Best Auto Zone Around Employees Are A1 Here Will Get You What You Need Right Away I Placed A Online Order And Came In They Didn’t Have The Item Instock But Said InStock Online Instead Of The Item Being Shipped To The Store Or My Home They Called Another Store And They Went To Go Pick Up My Item From Them Then They Called Me And Told Me They Had My Items Ready To Go Thank You To Rt 66 Auto Zone Team!!! 👍👍

Had an issue with an air intake filter I purchased at a different autozone just 5 days ago. They helped me exchange the problem filter for a new one and my car runs great again

They had what I needed at a reasonable price, with my veteran discount and recycle my dirty oil and used oil filter.

Incredible staff. Not only was I helped with what I needed, the employees there are extremely knowledgeable and are willing to help educate you in areas or fields that you may be unsure about. If anyone is in the area and needs to go to an auto parts store for whatever reason, I do recommend this one! Also, the place is very clean, organized and well-kept.

Expensive, but nice to have an auto zone nearby. The atmosphere is clean and easy to find what you are looking for. I usually come here to pick up a few things before an oil change and drop off my dirty oil and filter for free afterwards.Not this auto zone in particular, but I have relied on auto zone in the past for doing a quick car diagnosis if my cars dash lights start going off.

Me and the fam were out enjoying the day when my reservoir hose busted. I went in to AutoZone glendora and spoke to Jose A. Jose A was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of the products.He showed me what my problem was and gave me several options on how to address it. I totally recommend this place. on a quick side note the store was very clean and fresh.

I love this place! The customer service is outstanding & theyre always quick to help me out everytime Ive been there. Theyve helped me understand the paperwork from the repairs that were done to my car at the dealership, answered my questions in a professional manner & have been respectful & courteous. The place is really clean also.

Harris one of the nicest employees helped me put on my wiper blades after I bought them.He didnt have to do that but he did!!! I will.always come here for my auto.parts needs

3/8/19If I can give this place a No stars....one is for the nice lady on the phone that was helping me, I call looking for brake pads and hardware for both front and rear at 11am the front have both, but the rear only had the pads and no hardware so she said she can place a order same day and it would be there by 2pm she will put it on hold for me I told her I would be late. At 6pm I went into the store and there was only two guys that was working in the front one was a young Hispanic Male, and the other was a older white Male, while the younger male was trying to help me look for the product that was supposed to be put on hold the older white male keeps on telling me that he doesnt have it and that I was mistaken and theyre not a pizza place you cant just place an order over the phone like a pizze place the whole time he was yelling at me I tried to explain to him but every time he cut me off and was so aggressive and hostile towards me he started to belittle me as if English was my second language I can tell instantly that this man is discriminating towards me how dare I try to explain about the situation because I was an Asian woman the way he looked at me at this point I knew he is a racist I pointed out how rude and uncall for his attitude towards me I was not once rude to him and I asked him what did I do to you? You guys provided a service and Im asking for help why are you talking like that to me? Whats up with all of this aggression? At this point I requested for them to call the nice lady that I spoke to earlier the younger male finally called and spoke to the lady that was helping me earlier and she clarify that she had it set aside for me and she did placed the order for me. The white older male felt stupid and left and went around the corner and never popped back out again If this is how they treat a paying customer my gosh how do they treat their unpay customer? His attitude was disgusting, and unprofessional.... #keepitreal

Went in got what I needed and was out in less than 5 minutes. Great place for everything automotive.

I can usually find the part i need if noth they can order it for you. Every once in a while you get served by someone who dosent want to work there.
