Vehicle was involved in an accident on Oct 1st 2021* and Harry and his team made a miracle on fixing my 2016 Buick Regal Gs, I knew how long it was going to take to get it back at 100% and 3 1/2 weeks later they made a wonderful job. When picking up the car everything looked great but door jam wasnt painted BUT harry and his team made it happen within less than 4 hrs. Dropped off my vehicle while I was at work and He took care of me and made things right. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for any type of body damage or paint. This isnt no joke. We had our Subaru worked on by Collision Works as the result of a teenager driving a Telsa with no insurance crashing into me on the way to work. Had nothing but a positive experience with CW. Good communication and professional service. Their shop is clean and they restored our Impreza to better shape than it was when it went in (vacuumed out the dog hair!). Hopefully I dont have a reason to do business with them again, but I would recommend them to anyone who needed similar work on their vehicle.

Collisions are always stressful but Dan at Collision Works made the circumstance a lot better. They were attentive to my situation and handled my car with care and precision. They restored my car to showroom quality.

Had a front end collision. They replaced all necessary parts and painted etc. Had to go back twice due to parts not being bolted back onto brackets and overspray....which then I was left with a razor in my back seat, glad I had found it before my daughter did.Overall the work was good but I believe they could try harder in certain aspects of the job.

Had a problem with srs system in my car a few months after it had been replaced by Collisionworks. Took in first time, guy says let me look into it Ill call you. Week goes by, never got a call. Went back in talked to a different guy, let me look into it, Ill call you. No seriously this time well call. Now two weeks later, still no calls.Like with most places I guess once theyve been paid they want nothing to do with you so make sure its done right the first time.

Disappointed with result and service. Initial consult went well and I felt Mile One was very capable of fixing my vehicle. After picking my vehicle up I have noticed multiple attention to detail and quality of work issues...damaged parts from accident were put back on vehicle, imperfections in the paint, misaligned parts, decals not securely affixed to the vehicle. I have taken my vehicle back twice now. Almost like Mile One never inspected my vehicle before giving it back to me. Real headache for me since I have to take my time to review their workmanship myself and return it to them. I am not confident in Mile One anymore.What really got me was “…we are just a repair shop and we are not going to catch everything…nor are we looking at your vehicle with such detail as you would…” I understand that I will probably look closer at MY vehicle than anyone else will, but please make an effort to ensure your quality of service to the customer represents your expectation for your business. I feel they follow the “get-em in and get-out” model.Update...2-weeks later. Returning car to Mile One to fix items they missed during initial repair. Finally getting my vehicle back to normal, but definately taking much time and effort on my part.

Buyer beware. Do not sign any contracts with them if you have an auto accident with insurance involved they don’t tell you what the paper is for but they pretty much take all your rights to decisions on repairs to the vehicle in that contract that is blurry and long. Called them multiple times to ask questions and not once did anyone tell me they were working on the car. I found out through the insurance when they requested a supplement. They were very rude about it and even told my husband I was a liar when he questioned how they could do work on a vehicle in his name only without his permission. Very Dishonest!!!

Second time I have been to this shop. And I have had no complaints. They were nice, professional, and fast... I like there workmanship. Will use MileOne again and highly recommend them to friends.

Great place! The experience at Mile One Collision Center in Glen Burnie was not like most automotive repair/maintenance shops. First impression left me feeling confident in an easy repair process for my car...in regard to cleanliness, organization, positive customer service, efficient communication between my insurance company, the shop and myself, and quick service from the day I dropped off my car to picking it up. The ONLY negative thing I have to say about my experience was being given another customers invoice stapled to mine when picking up my car. The document had personal customer information, vehicle parts/repair info and prices involved....Not something Id want someone else to be accidentally given about myself.

Would definitely recommend them. John is a rock star.. he was able to squeeze my vehicle in right before the holidays and despite finding additional damage finished ahead of schedule. Really made the whole experience stress free. Thanks!

Fast turnaround, but the didnt repair the paint on the body panel of my truck from the accident. They just replaced the bumper and left everything else. Also the seam between the bumper and panel arent consistent. I wouldnt recommend them.

After buying a new car in January, I had an accident 2 weeks ago. John Dailey took care of everything for me! Within 10 minutes of getting off the phone with the insurance company and choosing Collision Works, John called me to find out the best time for me to drop my car off. I was able to drop it off within an hour and he called me later that night to let me know what was going on. He made sure I was updated when the estimate was finished and he remembered me when I called the day my car was done! He made it easy for me to pay over the phone and pick up my keys since I work until 5:30 pm in Annapolis. I will for sure take my car back here and recommend them to everyone I know!!! I definitely do not recommend this shop and I certainly dont recommend this shop if you drive a car made outside of America. I dont believe their technicians are equipped to fix German engineering.After taking a few of my cars here for repairs over the years I finally hit a brick wall with the most recent insurance claim repair.I hit a deer in February 2017 in my 2013 Audi Q5. The repair estimate done by the body shop overlooked body work and in addition, my car had to be returned to this location 5 (yes I said 5) times!! The unfortunate part about the many returns was that it was a radiator leak which meant it required immediate attention and interuption to my daily life. First, the coolant light came on and the shop couldnt find a specific issue so they returned my car after a thorough check. A week later the coolant had drained and I returned the vehicle and showed the tech where the antifreeze hose was leaking, so they replaced the hose which should have been replaced at the very start. Four days later, I had to go back again because the same part leaked again and this time it was because the mechanic failed to attach the part properly. When the weather warmed up this summer I realized that my air conditioner wasnt working, so I had to return the vehicle AGAIN only to find out that the electricity connection to my condenser was connected backwards, therefore not providing electricity to the unit (you dont have to be a German Car engineer for an electrical connection, or so I thought).Finally, a few months had gone by and I washed and waxed my car to find they completely overlooked a buckle in the body (metal frame). They missed the body work in the estimate and when I returned the vehicle for them to repair, they refused and claimed there was no way they overlooked the buckled metal (it was small, and only slightly buckled and my car is black) and I had to address the issue with my insurance company. The small vindication (other than this review) is that my insurance company (USAA) agreed with me (with convincing authority) that the damage to the body work was in fact from my accident. So as a result of Collision Works incompetency, I will be taking my car for repair a 6th time but this time it wont be back at Collision Works.

Quick and reliable work. The turn around for getting the vehicle back was short. And they handled working with insurance.

Cant say enough about this place. It was so nice after an accident to have a company take me under their wing and make the experience as pain free as possible. All i did was call them and they took car of the rest. Got me a rental car and informed me on the entire process. My car is my baby and when i got it back i was extremely satisified with repairs. Hopefully i never have to do this again but if i do i have no question of where ill take my car to be repaired. THANK YOU COLLISION WORKS OF GLEN BURNIE!!!

I took my car here because it is a Nationwide recommended shop. My car is a late model KIA. It slid into a snow bank and had mostly body damage. The repairs were estimated to take 2 weeks. It took 6 weeks to repair the car. I of course had to rent a car for an extra month while they delayed delivery for one thing and another. The car looked great, but less than a year later all the paint is peeling off every plastic piece on the front end. I am now in another state trying to get the repairs completed through the insurance company since it was a nationwide bodyshop it is covered 100%. However even though it is obviously Collision works fault, I am still again paying for a rental for their mistake, and so far any attempt to recoup it has been ignored, or at least I have not seen anything from it. Overall the people themselves were very nice, but the car, you can do much better.

Worst Place ever took my daughters car there they had it for a week clips missing. When I went to get the car the guy Behind the counter threw my keys to me and said whatever. So my insurance guy came to my house and could not believe how they car look so had to take to another company took another week to fix what collision works did. Finally picks her car up today after not having her car for about 3 weeks car looks so much better. Do not take your car there!!!!
