My boyfriend was looking for a truck for work. Van Lewis helped him with any and all questions he had about the trucks that were available. He answered every phone call and he even came in on his day off to sell us a beautiful, new F-150. The attention and information that Van gave us was nothing short of professional. Had to leave had 11:30 appointment for Quick Lane arrived 15 minutes early. Left at 12:20 after I asked how long was going to be and 1 car still in front of me. Wax then told they were short staffed and did not know. Have Bell Care so had to reschedule since I have other appointments and can not get in till yhe end of August!

I have been searching for a couple of weeks for a 2022 Elantra. Everytime I called a dealership in the a.m. to see about a delivery by the afternoon they were sold. The Elantras were selling like hotcakes! Byron is the best salesman ever!!! He called me as soon as a truck came in and informed me that the car I wanted was there. But I had to act fast because he was sure that it would be sold by the next day. The process was so simple and easy. I called every dealer in my area and Bob Bell Hyundai delivered! Thank you Byron!

Got extended warranty on my Escape.also got a warranty for oil changes and if you loose your key for car but canceled it today it cost over 400.dollars. and you only got 2 oil changes a year and it was only good for 2 years. I thought it too expensive.

Automotive service department operates at very high volume but they know what they are doing. It may require some creative scheduling on your part to get a slot depending on the season, and they do charge dealership service prices but THEY WILL address any issue that your vehicle has. Very Satisfied.

Tried to get my 2016 Explorers hood corrosion repaired under warranty. The service guy told me it was out of warranty, although it has a 5 year rust and corrosion warranty. I didnt take advanced math but I have five fingers and knew I had a year left. Long story short, I had to call Ford Customer Service to school them. I had to go back and they were nice about the mix up. They took pics and submitted my warranty claim to Ford which was approved the next day. I will update once my new hood is installed.

I would give 5 stars but, service rotated my tires but forgot to check the tire pressure causing me to have to go back, or fix it myself. They were very nice and expedited me when I came back.

Nor a very good experience there cars still gave no chips and they up charge their vehicles to make a profit from you.

I hate having to buy cars, but Ive purchased 2 used cars from Bob Bell over the past 3.5 yrs, and have been treated well both times. Terry James, their salesperson, is great. No pressure and fair pricing.

Ive bought a vehicle and had work done on a few others here. Everyone is always really friendly and helpful. Whenever I had work done on my vehicles, it always turned out well. It would always cost a bit but thats what happens when you go to a dealer.

I bought a 2017 Prius Prime that had been traded in.After spending a week looking at many dealerships who tried to push me to break the bank, or took hours if discussion just to get a couple hundred off a sky high price I found my Prius at Bob Bell.The price at Bob Bell was after the fees and taxes was still thousands lower than I had been offered for a final price at any other Toyota dealership. I was so relieved and happy at how quick and friendly the process of purchasing the car was and I left with the car the same day! I highly recommend!!

Bob Bells decor is a bit dated, but the cars and the salesmen (includes the ladies) are not. I went there just to look at a car that I might get in the foreseeable future. They are not aggressively pushy. They try and find the car you want with what you are looking for. I came out of there with a good feeling about the salesman. I would give them a chance once I was serious about getting a truck.

Service department really took extra care of my repairs and concerns with my vehicle. Communication could have been a little better, but with the number of vehicles being serviced, I understand that they cant provide constant updates. Maybe implementing a customer-accessible web portal to see technician notes and progress as the vehicles progress through diagnostics and repairs to completion may help in the overall workload and communication bottleneck. Overall, very pleased with the trustworthy service provided at Bob Bell Ford/ Hyundai/ etc.

Awesome experience. Must have an appointment for COVID-19. Everyone had on masks, social distancing and cleaning of desk was observed. My sales man was professional, patient, knowledgeable and not pushy...Mr James Franklin. And my finance guy Mr Boone was not pushy either.I got a 2020 Gemstone Red Tuscon (Ultimate). This beauty is fully loaded... 100,000 warranty, 36000 maintenance, 5 yr road side assistance, Bluelink and much much more for a very reasonable price. Making my 2020 look alot better. This vehicle was purchased as business vehicle for my cleaning company.By the way I own a 2011 Hyundai Sonata Limited with 153,000 miles and she is still going strong. All be safe and stay healthy!

Glenn gave me $1200 more for my trade than any other dealer, the new car mgr. Dax beat another dealers price on my Titan by $700 and the general sales mgr. John got me an interest rate 2% less than my credit union.Never have my expectations been exceeded like this in any other buying experience

Six years ago when l bought my car at Bell the service department was efficient and timely ... Seems that even though they have been selling more cars for six years there has been no expansion of service department ... Now the service department is neither timely or efficient ... To put it in one word ... The service department is overwhelmed ... I wouldnt take a brand new car for free .. Thats how bad the service department is now ...

Nightmarish experience. Took my truck there for a simple tire and wheel replacement. Since then, truck vibrates at 80mph. Have tried unsuccessfully with them to rectify this problem. They wouldnt see me and have recommended I go to another mechanic. They wouldnt honor their work or justify their having received payment. Customer service is typically horrendous. They say their mechanics are in the Baltimore location, so why fix my car at the glen burnie location? Seems they dont have the right tools and the right personnel there. Explains my continued problems. They were happy to take my money and let me go with. Not good!

I went to look for a new car and requested they not run my credit untiI was sure I wanted a car there. The sales guy ran my credit anyway.

Salesman named Art was great. I was not given any hassle with my purchase. Finance did not try to push their Bank loans since I came in with pre-qualified from Capital One. There was no gotchas at the end, and all terms were the same at the end as was at the pre-qualified stage. They did not try to push me into another vehicle.They even detail cleaned the SUV before I left.

Dealing with some of the parts people can be rough . Some of them are helpful but this trip I had to make 2 trips to get everything I needed. When u ask for everything to do a job i would want everything and when i get a so called complete kit that tells me it COMPLETE. I should not of had to make another trip

Had an appointment for an oil change and vehicle check over. Viewed television in a new and clean waiting room. Everything was new including the paint on the walls, ceiling tiles, floors, bathrooms, cashier booths, furniture and television. Even the huge window to the work area was clean as were the the rest of the windows in the room. Theres plenty of seating. There was coffee and snacks. My vehicle was returned in a reasonable amount of time and clean. Everything was explained to me so I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

I bought my car here and I always get excellent service for my car. They always call to follow up on my service to check if everything went well. Although I live a bit farther now, this place is still my go to.

Service center is truly slipping. 2 hour wait for an oil change in the Quick Service lane. And I got home to find that my back tail light was out.. did they check it?? What else are they not checking?

My wife and I had her vehicle repaired here. The Ford master tech didnt put a bolt back in the caliper. It came off while we were on the interstate, tore a softball sized hole on the inside of our wheel, locking up the front wheel making us skid to a stop, and we had to get towed 100+ miles home.

Having an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation it took over two hours. During the process I was told of a tire repair being needed. I didnt want that done there as I have road hazard with the merchant who installed the tires. After paying for the oil service I found my vehicle with a flat as a pancake tire. The same tire I instructed the tech to leave alone, he had pulled the nail. The tech now had to take more time to change the spare tire. The next day the office called to ask how the service went. The lady was told of my experience. She said the service manager would call to followup. That was three days ago. Totally unacceptable...and very dissatisfied.

I bought my Kona on 11/03/18 and added a rain guard. The rain guard was not in stock so I had to come back a week after to pick it up. They said the temperature should be in the 50s to successfully install it. Yesterday was my 4th appointment to have it installed, the person who was to install it was off. I am grateful I am a person who have a lot of patience, I went back to my salesperson Merrick Lee who reached out to the Head of Service and all went well. Although I didnt bought my previous car from Bob Bell, almost all of its maintenance were done here. Thank you Service Department for going above and beyond to finally install my rain guard. Now when it rains, my rain guard is installed outside my windows and not in a box inside my car. Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays to all!

It wasnt OUTSTANDING but it was not bad either... it was decent... the waiting area smelled funny and not in a good way.. Im a person that loves so many good smells so when theres a bad one it hinders my experience honestly... the people were all friendly but white i had to wait for 2 hours for my car to get an oil change and tire rotation and this was in the quick lane..i had my 3 year old son n asp they give you is a room to sit and wait.. other places have shuttle services, nail service, kids play area, WIFI, car rental options ... but no.. not here.. they expected my 3 year old to sit for two hours.. thats laughable! Needless to say... we took a VERY long walk n since theres no parks around at all... it was just a nice long walk.. but good customer service so keep that up! 👍👌 but you deff need to get a play center and better waiting room.. things to do... even a vending machine would help a little bit i guess.. or at least some wifi for the kids and parents.

They posted a sales price 1500 lower than they posted on the internet and then would not disclose how they came up with additional 1500 in fees. Said it was for maryland registration and fees. They did show docs and taxes separately. Very disappointed in the process.

Here is why, they put every type of discount possible in the add but when joe average goes there if he is not a student not in military not a first time buy on and on and on then you are asked to pay the higher amount.

I took my car here for an oil change theres a cover that goes on underneath of my car holds 8 bolts awfully funny took a ride to Hagerstown and it came off in the middle of traffic 70 miles an hour tell me how something with 8 bolts on it it supposed to come off why because they dont do their job they take it off but they dont want to put it back on anything to make it so you have to spend more money I will never go back here again for nothing and Ive done bought two cars from them but my money can spend anywhere so Ill go to a different dealer

Terrible service specially when it comes to repair the car I had an explorer 2000 XLT transmission went bad I took the car to them they put a new transmission when I took the car home I found transmission oil leak on my drive way I took the car back to see what is wrong they told me that it needs a gasket that goes between the transmission and the engine I said I just changed the transmission why you didn’t change it they said you didn’t tell us by the way they charged me $4000 to replace the transmission don’t go there rip-off dealer
