So far so good. From the time I walked in, and was greeted by one of the 2 gentlemen that were seated behind the counter, 1 on the phone, the other, Brandon, very pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful, and a good listener. At first my fiancee and myself were thinking it was a rock that hit the top of our windshield, within 5 minutes the star about the size of a dime began spidering down. 10 minutes later after it grew to about 10 inches long downward then took a right, into drivers view, now add another 10 + inches, finally stopped there. Didnt realize her deductible was $500.00, so cost of new with install, approximately $400.00 total, now out of pocket. Ok could be worse. Now we find out Carmax, Laurel, 2.5 years prior, when we bought VW there, they, of course, Jimmied, the quickest and cheapest way possible, used silicone along top of windshield and put some type, not original, weatherstrip to make it appear to be used but passable. Anyway, now, we had to go to an Auto body business to get part 1 of 2 part process started. In comes Maaco, Glen Burnie, MD. So far, Brandon has kept to his word and everything we spoke of to be done. They and Safelight glass company, Crain Hwy, Glen Burnie, MD. Are teaming up. So far, so good. Our insurance company, USAA, since her family are current and former Military. As I, myself, being an ex, U.S.NAVY, S.E.R.E, are, and were. I will complete my review of both places as soon as everything is complete, probably by the 18th or 21st. I truly believe that both Maaco, and Safelight, as well as U.S.A.A.will get the highest possible reviews. Respectfully...

Had scheduled an online appointment and verified with the website that they would be open. When I got there, there was a sign on the door that the business was closed. Rescheduled to accommodate them. They did not go through the options or provide a breakdown of costs for services. Complained to Maaco corporate and did get a response, but they did nothing. Had my truck painted and it appears as if it was done well.

At work done on my car a little more than a year ago. Still finding things wrong. Overspray on different parts of the car including my black wheels. Went back three times. Though each time they appear to have removed some of the overspray. However each time after I felt more. Could be much better. Sorry but not great

My experience with Macco was the absolute “Worst” experience I’ve had! I had my hood painted and there were many imperfections that you could clearly see and not to mention they didn’t even finish the paint job completely! They missed the entire front of the hood that was not even painted. You can clearly see paint missing. I tried to resolve the issue with the manager at the Glen Burnie Location and he was completely rude! Suggested I clean the hood dirt then bring it back. Huge inconvenience!! When you can clearly see the job was incomplete. I will NEVER EVER recommend anyone to go to Macco as they lack Customer Service and work is the worst! Very UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER.. I give them 0 starsBEWARE!!

Poor communication and they dont complete the full work. Check before paying they purposely miss panels or small work noted in the agreement. They will schedule you in to finish all work they forgot to do and tried to get away with not doing and act like they are doing such a favor finally finishing the work

Great job... Im so happy. My car looks brand new and I have received many compliments on the new paint job. My car was painted in September 2019 and still love it.

Personnel was very nice and helpful but quality control missed paint missing at end of panel and still had masking tape on rear window. Also the sanding had gone about a 1/4 of inch over to the next panel near the door and I had to leave the vehicle for touch up. This time they did not wash the car had dust all over it and inside the door jamb on driver side.

After getting the run around from several overpriced body shops I am thankful to Chuck and his Glen Burnie Colleagues for listening to my needs and budget to repair my “fender bender.” They even went out of their way to find a used (but in perfect condition) hood to keep my out of pocket costs down and get me back in the road. AND there were no surprises between the original estimate they provided and the final cost I paid when I picked up my car. Honest work at an honest price. 👏👏👏

The communication of the customer service is terrible to say the least. I had to call or travel back and forth to find out the status of my truck. I was told the paint job would be a week it took 2 weeks and they never explained why. I had a crease in my side panel I asked would they be sanding they replied yes but they informed after my truck was completed that this would be a mud or bonding process. Really!!!! Youre the professional explain your services to me the consumer I thought a paint job included body work, not here you have to make that request. The customer service was horrible due to lack of communication from start to finish. Their solution for me waiting an extra week to get my food truck back while losing money and rescheduling my inspection for another week was how about $50 off and than come back to pay for 12 hours of body repair @ $65 per hour. Really Noooooooo!!!! Not happy at all but they seemed like nice guys but not at all organized. I think they had too many cars to repair at 1 time and I had a big food truck 🚚

Chuck stuck by his word and took great care of my car. I couldn’t even tell where the damage was! I would recommend this shop to anyone!

Dropped off a bumper and side skirts for my car. The work was satisfactory, minimal imperfections and the color match was very similar to the existing paint on the car. It was easy to communicate with management.

Great job on my Mustang !!! Other companies wanted $5000 and have car 7 weeks. Not only did MAACO give a supreme paint job but also repaired major side dent along with minor dents, total was under $2110 !!!!!!!!! Great job MAACO !!!!!!!!! Will definately reccomend !!!!!

Will never take my car here again got my window replaced and it looked like they got a used window and put it in it still had glue on it from when they pulled the tint off then a day after picking up my car the window stopped working went up there to talk to the manager and waited in the lobby 15 min before I just had to case someone down then another 20 min before the manager even came to talk to me and tell me they must have forgot a part and they have to order it work is bad customer service bad nothing good about this Macco

Went to this shop on premise of a $1200 paint job, as was told by manager 2 times during the week, went to drop off car and person there said will be twice what i was quoted, no body work or anything. i told them originally that it was a 1982 corvette and was given that general price, i show up to drop off car, and they said $2400. is what you call bait and switch, totally dishonest and crooked, never again will think of maaco, only reason i give one star is that you cant give none.
