I was there this morning when they opened. The young man that was there (I wish I would have gotten his name) was very professional, friendly, courteous and did his best to tend to the customers. Was a bit of a wait but it was worth it.

They were ready to close and I really needed an oil change for my trip the next morning. They were very accommodating and made me feel important.

Came to install 4 new tires. 4 and half hours later only one tire was intall with only two cars. Never again

Always a long wait. Called ahead to roughly 1 hr wait. 3 hours was the final result for an oil change.

Usually I’m not a Karen but this gotta be the worst service I ever received in my entire life, got an oil change and I think his name is Freddy did an embarrassingly, and I mean embarrassingly terrible job. As the girl brings me my car all of the oil spills (literally) out of the car. It’s leaking like Kim Kardashian in 2009. All jokes aside but the Freddy guy said he’s been doing this for 11 years but a person who has 11 years experience doesn’t forget to remove a simple oil filter gasket. Now I got oil leaks everywhere and potential car damage. Thanks Walmart.

Just reopened about 10 days ago, brought my Ram 4500 in purchased oil and filter separately paid less than $10 to have them perform the oil change they lubed all available grease fittings couldnt be happier. Also got my wifes GX done at the same time, excellent service.

Love this Walmart. Just pray you dont need to call them..... Very bad phone service, no one ever picks up in the departments. But love everything else about it. Auto is great to!

These GuYs are amazing. Went in to get a new battery since mine was dead. They were very helpful and provide knowledgeable information. If you want your car serviced in a timely manner go as early as you can in the morning. THANKS

Today I went to get tires at Walmart auto Center. I originally never get my car done here due to the fact couple of months back I was asking for assistant under my hood where I was denied.. the mechanic said they were closing in an hour and he could not do it.. so today I go in to get tires its raining one man is running from car to car to assist customers.. I asked him how can I get some help since Ive never done Walmart auto center before. I walk up to the garage where the mechanics were working. An encounter one mechanic Alex which I found out later on he was the manager. Waving his hand at me telling me go wait out there they will help you. So I walk to the gentleman thats assisting people and ask him is there anyway I can get some help since I see you in this rain with no assistance.. while the other mechanics are huddled in the garage.. he said no maam I have to help you... by this point I want to speak to a manager so here comes Alex whats the problem. I reiterated to him that I am a customer I am waiting outside in the rain and if I can get some assistance. his body language became obvious that he was getting irritated with me... as he was walking away he said this is ridiculous and laughed at me.. he seemed very end of professional.. I guarantee I will never do Walmart auto center at least not the one in Glendora...

They all very kind, and helpful, Christian, was very patient with me explaining kinds of tires for my car,! they all professional & attentive Thank you all for hard work!! Ill sure recommend you all! WALMART THE BEST!

Pretty good deal on oil changes right now. I do try to patronize the long-standing local shops in the immediate area as much as possible. But, must admit their prices on many automotive services are hard to beat.

This was my first time for oil change at Glendora Walmart. Great technicians, very helpful and polite. Cashier was very nice too. She helped me find the the air filter. I will definitely go back and highly recommend it.

Ive been coming here for a year or so. The customer service is nice. My only complaint this time around is that they left my car hood slightly closed. I didnt know until I got home. Thanks, guys.

Good service but short staff makes it take longer.

I went a couple of weeks ago because of an oil change to my truck, and yesterday I turned on the maintenance light when I went to the mechanic, he told me my truck need immediately oil change. Waltamart stole 45 dollars because Esp paid and did nothing.

This is the 3rd time they have failed to vacuum my car, (after a three and a half hour wait time!) If they cant do the easy stuff during an oil change I really have to doubt them overall.

Showed up at 7am to see about a oil change guy said to big can’t do it he was putting out there little podium to check customers in so I backed straight up and parked and was exhausted and figured I would rest well after 11 hours I decided to leave went to start my vehicle and battery is dead now I’m parked at automotive we’re there are several mechanics not one person thought to say anything or knock on my corvette window oh wait I’m sorry I was in my 25 foot RV motorhome parked with the front end facing automotive know why didn’t someone think for a second after let’s say 2/3/4/5/6 hours that maybe the person was not in the store shopping and maybe sleeping after all Walmart does offer 24 hour parking for travelers and also after 8/9/10 hours 1 employees might have the Courtesy to maybe knock on the Rv and say hey if anyone is in there your lights are on know in my corvette you can clearly see if someone is in there I don’t own a vet but come on what are these guys thinking I can’t believe this I asked them for a jumpstart a guy came out and tried to jumpstart me it did nothing I tried and a electrical fire broke out I don’t get it I don’t know if the employee hooked it up wrong and fried my wires or what but I’ve done jumps countless times if they didn’t have the sense to notify or knock on a Rv after 11 hours in there direct view what makes me believe that he didn’t hook it up right

They were nice enough to fix our problem, that required no replacement part. Wire was loose. Thank you

Arrived 30min before closing on a Sunday with a tire slowly losing air due to a puncture. I had both my kids with me and was told there was nothing they could do for me

I came to have my oil changed,They said it what be approximately 45 mins. That 45 mins turned into 2hrs. These door knobs are no good for nothing! May be the last time I come to this dump for anything.
