I didn’t feel pressured and uninformed while making my decision. I wasnt happy with my previous experience at the Hyundai Commerce dealer but this was a completely different experience leaving me happy with a brand new Hyundai Kona. Blessed to have walked in on this dealership!
David and Rene helped me purchase this car. It’s a 2019 Hyundai ELANTRASE with 24,600 miles. Beautiful car. Overall experience five out of five stars. I don’t have the best credit but they were able to get me into a new car after I traded in my Hyundai Veloster At a reasonable monthly payment. I will definitely return for future car purchases to this Hyundai dealership. Absolutely loved my experience! Thank you again David and Rene! Would have given them 1 star but after this week they deserve 5!!! Guys understand that yes we are in a pandemic and these guys are doing all they can to make things right and for me they did that! After weeks of trying to get my headlights fixed and being frustrated I finally was able to see why for myself. Guys they are doing everything they can with a short staff of people just trying to help us out! Please dont do what I did but just give them a break and understand. Remember this crazy time we are in right now and be helpful to one another.
I just returned from attempting to get a standard oil change service. Service advisor indicated that they did not have my records on the computer and therefore new dealer ownership is not honoring the free oil change per the contract. Advisor even admitted it was bad marketing by new ownership. I agreed and told him lease was about to expire and I definitely was NOT going to be getting another car from CardinaleWay Hyundai. Instead of waiting hours just to pay for an oil change, I went to Jiffy Lube, stayed in the car, and oil was changed in less than 20 minutes!

Im done with this dealership and will take my business to a new dealership that values their customers. I have called 5 times this week to schedule a service appointment to have a software upgrade on my Hyundai. You cant get a live person on the line, and when you leave a message no one calls you back. CardinaleWay Hyundai wont honor free oil changes promised to clients that bought cars from the previous dealership. I cant wrap my head around the poor customer service. 😟
Very disappointed. We purchased our Kia from this location, previously had it serviced at this location and have been happy with the service.Today I took my car to them for a service that I had pre-booked and after waiting in the service line I was eventually told that they no longer service Kias.Why didnt they advise previous customers of this when the change was made?Why did they allow me to book a service for my Kia on their website?Not only was this a complete waste of my time I know have to make arrangements for service elsewhere, wasting more if my time.Previous customers be aware if you dont own a Hyundai they are no longer interested in your custom.
Unprofessional dealership; wouldn’t recommend leasing or buying here. Was told that the spare key for my new leased car was missing; they wrote me a due bill and apologized for the inconvenience as I’d need to come back, pick it up, and get it reprogrammed. It was a minor inconvenience to me at the time since people make mistakes (and they told me I could get a free car wash). I was told I’d get a call within the week when the key shipped but I never got a call and had to call them myself to find out (couple weeks after). After speaking with Alex over the phone, they told me I could come pick up the key and have it programmed for me anytime. I came the next day. Upon picking up my new key, I was then told that I’d need to set up an appointment to come back AGAIN to have it programmed. I don’t understand why I need to come back to the dealership twice for a mistake on their part. While trying to contact the dealership’s leadership over the phone, nobody was able to help me out. Overall this dealership needs to work on not losing cars’ spare keys and how they communicate to their customers. They essentially had me come in to the dealership for an unprogrammed useless key and no car wash. They could’ve told me I needed to set up an appointment when I called.
Didn’t get a service today first time at this location waited 25 for nothing there too busy . I will be coming back in hopes I get better communication from the Hyundai team I wanted to do a 5 star review but I will update next viste .
Love Hyundai, got the car I wanted. Wanted a good affordable hybrid car and the 2021 Sonata Blue Hybrid was perfect for me. Will Martinez, my car dealer, was very nice and let me test drive a lot of the cars before I settled on the Sonata Hybrid. I would recommend him. Very happy with my car and Glendora dealership were quite fast and had the color I wanted! The staff were nice and took good COVID precautions.
Service department wasn’t up and running and they did not update that on Google or anywhere online. Such poor service here after having my car towed to 2 different locations. Everything I’m reading Hyundai can do online they can’t do it when I call them.
Your dealership doesnt have a good manager. Were disappointed. First, we asked for any discounts or current offers, your managers response? Were not a discount store. How rude No bueno. Ill give him 1-star. But, your sales rep, William Yan, was nice, professional, well mannered, knowledgeable. Ill give him 5-star. But your manager? Better check him out. No bueno. He has to take more classes on customer service. Is it because of a not so good credit score? Does that mean you only deal with customers who have good credit scores? Discriminating? Maybe. Remember, this will not stop here. Ive got friends & relatives who have friends & relatives too. They will spread our bad experience with your dealership. And, oh, thanks for the bottled water.

I was told to bring in my car for oil change, even though only had 4500 miles ( your supposed to have 7500). Now they tell me I have to go to 15000 miles before next complementary oil change poor communication skills. I will never deal with this dealership again. Id give negative stars if possible

The experience is fine, what is upsetting that at 120,000 miles my sons car needed a new engine. at 78000 miles my car needed a new engine. y mechanic told me about a lady with the same Sonata as mine her engine blew up. My question what is wrong with that Sonata engine. Now I have a new rebuilt one How sure can I be that it will last?The service is fine, but how about the ENGINE???
Great service, friendly staff committed to meet our needs and expectations. Not pushy, gave good advice. The only negative thing was waiting for the financing person. It took hours. Love our car though, no problems so far and even if there was something I would feel completely comfortable reaching out back to the dealership.
Watch out for the salesman Ping and his manager Alex. If I didn’t know about Hyundai National sales event that I could lease the Ioniq with $2000 down and $199/month. These two guys would of ripped me off by giving me the car with $3000 down and $350/month. This guys gave a new meaning to “used car salesman “ a gross presentation of dishonesty.

Took my car here for a recall and a couple of other minor repairs. Got a call the recall was done and quote for repairs. Called service center 3-4 times over the course of 3 days leaving messages and no call back. Even emailed. Was going to tell them to make repair, but finally sent my wife over to pick up the car to take elsewhere.Dealer repairs are expensive, but its worth it for the peace of mind and convenience. Not here though. They need to improve communication and service in the future or other customers will do the same.Side note Hyundai TSB said repair should take .5 hours. Quote given for exact same repair was 3 hours. Ill go get ripped off somewhere else.
I bought my Hyundai Santa Fe 2020 at Christmas Eve, at the day everything was fine, nice car, nice customer service from the salesperson Will, until I reviewed my financial agreement and the Finance manager Frank Leon added extra $355,00 on my final car vehicle, I went next day to dealership and he said was his mistake and he’ll fix on the next two days, well the followed week I called the dealership again to check the situation and the guy was fired, at the moment I thought the guy tried to be dishonest and get a extra bonus for his own pocket, so then I decided to talk to Starla and Maggie and the salesman Will, I explained the whole situation and Will the salesperson called me the next day saying that bad situation will be fixing sending me a check for the extra charge by mail, I’m still waiting for the check but thanks to salesperson Will that took the responsibility to fix this “weird extra charge” on my financial agreement, I just learned a lesson be AWARE of the finance managers!
This review is about Ping, he is amazing. When I first got my car back in 2017 he was great he was able to answer all my questions and knew all the specials and features of the car. He was extremely patient and showed excitement for me when I got my car. A couple weeks after I received a hand written card from him telling me thanks and that he hopes I had a wonderful experience and that I enjoy my car. I thought that was a great personal touch. Now 3 years later and my lease is soon to be up, he gave me call let me know my options and let me know what the next steps in the process were. Sadly I moved out of state so he can’t help me and get the credit for the sale, but I am definitely getting my next car from him. I would go back to Cali just to get the nice and friendly service that Ping provides. If you need a car definitely have Ping assist you!
Pretty painless process. Sales team was pretty good about getting me to the place where I wanted to be $$ wise. Good COVID-19 precautionary environment (5-stars for that!).

I had purchased brand new tires and like 2 weeks later someone put a nail in my tire and I was able to come back and you got on the phone and found out if my tire was still covered. This saved me the hassle of having to waste money on brand new tire.
I dont normally write reviews but I feel compelled here because I had multiple bad experiences with the service department. I will explain but overall the communication is horrible, nobody calls back until youve called a dozen times and left multiple messages, and they talk over you and dont write down your concerns so the service techs dont know to look at it. Dont bother making an appointment, they wont check it when you pull up, theyll just grab a clipboard and open your hood without listening to you or checking what you wrote.My first visit consisted of being convinced to get a $549 tune up that would have cost me $200 elsewhere, no answer to my check engine light b/c gas tank too full, and driving away with what I later realized was an UNDERCOVER HANGING underneath my car. I don’t blame them for the check engine light issue but I felt taken advantage of as a young woman for the tune up and the undercover was a brand new problem.I finally brought it back approx.. 2-3 months later (after saving up money) for the light & pointed out the undercover. Out of the 7 days my car was there, they only called me ONCE. Even the second day (Wednesday) it was there they said theyd call me in the morning with an update, didnt happen, so I called 3 times at 1pm and finally got through to be told they figured out what was wrong and itd be ready tomorrow by noon. Didn’t hear from them at all the next day (Thursday), even after calling a dozen times and leaving 2 messages. The next day (Friday) still nothing, I call in the afternoon and get told they had to order more parts and it will be done Monday. They also offer me a free loaner at this point. Monday comes and still nothing, I call a bunch and finally get told the “system was down” and they had to reorder the parts on Saturday (weird, nobody called me on Saturday or today to tell me that…). Tuesday was the ONLY call I ever received from them and it was finally to tell me my car was done.I show up and the undercover was STILL HANGING from underneath my car. I point this out and get “yeah you’re gonna have to replace that because it’s damaged”. Remember when I pointed it out? He was too busy checking my filters (that I told him they just replaced in the $549 tune up) to remember. “oh yeah, actually it looks like there’s just some screws missing, lemme drive it back”. Suddenly it was not damaged and fixed and I drove home.1 star for service, 2 stars for working with my extended warranty company, giving me a loaner, and that it was covered by said warranty. But I will not be returning here.
The service department unplugged my front driver’s side headlights assembly and left it unplugged. Don’t know why, maybe to bring it back for service? They were updating computer for factory recall.
I had an awesome experience! Miguel was the gentleman helping me out and he went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and easy as possible. Because Miguel was willing to go out of his way while working with me, I’m able to have the exact car I’ve wanted for 2 years, he is such a blessing! Definitely ask for Miguel, he makes things happen!

This was worst customer service I ever received at a dealer. The sales manager was rude. Was racially mistreated. I Had a appointment and they passed me to some else treated me like I didnt matter. Told me I had to fill out the credit application to make sure I wasnt a criminal or terrorist. Never have I felt so violated. I left and bought my Hyundai at a different dealership. Never go here.

Horrible service over the phone! no one answers, they dont call back and really unprofessional. Management is also horrible.Called 6 times and still was unable to schedule my oil change.

The only hiccup the entire time was the appointment system, and that was barely a blip. I was immediately seen, my car assessed, and when the part for repair wasnt available on site, I was given multiple options on how best to handle repair as well as scheduling.You tend to get nervous about taking your car into a new location. Am I going to be milked for every cent? Are they going to claim my filters or lights or fluids are bad even when I think Im keeping up with them? Mike was NOTHING like that, even encouraging me to take care of my small maintenance off site to save money. Filters? You can get that taken care of cheaper either on your own or with the help of any car parts store. They keep multiple physical representations of new, used and worn out break pads to show the customers what actually is a real worn break pad and the visual will forever help me stand up to any fast talking auto repair guy. I was treated with respect and courtesy, my time and schedule were considered carefully, and I was walked through the faults in my cars headlamp assembly so that I understood what was wrong, on the chance that I wanted the part through Glendora and would get the repair off site. Mike was a consummate professional and extremely personable, able to put me at ease even with a hefty repair price tag. I will gladly take the drive out of my way to go back to Glendora. The people make the distance and traffic worth it over closer locations.
Updating my original post I had some issues with my service; however, the Service Department Manager took the time to address my concerns in a timely manner. Service representatives are friendly and courteous. Hyundai Glendora does a good job with their customer service.
Car service was done in a timely manner. Staff is always super polite! In this pandemic, safety measures were taken to ensure the safety of customers as well as staff—and I appreciate that! My car was also sanitized at the end of the service as well :) Well done!
My experience on this dealership was a horrible one.I see good reviews for them & I am really happy for everyone that had a completely different experience than mine.I don’t take given 1 star lightly, but customers should know what they are getting into. My experience was few months ago I waited before I wrote the review.I have not walked in to a dealer for the last 15 years before having a number confirmed. so many cars purchased & no experience like this before.I did have numbers confirmed on an email, reconfirmed the discounts I qualify for to make sure there is no misunderstanding.See the picture for the email confirmation of the discountWe were shopping for 2019 & I asked them to send the window sticker every other dealer would like email me the sticker. They took a picture.The picture looked odd, it was taken in an angle to cut the year out. checked the VIN number thinking something is odd the car was 2018. To me I am OK with buying the 2018 the price was good, I thought they are just being slick.At that point I should have just not gone a step further. A good dealer will let you know form the start that they are given us numbers for a 2018.We got there & red flag #1 the person I have been emailed came & said I only handle emails & handed me off (left the dealer) to 2 sales people didnt think too much of it, but later it is clear why the person on emails didnt stay. as their promised on paper went away.Red flag #2 the battery of the car was dead. They said it was normal. Oh well we went for a test drive after jumping the car.Red flag # 3 when asking about some featured like Break assist we were told no car comes with it only cars like Tesla has it. My 16 year old knew more about the car since it was for her. But oh well again, we know about the car .Something just always smelled a little fishy since the time we walked in to dealership, but a car is the car, we are buying a Hyundai .Confirmed they will change the battery. Talked with the manager, I said I won’t buy a car with dead battery & they knew we came from far.What if we stop on the road back home. They said sure we will change the battery.My mistake #1 I filled up the credit app without final numbers on paper at the dealership. It never crossed my mind that; They will confirm one price on email and change it. I have bought cars for so many years never happened before after confirmation of price they change it.I thought the days of dealers acting like that was way behind us.While I was waiting, I asked one of the sales guys about the battery, They said. They are not changing it. No one ever told me about this, I was the only person there as a customer.When I asked the manager, He said why dont you go to your local dealer & change it there. after they promised me they will change it & no one tells me till I ask.I think managers name was Sam not 100% sure but he was saying I promise if I can go to service area I swear I will change the battery I can’t as it is locked. Just promises & looking like he tried so hard to get a technician. My gut tells me he never even called anyone, just do the deal & send me on my way. (It was evening time.)Well again, I am so upset but the price is good what do you do? Drove for a while to get there ( they know this & that must be the usual game plan )The salesman says let me go over the number for you & I am thinking Tax license & the discount they talked about just disappeared a lot less than the $5750 they said on an email.As I was walking away & telling them how I felt & not only they are not giving me the discount sending me off with dead battery.I was told “we will change the battery for you right away” The salesman and another manager was telling us they will do it. personally will do it.We’ll all the promises & I swear I cannot go back to that area clearly was a lie.Happy to say I had back up plan at another dealer further away from my house in Ontario & they did all they promised & beyond got a 2019 for the same price Glendora tried to sell me 2018.

Got my wifes car serviced there. Good job. Im changing my rating from five stars to one. Hopefully this is a misunderstanding. I made an appointment for check engine light . I was told that the diagnostics would take two hours and I would be charged $200 that would be applied to parts and labor. I asked for a ride home which Glendora Hyundai never had a problem with. The service person told me that the shuttle service was not available because of covid19. I went to the waiting room then about fifteen minutes later a service person came in and told the gentleman sitting across from me that the shuttle was here to give him and the lady sitting outside a ride home. I cancel my appointment and went home.I forgot that I bought a scanner a few years back. Scanner said camshaft position sensor. I bought one from OReilly and installed it. Check engine light is gone.
The service was excellent. And the service person was excellent. Then we got to the door panels. I want Hyundai to fix the left door which I feel is your responsivity because it is one the left side of the vehicle and their are no curbs on the left side of the car. And Hyundai fixed it the first time. But he said no. I would pay for fixing the right side of the care that has curbs. But we didnt come to an agreement so both doors didnt get fixed.
Michael Ramirez in the service dept. took great care of car. He was honest about what my car needed serviced and what it did not need serviced. I trust him completely with my car. He was originally working at the Claremont Hyundai service dept. that location closed and now he is in the Glendora Hyundai location which is closer to my house. Im very happy to be working with him again and I cant say it enough he is trust worthy and a great nice guy!
This is about the car service area, so please ignore if you are not in need of a tune up.Bottom line, get your parts and leave. You’ll get played on their “labor fees” and even neglect to actually do the service but still charge you like it was done. CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE!

My car had a warning light go on in the morning I called to make an appointment and could not get a same day appointment I was surprised because I can usually come in and get my car service right away I didnt know what the warning light meant so I drove in they told me it was check engine and that they were very behind that theyve had cars towed in that they have not been able to see which made me think that the service might not be very good anymore under the new management

The worst customer service I have ever seen. Tried to cancel my gap insurance since I sold the car. Left many messages Adrianna, Alex in Finance, General Mgr. over a 2 month period of time. Also left message for Genersl Manager Christina Anchette if that is even their name.and no return call. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. They probably thought I would give up and go away. No need to reply because I know its just for looks!
I was looking to purchase a Hyundai Sonata and I started at another dealership where I did not feel too comfortable. Then, I contacted Glendora Hyundai where I had bought at least 3 other vehicles in the past and I was lucky to talk to Ken Lee. He was very knowledgeable, but more than anything he made sure that the experience was flawless. Most of the negotiating was done over the phone and I knew that he was giving me the best possible deal that I could get. He went out of his way to make sure that I got the car that I was looking for. The financing was very straight forward, too easy. Whatever changes this dealership has undergone, it definitely appears to be better than before. I definitely give this dealership a 5 star, and Ken Lee you get another 5-stars.

The service was great! Done when promised. Service writer pointed out a recent repair problem done by a different body shop and how the body shop needed to repair, which they did. Very pleased with all aspects at the transaction.

Tried calling several times and never got an answer or call back till today. I was told it was my fault and my responsibility now since it’s been a few months since I purchased my car from them.

Really happy with the way we are treated every time we come. Weve bought 2 cars from them and we service 3 cars here. Weve always had great customer service and our cars are returned in good timing. Joey from services is the guy we see most often and he is always knowledgeable and patient with all our questions and concerns. My husbands check engine light was on. Took it here and paid their standard fee for an inspection, and were informed once the problem was diagnosed the fee could be applied toward fixing the issue. Mechanic called and said the inspection revealed the car needed an oil change, and that once done, the check engine light would go off. So we approve it. Go to pick it up--turns out the inspection fee didnt apply to an oil change (even though the mechanic claimed that was the issue). So they charged us $200 for an oil change. Very rude front desk woman. Next day the check engine light was back on. Just terrible. Dont go here.

Awesome service. This was the second dealership I came to you because the first one could not find the problem. Glendora Hyundai did an awesome job found the problem and took very good care of me. Next time I will skip the closer dealership and just come straight here

I am disappointed by my latest service experience with Glendora Hyundai. New management decided to stop honoring price matching to other Hyundai dealers, so my oil change and rotation cost $25 more than I was planning. When I picked up my car I asked for the multi-point inspection report, but it wasn’t available. I had to call again yesterday for it but I still haven’t received it, even though the service department said I would have it by now. To top it off, I checked my air pressure readings when I got home and the pressures were 3-4psi below the spec listed in the manual. Now I will have to fix this on my own time. Just overall a lot more disappointing than things under the previous ownership. I likely won’t be back.

Average dealer service dept. at best. Two hours to do an oil & filter change. The included car wash was better than average, and the cashier was friendly
Can’t say for the sales side but service I had a horrible experience brought my car a month ago I bring it in for it first oil change and the do a wash I get my car back there are scratches and swirls all over the entire car this was brought to the service managers attention I was told this is normal for a black car to get it waxed I take pride in my vehicle an inspect in on a regular manner this was from the car wash nothing was done to help with this I was treated like I did it come to find out I’m on my way home my entire car begin to smoke and smell like burnt oil I lift the hood and there is oil all over the entire engine bay like someone wiped it down with a rag with oil and didn’t use a funnel it was cleaned and I was told it wasn’t oil that is was something else that they didn’t do it once again I look at my car on a daily basis all pictures were taken from the damage and corporate has been contacted about both issues until this is resolved this is were I stand I will never bring my car here again nor any of my family members seeing that we are a Hyundai family
Glendora Hyundai has amazing service and the salespersons there are incredibly friendly and they are open to all questions. They are also very helpful when it comes to getting the best deals on any car and/or warranty for said car. Daniel was the one that helped me with my car purchase and he was an amazing help and made me feel comfortable unlike most other dealerships. Overall, Glendora Hyundai has fantastic staff and a welcoming atmosphere!
