Good year does excellent work. they got my car running like its brand new all over again. I always go there when I have problems. All of the people that work there are always friendly and have you understand everything they did. I will be back again if I need help. Millersville store is a 5 to me.

I took my car in for a alignment and additionally inquired about the cost for a tune up. I was told that I would be given a quote for the tune up in which I never received. I believe paying attention to customers request along with follow through shows concern and attentiveness needed for a successful business. Yes my alignment was addressed however simply providing me with a estimate would have gained me as a returning customer.

Made an appointment to have one of my tires fixed. Promptly after leaving my vehicle I received a phone call that it was not fixable and had to be replaced and they instantly got to work and were done fairly quickly. I brought my car in on Thursday morning for a diagnostic and they informed me my issue was covered under warranty so they were kind enough to deduct half of my diagnostic fee and also offered to pay for my lyft since I lived in the area upon drop off. The customer service here is Spectacular and I didn’t even get serviced that day!!!

Great customer service. they get my car fixed in a quick or timely fashion and they go the extra mile to figure something out when my car gives me trouble. Bill is my mechanic there.

After going to several auto repair shops for oil changes getting various prices from $45-$80 at Walmart took hours to do only to say they couldnt turn the bolt on my oil spout was too tight from last oil change to other shops that charged $80 telling me I had other problems that needed attention... I finally found a shop with know how and confidence to get my oil changed using Mobil 1 synthetic and I never have to check between oil changes with a Walmart price. Oh and they run an ad in the local circular too for $10 off oil changes.

Ran over something that punctured my tire. Was able to drive to Bay Area Tire before it went flat. I was sweating making another appointment later that day. The crew there had me out in less than 30 mins. They were courteous, professional, and answered all of my questions about the repair to my tire.Thank you for the outstanding service. Im a regular customer of Bay Area Goodyear of a little over 10 years now and I can only say good things about them, their service and staff. They take care of your vehicles, inform you of the issues and when possible give you options. Tim is a great store manager, and he will make sure your vehicle is taken care of.

We needed a new tire quickly. Every other place told us to make an appt for the following week. They could do it the next day and the cost was less than the price we were told. Really good place for tires.

I got a flat tire the day before a long road trip and needed a completely new tire mounted. These guys got me in on short notice, completed the job in under 30 minutes, reset my pressure sensor, mounted the new and secured my spare for about $50 below the price listed on the website. They were super friendly, and during the 30 minute wait in a comfy waiting room they helped out like 3 or 4 other customers who were walk ins. They checked some ladies battery free of charge, changed a dude’s flat in like 10 minutes, it went on and on. Seriously the best possible experience for me. I was looking for the boss to tell him he needs to give these guys a raise.

Took care of my truck quickly and at a lesser price than other places that quoted me. Front desk was attentive and helpful. Will be my first choice in the future.

Im using my work account to review this place again. My previous review, which I did update, was from 2 years ago and I want my new review to be more visible.This team is always honest even when it doesnt necessarily mean theyre going to make more money from you. Their honesty made it so I could pay my rent on time. Ive brough a couple different cars here over the years and theyve done great work each time. Ive recommended them to my family and friends, and I recommend them to you too. They will not lie to you to make money. They will do the work you need to keep your car driving healthily. This, in turn, guarantees return customers and makes them more money in the long run. The team is wonderful, specifically naming Austin who is the face of the company Ive worked with the most. But given the consistency of the shop, the owners must be good as well.

This crew is amazing. Had a horrible morning on my normal commute down 97 when some road debris ended with a flat tire. After getting the donut on and calling around to a bunch of shops, these guys were the only ones with a comparable tire and a timely appointment. They were fast, efficient, and friendly - and the lounge was a great place for me to work remotely while I waited. Thanks Bay Area for getting me back on the road and turning a horrible morning into a better day.

Dont go there please especially with repairs since had an item replaced twice over a span of 4-5 years each time after my car broke down again poor work quality. Also they will try to charge you $150 just to diagnose the problem even if takes 5 minutes...STAY away too many other honest repair facilities!!

Good price. Good tires. Good service. Issues were tires were not there and they had to go pick them up which added to my wait time. They were quick to fix that. Also, when i left my low psi tire indicator came on telling me one of my new tires was at 28 psi. It shouldve been at 45. I thought it was a glitch so i checked it at the house and sure enough it was right at 28 psi. Not sure how that happened but i can infer that someone there missed a tire when they were checking psi levels and then allowed me to drive off. Good experience overall.

Came in last minute for an oil change. They were able to fit me in!! Bill helped me with everything, and the place was nice and clean And very welcoming.

I was very impressed in their work my family goes to this place all the time! I got a pretty good price on my tires they did a great job putting them on! I had an oil change did a great job there of course! The only problem I had was I have two headlights out I asked them how much it was going to be I understand my car is not your average just pop it out you have to take the bumper off but still they wanted to charge me pretty high for that so I was not able to get it done there!All in all I think they are a very good place to get work done!

On May 20, 2021, I stopped at the Bay Area Tire & Service located at 7986 Crain Hwy., Glen Burnie, MDand spoke to the Store Manager, Tim Cronan about the unsatisfactory service I received in February 2021 for the same problem. Tim informed me that he didnt have anything opened to have my car checked. He then asked if I could bring the car back the next day at 9:00 AM. I was able to comply. Tim then talked with me and reassured me that he was going to check on the (oil dripping) problem and keep me posted of whats going on. I can only say that he kept his word from the beginning to the end. He is a man of integrity! At the end he gave me the print out of the service work that was done with a (0) balance! Bay Area Tire and Service has been my go to for service since I moved to Glen Burnie 43 rears ago. I have nothing but praise for the service they have provided over the years. Although there has been a change in staff, the staff has always been courteous and accommodating as well as the service. You can depend upon them for honesty and quality service.

I dropped my car for service at the appointed time. Bill checked me in and confirmed everything I asked to be sure they would do all that I asked. Bill phoned a few times to update me on the progress of the work and asked permission to do additional work that was needed to meet my needs. I was given an explanation for the work and the cost so I could make an informed decision. I am very pleased with the work that was done and I thought the price was extremely reasonable. I was Worried about my truck after some serious vibration issues on the road coming from Pittsburgh. Texted the number on the website they told me to bring it by. The mech. realized it was a tire that was loose. After he torqued the lugs, and I told him I hadnt been anywhere to have the truck worked on, he immediately took my keys back, and put it in on a rack. Pulled both front wheels inspected the suspension cleaned inside of, and re-seated the wheels and did a travel inspection b/c I was worried about the drive back with my family in the vehicle... NO CHARGE MR GOBBEL!. safety is our #1 concern, and we really didnt do anything but pull a couple wheels.. IN A WORLD FULL OF RIP OFFS AND JOKERS THESE GUYS RESTORED MY FAITH IN THE AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR INDUSTRY!! I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVERY TIME!!!

They called me a couple hours later, told me what was wrong, how they fixed it, said my car was ready to be picked up and I grabbed it when I got off work. It was great not having to waste time in my day sitting in a waiting room and knowing my car was in the hands of professional experts. They make taking your car in for service so easy and convenient.

Bay Area Tire was as always great . I needed a battery, due to my car just died on me. The dealership thought it was the anti theft malfunction, we tried everything. My son gave it a jump start and made it their shop, and as busy as they were fit us in and 35 minutes later we had a New battery. Great customer service, great work . Thanks guys.

Had by far the best experience IV ever had getting work on my vehicle here! The service Tech Austin came out right away to take a look at my car and help me size up the tires. Then walked me through all possibilities and options and explained all the differences between them. I was never up sold and was given honest advice. When we found the tire I wanted they did not have it but my tires were so bad I didn’t feel safe driving so Brad the Manager drive to the warehouse to go get my tires so they could get them on that night. With in an hour I was on my way and safe to get to work. I don’t normally leave reviews but this place goes above and beyond for their customers. They also cover all kinds of other things that are free of charge if you have any issues. It’s hard to find honest good establishes in this day and age. If you want good help and don’t have to worry about dishonesty you should go to this Goodyear at Bay Area tire and service

Since the Glen Bernie shop had done the oil change on that vehicle, they replace the filter and there was no charge.

Received their mailer just when I needed to replace the tires on an older vehicle due to an unrepairable flat on one of the nine year old tires. It’s not a popular size and usually hard to find. Goodyear had some in stock. A good quality tire at a competitive price, PLUS ... they were on sale ... AND a rebate! Tires were mounted and installed quickly on a Saturday morning, alignment corrected. (Now my son will be happy - the steering wheel is aligned.) Great folks! Great customer service!

Long story short I was up sold things that I didn’t need and I left still having the same problems I had when I went in. This place should be shut down and I wish I could get my money back. Terrible. Absolutely terrible these charlatans should be ashamed.

Went here yesterday thinking I had a nail in the tire and was getting a flat since I had the check tire pressure light come on during my lunch drive. Ive had three flats in the past 2 years, so now Im extra cautious. I bought the good year tire warranty after the second flat and have been so glad to have it. The guys here were quick to make sure so I wouldnt have to wait too long, told me there was no nail and filled my tires, reset the light, and sent me on my way. No charge since my warranty covered it all. I gotta say I was really not expecting them to get me through so quickly, so thank you for this! Definitely coming back.

Came in to get my PT (piece o trash) Cruiser’s muffler issue repaired. I was surprised at the estimate- very reasonable. The time taken to fix it was tolerable. Staff was friendly and Mike was great. I will be going back! Great job!!
