I had some recall work done here. The good: Service was courteous and work was done in less time than expected. There is also a pleasant waiting area where I chose to get some work done. Wifi works well and there are work stations for a laptop.The not-so-great: Most dealer service areas--especially ones at higher end dealerships--have coffee and other things that welcome you. There was a sign about such things, but nothing was available. More important, I was a little disappointed to see smudgy fingerprints on each doors windows. I got them off with a little work, but it didnt feel like very high end service after that.

Had to get some warranty work on my vehicle and the level of professionalism i received was outstanding. The Volkswagen team had my vehicle done two days before expected. The communication was also fantastic. Any future vehicle purchases/auto work I need done will be through Betten Imports.

My car has dropped into the black hole of their Service department, after being there 8 days with little and mixed information. I am so disappointed. I have called, waited, called and waited again and again with little communication. Love driving my Volvo XC70, but it just sits. Heavy sigh. Look for me at GR bus stops while my lovely car sits.
