Mark and his staff are extremely professional and honest. Mark will not let your car leave unless the work is completed to his high and professional standards. I used this company to repair scratches on SUV. Their price, quality of work, and service are great! I will use them again in the future!

My whole entire experience with C.A.R.S. was awesome! Crystal took care of everything from insurance details to my car rental! She was great with keeping in touch with me as parts were being ordered and they did everything they could to make sure I got my car back to go out of town. My car looks better than new after they worked on my door and they even detailed it inside and out so it was nice and shiny when I picked it up! I would definitely recommend C.A.R.S.! Hopefully I wont need anymore body work done, but if I do I will definitely be going back!

What excellent service and friendly people. Crystal and Mark were helpful and friendly and great with their jobs. They were able to get me in the next morning so a repair could be done before leakage from the rain that was due. Mark even dropped me back home as I had to be there for an already scheduled fence repair and then he delivered my car back to me at home. C A.R.S. fixed my antenna I dislodged when I hit my garage door, fixed the dent this hit put into my roof, and came in under the already reasonable estimate by about $70. I hope not to need C.A.R.S. service again but since life happens, I am so glad to know of of them. I highly recommend them.

The staff at C.A.R.S. were very friendly, professional, and customer oriented. They were extremely easy to work with. The work they performed was done quickly and with high quality. Hopefully, I won’t need additional body work on my vehicle, but if I do I would not hesitate to use C.A.R.S. again.

Freak accident of a garage door coming down on my Jeep and I didn’t want to go through insurance to repair it and deal with that whole thing. I checked out multiple shops in town and CARs had the best price by well over a thousand. They were willing to work with my schedule and we’re super responsive to any questions I had. After 2 days in the shop, the Jeep looks brand new. I will gladly take my business to them and recommend them to anyone.

Crystal is by far the sweetest person Ive ever met she took care of my daughter and I very well and made is feel very welcomed. Crystal also got ahold of my insurance company, then got me a rental car and sent me on my way. She gave me a weekly update on my car which was ver appreciated, my car looked brand spanking new. The amazing people who worked on my car made sure nothing was wrong with the new engine and hoses that were replaced months prior the this accident. Just phenomenal service. From Crystal at the front desk calling Enterprise about my rental for me, to Mark giving me a great deal to buff out additional scratches - picked up the car and it was spotless inside and out. Needless to say the actual body work is just as outstanding as the service. Car looks better than when I bought it.

Crystal (the receptionist) and Mark (the head mechanic) were very friendly and helpful .They scheduled service 2 days after I first arrived and the problems with my van were completely resolved. I was impressed by Marks conscientiousness (he initially recommended going through the Ford dealership because it would be cheaper, and he insisted on completely fixing the door issue, even though I said it was okay as it was)

These guys are fast, effective, and high quality. They handled everything for me, made my truck sparkling and beautiful again. I highly recommend these guys!

Steve and Crystal are really great folks. They have worked on our 2017 Subaru twice, for minor repairs, and both times the work was top quality. Paint match and finish were spot on. I recently needed repairs done to my 2018 Hyundai Elantra. I called the dealership and they referred me to CARS. From the moment Crystal answered the phone, I knew we were in good hands. She was very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease with how helpful she was. She made all the calls to help me have my car towed. Steve kept in contact with me throughout the whole process, letting me know when parts were coming in and the time frame we were looking at. Mitch and Alan did excellent work to repair all the damages. You couldn’t even tell the car was wrecked when I got it back. It looked like it did when I bought it brand new! They even detailed my car when they were done fixing it! I was extremely pleased with the entire process.

C.A.R.S. did an amazing job on my Jeep Cherokee. The right rear quarter panel sustained major damage in an accident and the repair makes it look brand new. The paint matches beautifully. They went out of their way to help me get the repairs done in a timely manner and they dealt with the other insurance agency so I didnt have to!! My daughters Subaru Outback had cancer in a couple of places. Its an old car with 173,000 miles. It runs out well and is worth keeping. C.A.R.S. repaired the rust on the rear quarter panel for a price that was acceptable and the finished work looked fine. Then the rear hatch was not worth repairing and the expensive plastic reflector that spanned the whole hatch was cracked. C.A.R.S. was able to locate a replacement hatch with great reflector and very usable quality. They had the piece shipped in, painted and installed for an acceptable price. The cancer is gone. Sure, there are plenty of other blemishes but the car looks so much better with the eyesores repaired. Thank you!! I will return with other vehicles in need of non-insurance repairs as well.

After my 2018 Q3 was broken into (shattered rear windshield, scratched pain), I took it to Audi of Glenwood springs CO. To get a recommendation of where to get it fixed. They put me In contact with C.A.R.S. / Colorado Autobody & Reconditioning Specialist in Glenwood springs. I am covered by Allstate which allowed them to order OEM parts. It did take a while to get parts from Germany which was not their fault but it was what it was. As soon as they got the parts in, they were extremely fast, and professional on repairing my car to 100%. I worked with AJ on the repairs themselves (who was fantastic) and Tammy the receptionist who also gave me rides. Amazing repair service and customer service. 10/10 recommended for all cars including Audi and Volkswagen.
