The work was great and the time to do the work could not have been better. The staff was very professional and friendly.

Me car was involved in an accident and through my insurance company (USAA) I took it to Caliber in Glen Burnie, MD. Everything was fast and easy from the initial estimate to the finished job. The work was perfect and the final prep and washing was excellent and very professional. I was even able to drop my rental car off there, and they made arrangements for pickup of same. This is my second experience with Caliber, and I wouldnt take my car anywhere else.

I sent my car in on an insurance claim to fix some dent damage. I received the car in less time than estimated and in MUCH better shape than when I sent it in. The side of the car that they repaired looks exceptional and they did a great job of thoroughly cleaning the interior and exterior. I highly recommend this shop to everyone in the area. They did a great job and Im very happy with the work.

I stopped by the shop for an estimate. Mike at the front desk came out and looked at my vehicle and diagnosed it rather quickly. It was a simple fix. I was back on the road in less the 10 minutes. I couldnt be happier with the service i received even though i didnt have an appointment. He was very courteous and professional.

I took my car in for them to check out why it was shaking after i hit a pot hole. I didn’t want to go through my insurance. Mike at the front desk was able to help me out and have their mechanic look at it. Come to find out it was only a few bolts loose. So they tighten them for me. It was done the same day. I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and courtesy i received. He did state that usually everything is done by appointment. Even though i didn’t have one he was still able to squeeze my car in. I will definitely be back just because of the service i received.

Dell was amazing. He has the greatest customer service skills and his front desk staff does as well, which is not always the case with businesses. His body work on my car was flawless and also guaranteed for as long as I own it, so that left me very comfortable and willing to work with him again if need be.

Everything went well. The time quoted for my repairs were estimated at a month. They were able to take care of the issue within two weeks. Picked my car up and she was washed and vacuumed. I brought my Nissan Rogue in for repairs for the second time. Brianna Henson was absolutely amazing. She coached me through the entire repair process from start to finish. She Kept me informed throughout the repairs. Ive never encountered such awesome customer service in a Bodyshop before. From the moment you walk in the doors you are greeted with bright smiles and great personalities. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs body repairs done to this location. This is my second time coming (Hopefully my last) lol. All in all great experience.

I took my Dodge Caliber to ACT to have the right rear door repaired. They did a great job with the repair, but their communications to me was very lacking. They have a sign up in their front room that say Call the customer every 2 days to give an update. They called me 1 time to tell me how much it would cost, which I didnt really care about because it was an insurance claim. They just arent good at call backs, but the quality of the work is good.

They are a great body shop. They make sure you are satisfied and if you have any worries or concerns they try there best to put it aside

Great place. Took a week to replace a windshield and fix 7-8 dents and do some paint work from fallen tree branch. Busy work looks great. Only complaint is their minimal parking. The customer service was excellent. I never had to talk to my insurance aside from reporting the event initially.

Kevin did an amazing job on my Nissan Versa. Not only was the damage repair excellent - but they also cleaned in inside of my car! WOW!! What a treat! Everyone is excellent in their customer service skills!

My 2003 Honda Pilot was a mess when I brought it to Caliber. I left it with them for a little over a week, and my car came back to me looking better than it has looked in five years.Nick, Kevin and the rest of the staff were great. They consistently stayed in contact with me while my car was being worked on to let me know how it was going. In addition, they were not only able to fix my car for half of what I was quoted elsewhere, but when I picked up my car they were able to get it done for a little less than they had originally quoted.The staff at Caliber (Glen Burnie North) was personal, professional, and helpful. They worked hard to help me out, and I cannot say enough good about them. I highly recommend working with them, and will certainly be returning to them if I need collision repair again.Thanks guys!Alexander Bouffard

The staff made every effort to address concerns below that were caused by the location in Springfield, VA on Backlick road.Driver side rear door has scratch that painted but was not fixed.Speakers were not reconnectedTrunk not flushVisible Wires left hanging in trunkSteering wheel hard to turnsticky blue stuff all over speaker in rear windowCovering  cap missing in back window.

Spoiler alert....Theres a better ending,After calling first, I was told to come on in, I Came in to give them my insurance paperwork that I received from my adjuster, then they made a copy. We went over my specific situation for 20 mins, afterwards she gave me the card of the specific person that would be handling my case and assured me that they were going to be contacting me to let me know when the parts came in ect. A week goes by...so I call, They misplaced my paperwork. I end up going back down there to start over, and I asked if there was anything they could do? since they made the mistake and lost my information and a week of my planning? Maybe try to expedite the repairs? He didnt know what to say, so he just asked for my paperwork again. Being a large franchise, it didnt make sense why this was happening.BTW I will change my review: If they show they care.**UPDATE **A manager did reach out to me; made efforts to rectify the situation. So Hopefully the repair goes well from here on out.

I was not satisfied with their repairs and their response was, take it to the dealer and see what they say after the dealer agreed with me, they change some other parts and said we change some parts here if this dosent fix the problem take it back to the dealer wated my time and lost days from work.

After having a terrible experience at the chevy dealership, I decided to take my camaro here for front end damage repairs. I was very impressed with the customer service of everyone I dealt with at Calibur. My car was in the shop for a week & they called me multiple times throughout the process to keep me updated on the status. I was even able to pick up the car on Saturday, which is not a business day for them. The work that was done on the car was fantastic & I am extremely pleased with the entire experience. This location will be my first choice for repairs going forward.

They seem to maybe aim to please the insurance company more than customer

This was the worst experience ever!! I dont normally write reviews and it takes a lot for me to get upset. I brought my car in for repair. First day went okay. They gave me an estimate of the repair and said it would take two weeks to fix it. They said I will get a text that will inform me of the progress. About a 1.5 week later I got a text saying the repair is complete. I called that day and asked when I should get in. They said its still in repair and will take two more weeks to complete. What!?? They said the text messages are not accurate. On the first day, I asked them while fixing the rear end if they could fix the side of my car since it had a scratch and a dent. They said they would give me an estimate but never called me back to let me know. A week later, I asked about the price and they said $1200. I told them then do not fix the dent. But then they changed the story and said, it costs $1200 because it includes repairing the front bumper, which looked perfectly fine. They said it would cost $500 to repair the dent and since that was the resonable price, I told them to go ahead and fix it. So it took total 4 weeks to finish the repair....way past the time they promised. The day I got my car back, I noticed the dent wasn not fixed! I asked them why and they said I didnt want to get it repaird since it costs $1200. I was like what??!! After I picked up the car, the battery died after two hrs later. I called them and they sent someone to jump start which worked at that time but few hrs later, my car completely died. I took it to the shop and they said the battery died completely and I had to get a new battery which costs about $180. My car was 2015 vw so my battery shouldve been good for few more years. So I called them this morning asking for the reimbursement and now they are denying that it is their fault and they are going to contact the insurance to pay for it. What??! I have never had this kind of service at any other car repair place before. I am just so upset that they responded that way instead of admitting their mistakes. The day my car died was my bday and I literally spent the whole day walking miles to get home (the car died at the shopping center) and fix the car. Horrible service!!! Do not go here!!!
