Just bought a new 2022 Hyundai Kona at Bob Bell - James Franklin is the best sales consultant I have ever worked with. He made the entire process simple and easy, very honest and upfront. I recommend going to James for your new Hyundai - he will not try to tack on hidden fees, will listen to what you are looking for and help you get the best deal possible. By far the best car buying experience I have ever had.

I took my car here to have it checked regarding a recall, specially a brake stopper on 2013 Hyundai Sonata GLS. The technician stated that the part was no broken but they would replace anyways. When I went to check out, the told me I still had to pay the 130$ diagnostic fee since the part was not the reason for my ongoing issue of my vehicle braking when I’m not pressing the brake pedal. Considering this was a recall where the part was replaced, this should have been covered under the recall warranty. The reason I know this was the issue is my car never that issue again after it was replaced. Only take your car here if you are willing to fight to get what you deserve.

The staff are friendly and professional. My disappointment is over the fact that my 2020 Tucson turned a year old yesterday and there is discoloration on the trim of the door panels that Hyundai has refused to address. I was told that there is nothing that can be done. It was even recommended that I go to the auto store to get something for my truck.Consequently, I wish I knew about their unwillingness to address a customers concerns when I purchased my truck.Customer satisfaction is not a one time experience that only occurs during the initial purchase of a vehicle. Its a reflection of a total customer experience. Its the comparison between a customers expectations and the type of experience they actually receive. Hyundais brand, commercials, and values state one thing; but true customer satisfaction goes hand in hand with a great customer experience. Yes, I love the Hyundai brand and the professionalism of the personnel, but when you fail to meet my needs as a customer, your Customer Service Score has dwindled down from the 5 star rating it should receive. Your actions or failure to act has clearly shown me where your values are. Word of mouth is the most effective means of advertising whether its positive or negative. I am not a happy customer with the fact that Bob Bell Hyundai will not address the issue with the trim on my truck and I plan to share it with colleagues, church members, family and friends.

Went to Bob Bell from a bad experience with another local dealer and emailed in and got a response from Riley. I obtained two quotes from him on the two cars from his stock, made an appointment with Jonathon and explained our issue with them both. I took my test drive, chose my vehicle, and did 85% of the paperwork by myself that night. I went home, asked my wife to do her application online, and went back together the next day to purchase the car. car was cleaned, and except for half of the stickers not being pulled off the car, was a quicker than usual experience. I had the best experience with Bob Bell! I highly suggest going in to see them. I talked to Mr. Franklin for about a month prior to making my purchase. He was very patient with me and not pushy at all as are most salesman who are looking to make the sale. He respected my time and my thoughts as far as getting what I wanted. The only part of completion I did not like was the Finance office not hearing me out when I asked my fiance hos opinions on packages. Other than that I even enjoy going to get my service done there!

100% would recommend this dealership to anyone! Cindy was our sales person and she was amazing. She called me the day after me giving up looking for a Hyundai Palisades. I wasnt done because we couldnt find any available because we were willing to wait. I was done because all the dealerships I looked at before were asking $7k to 8k over msrp. From the moment Cindy contacted me I knew this was going to be an enjoyable experience. Everyone at the dealership was polite, the manager, the finance manager, there was another salesman name Cedric & a new salesman ( I did not get his name) who was so nice to us when we came in to test drive when Cindy was not there (we came in for a test drive on her day off) not pushy at all and fair on their prices. Cindy kept me updated on when the car arrived which was about 10 days early then expected, the paperwork process was simple and easy going. I bought my Tucson from Bob Bell Hyundai and was only anticipating to have it serviced that first initial time. That all changed after experiencing how they treat their customers. Im basing this opinion not only what I experienced but also how others were being treated too. The quality of service starts, just as you pull up for your appointment. The service tech comes out to greet you, before you even have the chance to get out of your vehicle. For those who choose to wait for their vehicle, which I do, they have a nice waiting area. Once your vehicle is completed, service tech comes to you to and goes over everything that was done. The quality of service doesnt end there, the cashiers are friendly too and service is reasonably priced.

I just I bought a 2021 Kona and I was so impressed by the treatment I received. Cindy was a pleasure to work with. She worked extremely hard to get me into a brand new vehicle. I will never buy another car from this dealership. My car was brand new when I bought it and is only 5 years old and has had nothing but problem after problem. All electrical and most times the same issues just keep breaking. The only option at this point is to keep paying $130 each time something goes wrong just to find out what the issue is. Within a year since being fixed my driver window will not work again. Driver window twice. Passenger door and Back passenger door latches have been replaced. Break light and blinkers had issues for over a month but they couldn’t do anything because it happened intermittently and had to physically see it not work. Replace break light bulbs twice. Still didn’t work until someone “tightened the wiring harness”. Oh and replaced something with the ac. Normal for a new car? I think not.

Daughter who is 6 months pregnant bought a brand new Kona motor blew 7,240 mile on it. While waiting on new motor she had a rental from Sterling car rental. Which I never even heard of. After two rental cars break down she looked into either trading the Kona in or a new rental but from a different rental company. They try say they cannot offer any other company but sterling that Hyundai does not allow them too. Lol not true talked to other Hyundai dealers & Hyundai. Come to find out Bob Bell also owns sterling rental car. So my guess they wanted to double dip off Hyundai dime. After going back & fourth for days between them trying say they would give best deal on new car & trade the Kona in. Which the best deal they came up with was not a deal or trying to help. They did finally give her a loaner car off the lot. She is 6 months pregnant & this has all been a nightmare for her. I do not recommend bob bell to anyone what so every. There is way to many other dealerships out there then to deal with them & they’re lies

Absolutely terrible experience at Bob Bell Hyundai. I came in very clearly explaining that I wanted to buy my lease out. My lease documents stated the EXACT buyout amount and I already planned to pay additional fees for documents and tags. I did my research before coming in and had confirmed my exact buyout price. However, in addition to document fees and tags, they tried to add an extra $500 to the buyout price of the car, even though my price was clearly stated on my lease agreement. They could not clearly explain this additional fee and were just trying to make more of a profit off me. They also told me that every Hyundai dealership would add on this extra fee. I left and called two other dealerships; who both said they do not charge this extra fee. I will never give Bob Bell Hyundai my business again.

Delivered 100 miles away!!I was sold on a Palisade but wanted the right set of options and colors. I struck out at all my local dealerships and frankly didnt even get the vibe they wanted my business. On a long shot, I searched on the national site and found the right model 100 miles from home. This was my second and last time getting service at bob bell. I schedule online for my appointment and requested a shuttle so I could drop my vehicle off and return to work. My vehicle was not serviced at Hyundai but instead I was sent to ford quick lane. I was instructed to go to cashier for a shuttle in which I was told no shuttle was available even though I had specifically requested one. And the lady had no care in the world for my time. I was unable to leave as they had already taken my vehicle back. Not once did I receive an update on the shuttle or an attempt made to locate the shuttle or any offer for a courtesy vehicle to try to rectify the situation. I will definitely not be returning.

I was more than dissatisfied with the service I received here. I originally brought my car in because my oil was pouring out of my car, 12 hours after a different garage “fixed” something on my car. Which was a suspension piece, nothing to do with the oil. After waiting 6 days for Hyundai to “fix” my car. With no rental... my car died in the middle of the road, less than 1/2 a mile from leaving the dealer ship. I was able to get it back to the dealer ship for them to “fix whatever they broke” the fixed it “ and I took it back home, the next day at work my car would not start, now there’s is some technical issue, or fuel pump issue. It’s all too convenient that I have 2 new problems with my car within hours of the dealership fixing” it and charged my $650 just for a couple hours of labor. That very dishonest and truly wrong. Resulting in my having to tow my car twice and buy a new car this week. I Don’t trust this dealership, or Hyundai again. I will make the great switch to a Japanese car. I Should have started with one to begin with and saved myself thousands and the stress

Louis knew there was an issue with the steering wheel, even before I mentioned it. He knew the part is on back-order, but had already ordered the part for me, to make sure I was on the list. He also recommended some of the 30,000 mile servicing be done at this oil change, to break up the amount id have to pay in about 5,000 miles. The car came back clean and in great shape.

I usually only ever go to the service shop here for a check engine light but so i can get an original part from hyundai on something important. Besides that, its an entire rip off. I know for a fact that if the mechanics find more things “wrong” that they can fix they make more money. Which means, they will try to upsell you on something that doesnt even need to be changed. Went to autozone to get my check engine light tested to replace an O2 Bank 2 sensor. They made me replace both even though 1 was still good. They said because my tire pressure light was on, i needed a new Sensor which costs $250-$300 (But i know that my tire has a hole in it which is why the sensor indicated tire pressure was low) and then they tried to add on a whole new tail light assembly ($300)stating that the bulb will burn out everytime i put a new one in....tail light is fine and has been fine for months. When i went to go start my car, it started a bit slow so now im worried that they did something to my car to get me back there when something else is wrong with it because of them.Do not go to dealerships for anything. Their job is to find more things wrong to make money off of parts. (Had advice from a real mechanic)

You dont need any of that. Fabric PROTECTOR is 4 dollar bottle of Scotchguard for $595. The UNDERCOAT protector comes of ALL cars. If you wanted to add MORE then its w cans $13 each, Their price $895. Clearwater PROTECTOR is WAX just a can of wax ($4 low end and $19 on high end) price $1200.

They are extremely unethical, the Service manager Steve lacks basic customer service skills and overall at the root they are dishonest . While visiting Maryland my 2014 Tucson vehicle engine broke down and it was taken to their dealership . The engine was covered under warranty and they placed me in a local rental :Sterling Rental . Sterling explained that I could not leave the state in the rental due to their insurance and I had to return to work in NY . Hyundai contacted enterprise for me and I was placed in the new rental . Months later I’m now getting a bill for it, the dealership is lying stating that I decided to just get a brand new rental for no reason . After a lot of research through corporate I realized that they forgot to file the correct paperwork so that their costs would be covered . Overall, I highly suggest the following :AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. DO NOT PURCHASE HYUNDAI VEHICLES .

I had a recall on my Santa fe and I brought my car here and they swiped the engine. Problem is that after it was swiped, I had more problems to my vehicle. In the morning when Im driving, my cars rpm doesnt go up. It stops between 2000-2500 for 5-8 seconds and then it switches and starts to go up.. It happened 6-7 times within 2 weeks after I got the car back from the dealership so I made another appointment to come in and fix the issue. After an hour wait, they said nothing is/was wrong but if I leave it overnight theyll tested out again the next morning. I told them I have no issue leaving the car bc I want it fixed but they said since they couldnt find any issue right now they cant give me rental. Man if I get into an accident or something because of this issue or any type of engine issue, I will sue this dealership. I have/had no problem in Catonsville Hyundai dealership but here in Glen Burnie, I always have some kind of problem.

Sales experience was wonderful. Everyone on the entire staff was great. The only thing lacking was how to use the features. That part was almost non- existent. We needed more detailed instruction. For example, when we stopped for gasoline, we had to research how to open the fuel filler lid (cover). Overall, a good experience.

From the time I first called in about a car until I purchased one the Experience was great. It started with sales with Abner. Great personality and very thorough. Always making sure I was pleased with the service. When I went for test drive he explained Everything including all the bells and whistles. Had been a while since I had purchased my last vehicle. Great sales person.While waiting in showroom I was greeted by the manager Ron Carfine and wanted to make sure everything was ok and was there anything he could do for me. Always trying to make the visit pleasant and helpful. Never pressuring for a sale and assuring me my visit would be good and it was.Two days later I went in to close on the sale and went in with my trade in vehicle. The new vehicle was sitting there ready to go with no delays. When we went into finance to sign papers and go over everything we were met by Mandy Wilde to close the sale. I have to tell you it was a great experience. The paperwork was all ready. Once again met with a smile and a great personality. It is the quickest we have ever purchased a vehicle and walked out. Everything was done as promised and a smooth transition. We purchased vehicles over the years and by far it was the best. The buying experience at Bob Bell Hyundai was excellent. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Milo, who dealt with us directly, is such a fine guy, pleasant, friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Its a pity a relationship ends with a sale. Everything was done efficiently and with a smile. I am careful about my recommendations, but I would have no hesitation recommending them. They were not only honest, but gave me a very good deal willingly and without any pressure to get anything I didnt want.. They had to go out of their way to do it, and they did. A car is a big purchase; I think thats the way to do it.

Horrible, unethical dealership! Test drove a vehicle there & they did not honor the $50 test drive certificate Hyundai is promoting. That didnt stop them from relentlessly emailing me & calling me however. When I finally emailed them back saying to stop harassing me & why would I buy from them when they didnt honor my test drive certificate? The Internet GM said oh, that can take up to a week to process. So 1 month went by & nothing. So next I emailed the test drive certificate sender letting them know what happened, they said theyll pass it on to the dealership. Well, 3 more weeks with nothing so next was an email directly to Hyundai customer service. They told me theyd send the info to the dealer AGAIN but it was up to them whether or not to validate it. Keep in mind I sent them pictures of my emails & acknowledgment by the internet gm that I did indeed take the test drive. Can you guess whether or not they validated it??? Nope! If I could give this place 0 stars I would, can not stress strong enough to avoid them like the plague, there are plenty of Hyundai dealerships in the area to avoid clowns like this, and if Hyundai wont hold their dealers accountable then Id advise against buying a Hyundai too!
