My husband and I bought a 2012 Toyota Sienna from this place a few weeks ago, and we have been very happy with our purchase and the experience. We were able to negotiate on the price, and they let us take the van for a couple of days before we purchased it so we could bring it to our mechanic to check out. We worked with Michael, who was very helpful. We didnt feel pressured at all, it really felt like they just wanted to make sure we would be happy as customers.

I was very pleased with my car buying experience. My sales consultant, Mike V., as well as the rest of the Motor Mile staff expertly answered all my questions and greatly simplified the process of purchasing a vehicle. What I thought would be a “all day” affair was the quickest car buying purchase I have ever had. Lastly, I can tell they really value their customers and would gladly recommend Motor Mile to any of my friends.

What a great experience purchasing our 2013 Chevy today. A great group of guys. One of the quickest in and out the door vehicle purchase we have had. It always is horrible when you sit around the dealership all day waiting on paperwork or the bank...... not here, once the process started we were out within 30-45mins.

This is long overdue review. My daughter bought her very first car here and it was not a good experience. The windshield had been replaced right before she bought it. The first rain after, she had water inside her car and things were not working properly due to getting wet. When I called the salesman, Joe, he referred us to glass company. When I called the glass company, he wanted to see the vehicle to assess the windshield. Since was she was living in Midland, this was not possible. We had it replaced in Midland. She had to pay $500 to fix the other items wrong with the car as a result. In attempts to get some resolution for the poor work on original windshield, we were sent back and forth between glass company and dealership. The dealership hired the glass company and should have taken care of the problem at their expense. The last time I called, I never received a call back. I eventually stopped calling but I shouldnt have stopped in retrospect. The fact they did not stand behind it, tried to push us to glass company and to ignore our calls is unacceptable. I still feel they owe my daughter reimbursement for the repairs. I do not recommend buying a car here.

Today on 11/20/17 my truck died in the driveway next to this place and the staff was so caring and understanding. They grabbed a truck and towed me out of the way and into a parking lot without a second thought. I really appreciated the level of respect they had in helping me and my daughter. Wonderful place!!!!

I do not recommend this place . I bought a used car from them . First of all they sold me a car with a tire that kept leaking air . They said it fine, and it was a “as is sale” . I took the car to a tire shop and low and behold one rim was bent on the inside so you could not see it . I’m guessing when they installed the new tires on the car they knew about it . Now 45 days after I bought the car, the transmission is not shifting . I call the service dept and am told it is an “as is sale “. Really ? A transmission repair is a big deal . I was told by their service dept to take it elsewhere. It would be better . A ford dealer has a better computer to diagnose the problem . It seems as soon as I signed on the bottom line, they don’t care . I would highly recommend NO ONE go there .Michael Odle

It is rare to find great customer service especially from a dealership. I have now directly bought a vehicle from four dealerships and Motor Mile/ K & M Suzuki has provided superb customer service that beats all others combined. I could not be more pleased with my rep Brian. Not only did he honestly answer I am not sure to specific questions (instead of just saying yes for the sale) he investigated and got me the right answers. He also picked me up from the airport since I flew in for a specific vehicle I wanted. I would highly recommend him and the staff here if you are looking to buy a vehicle. I will be sure to continue to recommend them to my friends which I already shared positive experiences and would like to deal with them again for future purchases. I would also like to thank Eric the business manager for rate matching my financing and assisting me in the process.

When K&M Dodge didnt have time for me (with appointment) I went across the street to Motor Mile where I not only got the car service I wanted, but I was treated with respect. I will be back to Motor Mile and appreciate them. Thankyou for the customer service that is hard to find lately.

Bought a 2013 Camry from Joe Borack last week and he was extremely helpful and professional. There was not a spare key so Joe had a second one made (providing us a free rental car for a day as the key maker required the car for a day). Also, the small things such as filling up the window washer fluid and gas multiple times! Cant overstate the ease and expediency from MotorMile. Highly recommend.

Great, no hassle experience purchasing a Volvo XC60 from Michael Vorhees. Very professional, friendly and courteous. He negotiated the price, filled the tank, even had it cleaned (although it was already clean), provided a certificate for a future oil change and much more. It was hugely different from the experience we had two days before with a local dealer who wouldnt negotiate on a similar car that was older, had more miles and was priced higher. I am glad we found this one and the Motor Mile. Thank you, Michael V.!

Horrible experience. Purchased a 2011 equinox. 2 weeks after I purchased it the transmission broke. Dealership refused to do a thing. I even had to ask for a refund on the 100$ diagnostic they charged me. Please do not purchase here. I am paying 200$ a month for a vehicle I cant drive.

I talked with Brian and asked if he could help me find a good, reliable car inside my mother in laws price range. She came to visit us here in Grand Rapids from Port Huron and her car died just outside of town. It wasnt worth fixing, so we decided to check out some used cars at K&M Suzuki (now Motor Mile Used Cars). We called ahead and spoke with Brian prior to getting there. Brian not only already had 3 cars pulled up and ready to go by the time we got there, but they were already warmed up too!Even though he knew that the vehicle was going to be heading back out of the area, he did everything he could to make finding and buying a car out of necessity easy. Some places may be tempted to inflate the price because they knew that we needed to buy a car, but that was not the case. He did a great job and helped get her into a great car that she is very happy with!

Awful experience for my daughters first experience buying her own car. Purchased a used 2006 Suzuki Reno and not only did it require work before we purchased it, it required three more major repairs and then the head gasket cracked all before the end of the 1st year. Too bad it doesnt qualify for the Michigan Lemon Law because it is definitely a LEMON, and has left a bitter taste wondering why K&M would sell cars like this.

Our credit score is not so good, we shopped around and found that Motormile is one of the few places in Grand Rapids where you get KBB fair price even if your credit is not so great. We got a great deal on a 2014 Focus. Not just a base model. Sunroof, upgraded wheels, steering Wheel controls, and the car is still has the original Powertrain Warranty. If you need a GREAT used car, this is the place to go.

Bought a 99 Chevy Blazer. Intake gasket, head gasket, front end, and tranny need replaced and my door fell off a week after the purchase. Ive only has the vehicle for a week and a half now. This vehicle was not worth the time I spent trying to get it. Do not go here.
