First time experience using Napa auto parts Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car battery and spark plugs that I needed for my 2013 Chevy Cruz and was even willing to go outside to check under my hood to make sure that we got the right battery. Was only person in the store with 3 employees. No one offered to help me. Walked through every aisle of the store as they watched me and still received no help.

Does NAPA does special orders most the time has everything I need in stock if they dont they will call other store and and have the product delivered to them or have it waiting at the other Napa to pick it up they really know about their parts have good customer service and good return policy

Worst customer service! I myself have my own business ( moving and storage company).I was put on hold for 20 minutes after requesting a price on a brake chamber kit without prior notice of the wait time, to start off. I walked in to the store and asked Dave, an older asian looking man if i could use the restroom. He responded by saying that the restroom was for customers only. I made him aware that I was in fact a customer and he had the audacity to say that it was not up to him and that he needed to check with the assistant. Can not believe Dave did not believe a loyal Napa customer. For this reason I will stop bringing my business to this Napa.

I would have given them 4 stars but dont like the short hours otherwise the 2 sales guys and manager always go out of there way to help you. Prices are about same as auto zone or Kragen

AutoZone normally has long lines so I come here when Im in a rush. The staff has always been friendly but I wouldnt ask them for to much advice on how to fix your car. I use forums and YouTube for that

They have a few things that other parts stores dont. Fyi they do not accept used motor oil
