to not much of damn was given, but many corprate text book answers/excuses were! Because well at that point they had my money and knew my son and wife were with me and there was no turning back. Its a shame because this was all pre-owned merchandise so it cost around $30-$40 at very most that the company would of not profit from i guess you could say. Small gain but much bigger loss. As of now me + 6 others will no longer make any purchases from gamestop.

Other reviews are outdated and hilarious, this game store is the best Ive ever been to. Avid gamer and probably spend the majority of my time playing games. Been to my fair share of stores like this and the GameStop on Knapps Corner is my favorite, Ill go farther out of my way to buy specifically from them if I can. Very clean store, relaxing atmosphere. Prices are what youd expect and if youre trading in newer games you will get a decent price for them. Being a rewards members helps a lot, but I get why people complain about not getting much $$ for exchanging used games, but that is the case for almost any retail outlet like this. Being a rewards member gives you bonuses and increased $$, but it still helps to be trading in some newer released games or a large quantity of games. Is nice that you can trade in used phones & tablets too, which I wouldnt expect. Hands down best part about this store location is the staff. Ive seen / met probably the majority of the workers there and every person is A+ 10/10. Knowledgeable, friendly, always looking to look out for the customer. They are the reason I return to this store location so often, amazing people really. Always ask you if you need help finding what youre looking for, but not like pushy salesmen, or annoying or anything in that regard. They are professional and courteous and I cant stress it enough. Amazing store.

Newer employee (not John, who is awesome) wanted to talk more about his livestream and his girlfriend than doing his job. Asked him to check a used disc for me. Said I should be fine. Got it home and it was dirty, scratched, and chipped. Would not install on my system. Will not be going back in the best of moods...

I bought fire emblem from the store they said they ship the product to my house. I never even got the game. It never showed up and when I called for help they wont help you at at all they send you to a 1800 # that does not even answer to get your money back or get the game you didnt get that you paid for I will be contacting the owner of this gamestop to let them know how rude the staff was to a customer. They had zero care about your issues.

This is a quality gamestop. Theres a bunch in the area, but none of them have the emphasis on customer service that this one does. Its location is convenient right at knapps corner and its store is clean and well organized. If I had to choose between this one and the one at woodland this is the choice for sure.

Gamestop in a one of a kind but, there business model is not pro customer. They are more worried about making an extra dollar than providing a experience for there customers, which is sad for a franchise.

Bought battlefield brand new and theres writing on the outside of the case from a previous owner and the disc is scratched and dirty. This place is full of dishonest people selling used games saying there brand new. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION

Gamestop will not let you return a console even if you have only used it one time unlike BestBuys return policy. The employees are nice but I personally believe that Gamestop has some unethical business practices. Be careful!

They only had one person at the register and for some reason the check out process takes 15 minutes for one person. Have more than one employee please.

I went to the store to buy a 5 dollar game. The only person working was the manager and there was one person in line, but it took a solid 20 minutes to do a trade in and the manager never once said I’m sorry this is taking so long or offered to simply ring me up which when it finally happened took him about 30 seconds. Another issue I have with the store is their trades are terrible the give you barely anything and then turn around and then insanely mark up the prices.
