Lifetime warranty with no hidden agenda. That’s unheard of! I had gone to Gerber 6 years prior to repair a bumper involved in a fender bender. 6 years later I started having issues with my bumper popping out from the frame. I didn’t even know about their lifetime warranty but went to them to see what could be done. They replaced the bumper under the warranty. I couldn’t be happier. This speaks loudly of their integrity and is hard to come by in today’s world. My car was done and ready within hours and they even washed my car before having me pick it up. Very thankful for their fast and thorough service!

I was traveling and had a warranty issue from an incident nearly 2 years earlier in another state. These guys did everything possible to get me in, diagnose the problem, and even set me up in a state further down the line who could get the part and fix my ac. The customer care they provided went above and beyond any exceptional or normal customer service I’ve ever received or heard of. I highly recommend these guys.

I took my brand new truck in there to get fixed after I got T-boned by some old man I took it there because theyre supposed to be GMC certified and return my truck as it was before the wreck I picked it up my tire well was not put back together right I can still see swirl marks in the paint job on the clear coat I had loose hanging brackets underneath my truck that they didnt repair I take it back sat there while they worked on it for an hour and a half and I have to take it back again in two weeks when they get the right parts that theyre supposed to have that they should have put on my truck to begin with before they even released it so they release my truck its not GMC repaired because its not like it was before the wreck and Ive had nothing but problems. After this experience with this company I would not take a tricycle there for them to paint

Took my truck into Gerber after a hit an run was done on my truck. Gerber made it easy and explain the repair process in which I didnt have any unanswered questions. When I got my truck back, unfortunately the paint didnt quite match if you looked at it in the light a certain way and my airbag light was flashing. I took it back to Gerber and they checked it out and asked if I could leave it while they figured out the problem. I agreed. They found out that it was a little clip for the seat belt in which they ordered. We set up a time for it to be installed. Once I got it dropped of to get it installed, they decided to repaint it without me even asking because they noticed the slight paint difference. Good and Honest since they took the initiative and went above and beyond. Will definitely use again! (Although I hope I wont have to!)

Absolutely outstanding customer service and work on my car! I was in a car accident where my front end basically had to be replaced and a few things under the hood. Ethan was super helpful - and very easy to contact. They took a little longer than expected but keep me up-to-date on changes. My rental through my insurance was also up - and they paid for it without me even asking. My car looks amazing and has been running amazing. Talk about customer service! When I first received my car back from Perris there were a few things that I was unhappy about, and a few days later they called to check my satisfaction. When I told them about the issues I had they took the time to make sure that I was 100% happy, and went WAY above and beyond what I had expected. They not only fixed the problem but did everything they could to make sure that I was satisfied. Absolutely amazing customer service from Perris Collision.

Very patient with me! Got my car back today and it looks BRAND NEW! I was in (happy) tears! Not only did they fix my car, when I dropped it off it was pretty dirty from the snow, they WASHED IT FOR ME! They even wiped the touch screen down! I highly recommend to anybody!

Dont Try this at Home! Well I did! I tried painting over some scratches on my bumper. Leave this to the Pros! I fixed my quarter panel here and they did a great job and their prices were very reasonable compared to other shops in town. If I could I would give this place 10 stars. After fixing my bumper for again very reasonable pricing they even offered to fix my mistake of getting overspray over all of my car at no additional cost. If I were you reading this review I would take your Car here without thinking twice about it. Excellent Company & Customer Service. I can not rave about them enough. It looked nice when it was finally done but they somehow forgot about a broken headlight dangling under my truck they were paid to fix. Very visible so Im not sure how the mistake was made. Other than those factors my truck havent looked this nice since I bought it.

Perris helped me get my car fixed up quick and very affordable. They were able to work in my budget and get everything fixed that needed to be. There is a lifetime warranty on all their work. They do a great job!

When asked when my car would be finished they told me it would be done on Friday. I call Thursday, close to close, to ask when they expected it would be finished they replied with Friday morning. I go in on Friday morning to see if it was finished and they told me it wouldnt be done till Tuesday! Now I wouldnt have been upset if they had been honest with me on the phone Thursday so I could make my plans accordingly. However, I had to miss work because I could not find a ride in time.

Very pleased with my experience here! As a rule I try not to crash my car, but...accidents happen. I felt like an idiot for getting into a fender bender and having to figure out car repairs. Gerber made this process a breeze. Everyone was incredibly nice and explained the process without making me feel like I was drowning in car speak. I signed up for text updates which were great, but they went above and beyond and continued to give personal phone calls to elaborate on where my car was in the process and offer updated dates of when it would be finished. They delivered right on time and I drove off in a shiny, newly repaired vehicle!

I dropped off my car on Monday,was told it would be done in about 4 to 5 days. Well, to find out my insurance gave them the wrong part number. So that would delay them until the next Monday. I asked them if they could get it done on Friday on account of me going on a vacation trip and not wanting to rent a car. Plus that Friday was my Birthday :). Well long story short they gave me a great birthday gift and it left me with more money to spend on my trip :). Thanks Again. They were very reliable under stressful circumstances.

My wife had ran our brand new 2015 Ford Explorer Sport into a concrete trash can after being cut off by a car trying to avoid an accident. I took in our car to Perris and talked to Larry who came out and looked at the damage and immediately took my car in. They contacted my insurance company as well as enterprise and had everything set up and ready to go within less then 30 minutes. It only took 4 days for them to finish my car and I have to say I could not even imagine the perfection they did on my car. I was figuring there was no way it would even look as close to perfect considering we couldnt even open the car door. My wife dropped off the rental car to him on a Saturday before one and he took car of the rental car and everything. Everyone was a huge help over there and they have earned my business for life. Thank you to everyone at Perris and thank you Larry for you kind and fast help!

Thank you thank you thank you! I dont know how else to word it. I am more than impressed with this company. I was in an accident three weeks ago today and was able to pick it up. I have a Subaru Crosstrek. I was rear ended on 6 & 50 and pushed into the truck in front of me. Did not look terribly damaged but the brunt of the hit was taken by my hitch which led to bent rails. AND with pushed into the truck in front of me, HIS hitch went through my front bumper causing damage to the radiator and condenser. It was stressful but they were reassuring from the start.I picked up my car originally last night but had a stressful moment that turned out to be a bad sensor that did not get caught when they were doing their final inspections. They more than made up for it, getting me another rental car (as I had already turned in my insurance one) and going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of (even buying us dinner!). Finally got my car back early this afternoon and could not be happier. It looks great and again, I really appreciate all the hardwork done to make a customer happy. Thank you to both Larry and Nick for a wonderful experience. We hope to not ever have to return (ha!), but if something else happened to our cars we would come back to you in a heartbeat.Thanks again.(And on a side note, when the car was overheating or so said the sensors, I never EVER felt mansplained so to speak, by any of them. They were all so genuine and kind in explaining what was happening.)

It took me an extra three days to get my estimate from when I was told I would receive it. It took me two phone calls to actually get my itemized statement. The people were very nice, but I was disappointed.

I was told that Perris collision was a good place to take my care after an accident. I was sorely mis-informed! Was told car was done and went to pick up only to find a multitude of things wrong! There were acutal parts missing from my car! Explained my concerns and was told they would redo it. Came back a week later only to find that the body lines now were aligned and hood straight but know I had dirt in the paint,which i was told was normal and they would give me three car washes to make up for it and if it did cause an issue it was under their warranty. Pretty darn sure that dirt is not normal. Also the headlight was bulging out and so far from straight that a blind person could see it! Having shown them all this they again tried to fix it only for me to come back a week later and find dents in the new fender and inner fender still broken. Once again I was told they would fix it and that it was an easy fix....If so dang easy why have they had the car back three times to do it or why did it even leave like this? So they keep the car for another week and a half. I go back down to pick it up and GUESS what Its still not right! When you can slide your fingers half way in between the hood and headlamp there is a problem!!! I will never Take anything to them again! They are rude and un helpful and not honest! Do not go there...

Went somewhere else and saved 150 bucks

This company sent me home in an unsafe car. After supposedly repairing my car the steering was way off, I took it to another shop whom said it was very obvious that the control arm was bent, cambers bent and Gerbers put in weird ball joints to try to hide their incompetence. Bodywork was below average. The insurance company is now paying the second shop to repair what Gerbers did.

Did an ok job did miss minor details/repair secondary to possibly rushing to get it completed. Will go back next day to get the rest of the details finished.
