Called and asked if they can check out my vehicle under warranty they said yes. So I take vehicle in and instead of letting me know if its not covered under warranty I will be charged x amount of dollars. So they say it seems that a rodent has chewed up the wires and you owe us $165 for looking at it

I had been coming here for quite some time but it seems as if their service has declined. Weekends are now closed due to covid to even try and get in they tell you their service guy cant fix it for 2 weeks so than what is the point of even bringing it in.

Prices. As with any dealership, are way too high
