Worst place for ServiceI went in for a service with a undamaged vehicle and came back with a damaged vehicleThe service guy who drove the car accepted the mistake and apologized but the management sent him into the room and started telling that there was no mistake from their end and made sure he doesn’t come out untill i leave the place.Denying to replace the damaged parts.Terrible experienceWorst managementAfter every service people call you and offer free gas / free detailing service to receive 5stars for their service.I have never got a clean car after the service.Instead of bribing people for Rating improve your service and you guys will automatically get good rating.#Say “NO” to Nissan of Richmond# Nissan of North America - hope you hear this#Justice
