Well Dylan is a fill in I understand but that young man knows his job very well organized very knowledgeable and his patience was so awesome ! He went above and beyond his job let me remind you I was there 2hrs and 30 mins but I left 1,000 % satisfied with his excellence and everything he did i thank God for a great spirited young man he is, I told him if I could rate him I would give him a 20 on the star scale great job att for hiring Dylan he deserves a promotion or a store if his own or even maybe be the main person to train staff members that are new hires great job team I love you all have a blessed day ! So I am new to AT&T and when having issue switching from my old provider I meet Jeremy and had the best first AT&T store experience ever. He was calm but showed concern while problem solving possible solution. Now mind you I came in crying after a long day of trying to get my phones to activate, but it was 7:02 and he was done for the day and locking the door before he saw me and welcomed me in. My son close on my heals holding his sisters phones hoping the guy can fix the issue so I’d stop crying. Well he said he would be glad to help and proceeded to fix all but 1 of our phones. My husbands phone who had taken it out to work with him thinking it would eventually work. Jeremy showed me exactly what he did so I could do the same for the last phone and told me to call me if I have anymore issues. Well still had issues and he called my old provider and stayed on the phone with me until I got answers. It was a number porting issue and it was finally fixed thanks to him knowing what to do and told me verbatim what to say to get it corrected. This experience made me think I made a good choice switching.

I love this location! The staff is super nice and very knowledgeable on all the products. They always go above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly. Also, the manager is really cute.

Mason is literally one of the best AT&T employees!I had previously been at the Byron Center location the night before to switch over my service from Verizon. I was not given a choice of iPhone or phone plan. Rather, I was upsold both without being told any of any options. I left buying nothing as I was so dissatisfied with Paul and his associates service.I then went to the Michigan St location and was helped by Mason. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and HONEST! He explained all of my options for phones and plans. Thank you, thank you! :)

I stopped in last week and met two young ladies by the names of Nicole and Ebony. The didn’t have access to the things needed to help me but they stayed extremely positive polite and smiled the entire time. I love their positivity.

Very unprofessional. 4th attempt on service set up. Manager, Mark, told us to contact att first net service ourselves ~ after 4th visit ~he said he wasnt sure why we were told he would do it. He was very hesitant toId us he was not to be contacting first net rep as we should doing so. He printed out an email form for us to fill out. We did. We asked for first net contact info and he said we didnt need it. I asked for his business card. He said he didnt have one.I asked for him to write down his info for us for contac followup. With a huff he provided it. Between the huffs, rolling of eyes, and having to pry info out of him with several questions, it was NOT the quality ATT Service I am use to of all the years Ive been w ATT.

The staff is so helpful and friendly.

The owner here doesnt pay their employees or staff his stores properly, hence the reason why there is usually only one or two employees working. Theres 20 other stores in GR, try finding another to support, where they pay their salespeople and fully staff their stores, especially with the cell phone store robberies happening all over West Michigan, the owner didnt care until all other cell phone stores started taking action. Take your business elsewhere.
