First time using Saints offroad, not the last.Recently in June of 2021, I purchased a 2021 diesel Jeep Rubicon Gladiator. It was a custom order with nearly every option available. During my waiting period I had lots of time to research options available in the market for lift kits, rims and tires.I basically came to the conclusion I would be using the Evo HD Eorcer overlander 4.5 lift kit. Shocks were to be Fox 2.5 elite performance front and rear.Now who to install all this high end equipment without having issues. Like most of us I called around to the places Ive frequented in the past. Eventually calling Saints Offroad in Glendora Ca. Not being a previous customer at Saints I was skeptical. I spoke with Jeremy, we talked about my choices along with what and how I planned on using my Gladiator.He agreed with my plans never even attempting to upsell me into anything else.We then talked about ordering and setting up a date to commence the install. As parts came in Jeremy and the staff were very informative. Soon I was called and asked to drop off my vehicle on a Tuesday morning. I was told it would take a day a half to complete. By Wednesday afternoon I called and was told your all set. I didnt expect that at all. I figured for sure theyd say oh well, we ugh! ran into an issue so its going to be a couple more days.Not the case here. Done on time paid exactly what was asked and when I drove off. Wow! It felt amazing!Im not big on writing reviews however I do read them. Jeremy and the staff are very well informed, very honest, very pleasant to work with. And most of all took amazing care and ownership of my new ride.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I highly recommend this place. In a world where true customer service doesnt exist anymore, Saints Offroad is an oasis. Firstly, I had several questions about quite a few different things. Ivan patiently sat with me on the phone while we went over different mods, products and pricing. I decided to get the Alpha bumper and a light bar and saved the more costly mods for later. There was a minor issue with the install but Jeremy showed up to my house to put the final touches on. Even after the job was done and they were paid, they still followed up and made sure the job was done to my liking. Literally because of that alone, I will continue to go to that shop for work that I want to get done. Im about an hour away too. Very satisfied with the work and customer service and I would suggest it to everyone.

I recently took my 3rd gen Tacoma to Saints for a regear and suspension kit and I couldn’t be more happy with the work they did. The staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They were able to help me get exactly what I needed and never tried to upsell me. The quality of their work is fantastic and I’m very happy with how my truck looks and drives.

First and foremost, the company puts God front and center. Gotta love and appreciate that. Pricing is fair and service is excellent. After my truck was finished Jeremy took time to discuss something he noticed and provided me with great expert advice. His sincerity was refreshing and even reminded me to return after 500 miles for a torque. Great experience at Saints Offroad located in Glendora on Arrow Hwy. They installed a trailer hitch on my Land Rover and treated it as if it were their car and when finished where still not quite happy so they called the hitch manufacturer {CURT} to check before they made any tweaks. Came out great and I was treated like they cared. They do all kinds of things so the next time you need something for your jeep or SUV, check in with these guys first.

Dont let the 5 star reviews fool you like it fooled me. Decided to take my 2014 Sierra 2500 Denali to Saints Off-Road for a professional lift seeking quality. Just a little over a year of having the lift done Ive had multiple issues caused or related to this lift. First one, transmission lines were not re-routed to clear from any pinching points causing them to tear during a family trip to Glamis. Took truck into dealer and $1400 later lines were replaced and properly rerouted to accommodate clearance for the lift. Now, I am having alignment issues along with suspension rattling. Took it in for an evaluation and was told there was nothing they can do for me since my warranty had expired 2 months/3k miles ago. This will now cost me $1200 at another shop to correct the alignment, replace worn bushings, adjust torsion/sway bars, pretty much dismantle lift and re-install. Defeated the purpose of taking it to a known shop. Bad investment!Update: Thanks Amy for reaching out to me via phone and trying to understand whats going on. As I explained to the tech that returned my call, I did take my truck back to your shop for rework more than once. During the warranty period. It is unfortunate these issues continue to appear shortly after the warranty expired.

I had questions in regards to having a kit installed. I was quoted a package deal selected by Saints Off-road, specific for my vehicle. I asked about the need for a body lift with 35 tires and was advised there would not be an issue. I ordered and had the kit installed. I took delivery of the truck from the installer who advised me he had to cut away some of the bumper trim and inner fender liner for rubbing, which I was fine with. Driving around that evening the first time I backed out of a parking spot on flat ground it rubbed tremendously. I have made contact and asked about either having a body lift installed or a smaller tire and was advised that the Saints Off-road shop does not perform body lifts What kind of off road shop that does custom fabrication kits does not have the ability to perform a body lift? Needless to say I spent a great deal of money and am not at all satisfied at this point. I am hoping they will resolve the issue in the very near future. I will follow up with the results of my experience from here on out. Well after a few emails on my part, I finally was able to contact my salesman. He asked if I could bring the truck in for inspection and adjustment to the fenders and bumper to get rid of the rubbing noise when driving. We took it in and within a couple of hours they made some adjustment to some fender areas and did a trim on the lower corners of the bumper and got us taken care of.I know in this world we live in of impersonal service procedures with email and texting things can fall thru the crack. I received a message today with a follow up on the install and the adjustment. I just wanted to update my review and close out with a positive reviewThanks Aaron and Amy @ Saints Offroad

This is the type of shop where you can walk in and ask question and they are so knowledgeable they always have the answer. The guys get as exited as you, it is almost like they are working on their own rigs, thats the level of commitment they have. and they are detail oriented and thats a plus; hard to find this days.
