Jeff and his team did a phenomenal job! I was stranded off of I-95 with a massive fuel leak and a 6 plus hour drive to get home. Jeff took my car right in and suggested a great place to take my family while they performed the repairs. His tech found that a pervious repair by another shop was not done right and caused the fuel line to come of the fuel rail. We were very lucky that the car didn’t catch fire. They repaired the fuel line, checked over the car and even nearly put the truck back together after I made a mess looking for the tow eye. It was a great place to stumble upon on a very hectic and stressful day.

Ralf Sarek and his team, Jeff and Seth are what i call top shelf. I had a problem i just could not diagnose; they took care of it and the repair. They also gave my Landrover a thorough inspection and a list of things i should think about repairing, which is much appreciated since i bought a used rover that wasnt taken care of very well. Now i know what i need to repair and finally get rid of some of those annoying performance issues. And by the way, Ralf offers to pick up the vehicle if you cant drive it in. Awesome!

I had a simple fix. Needed my info screen replaced and back up camera. I have an extended warranty of which they would not agree to the price parts they were willing to pay for. Neither would they accept parts from the warranty, this after keeping my car for thirteen days. Guess I should be happy I only had to pay $153 to diagnose a problem I already I had. Keep your money, go elsewhere

I only called for a simple quote to get my range rover tuned up. The person who answered the phone tried to upcharge me $400 to $500 above what actually land rover dealership quoted me. Bad business practice. They should be cheaper than the actual dealership maintenance prices. I will not use them nor recommend them.

I just purchased a Range Rover. I was looking for a tire pressure sensor because one was leaking. When I googled Land Rover to find the part. Sarek came up in the Google search. It was 2 miles from my house. When I arrived I was met by Jon at the big garage door on the side of the building. They keep the front door locked when no one is up front because of COVID. My first impression was WOW. The shop was very organized and clean. There were Land Rovers and BMWs in all phases of repair. Including frame off restoration! I paid $300 to have an in depth pre purchase inspection done at this place since I was an out of state buyer and the seller said he knew Sarek well.They showed me some minor issues that I got resolved with the seller.Had the car for one month and am looking at $5000 in repairs they failed to mention. My mechanic here said it’s clear they ignored all of the leaks and other issues.Waste of money.

I was having problems with my 2009 650I BMW and I took it to a trusted mechanic who gave me all types of horror stories after just doing a scan. After thinking it through I realized that he just didnt want to do the work anymore so I was referred by one of my best friends to carry it to Sarek. I have seen this place before and heard good things about them so I decided to give them a try. I had never gone before because I am usually loyal to people I do business with.. whoever gives me value and satisfaction but my person failed and it was time to find another mechanic. From the very beginning after speaking to John and Jeff I felt relaxed that they would find my problem and fix it. I assured them that I was in no hurry & for them to take their time and they did. They called me with updates and apologized more than once for keeping it in the shop because they were short-handed I really appreciated that but as I told them I was in no hurry at all and to take their time and they did. So far my problem is fixed my car is running great I cant say enough how pleased I was with their professionalism but also with the Personal Touch of having conversation and a few laughs. There is no doubt in my mind that they will be number one on my list to take care of my 2 BMWs in the future. Wonderful experience at this Indy shop! They were able to work me in for a pre-purchase inspection the same day I called. Very responsive to your needs. I took my Sport to the local dealership and they just pushed the vehicle through without really addressing the issue i brought it in for. The service department at Sarek was very detailed and found my issue and addressed it. They are not cheap but i feel comfortable that the issues are repaired and trust the repairs. No one else will touch my vehicle.

Only got a diagnostic done for my car but they took care of me! From giving me a detailed summary on my car to getting me a rental and a ride to and from the rental spot. This is going over the top customer service! Very happy with these business and will be using them again moving forward!

Very disappointed. While most of the work, new top installation and upholstery repair, were done satisfactory, the main reason I took my car in was a miss and when I picked it up it was doing exactly the same thing. This was after keeping my car for 3 months.

I will Not be using Sarek again, sorry not sorry. They quoted me at 5k to get all the work done on my 04 BMW. They stated 1,500 just to get the car started. My car is up and running for a little over 1k. Thanks, but no thanks. I guess they saw a woman coming.

By the way your shop looked great!The work on converting the suspension my 1968 Mini Cooper mkII turned out to be a bigger job than I had imagined so the total cost was somewhat higher than I had anticipated! However it had to be done to get the car back on the road and so far on the 70 mile drive home everything ran just great. I will keep in touch in case any new issues arise.

Although they may not always be the cheapest shop in town they are trustworthy, which is invaluable when safety and reliability are at stake. I found them to be extremely accurate in their assessment of the condition of the car. They quoted me to work I thought might need to be done, and were extremely fair on everything they did. If they found work that they did not need to do it was not performed, and I was called and told about that. We had an incredible experience with your shop and will certainly babe be back.Five stars top shelf.

Unfortunately, I cannot provide a good review because it cost me $300.00 for an inspection of my engine that resulted in the same conclusion as the RR dealer. BLUF...I need a new engine. In fact the price Sarek quoted for a RR engine $39K...exceeded the dealers price by $8,000. In fairness to Sarek, the engine shop, I chose to do the work, reviewed Sareks diagnostic and stated it was a very good diagnostic. Additionally, Sareks customer service was good because, I received the diagnostic on the day promised. Would I take my RR there for future maintenance? It is doubtful, because of their price structure. All the best!

SAREK is a Top Shelf BMW / Land Rover Auto Repair Shop located conveniently on Brook Rd right up the street from Parham Rd. I took our BMW X3 to Richmond BMW for an inspection and they passed it without noticing the front Tie Rod was very loose. My wife started complaining about road vibration, so I called SAREK to see if they could check our X3. Without any hesitation John, the best Shop Manager ever offered a rental so my wife could get to work. I have dealt with with a lot of shady, untrustworthy local shops and I have never experienced this level of customer care and consideration! SAREK cared from the beginning and when a quote was presented, John offered us (2) financing options that were perfectly tailored to my wife and I. This financing helped so much because this time of year we have Children Birthdays and the Holidays.....what a blessing! Jeff, Matt, and the team at Sarke Autowerke are awesome. My Defender 90 broke down on I-95 on Sunday evening and I was stranded without a critical part. On Monday morning, the two local Land Rover dealerships said the part needed to be ordered from the UK and would take 1 to 2 weeks to arrive. After an Internet search, I discovered that I was less than 10 miles from Sarek. I spoke with Jeff in the morning, and he said they would sort me out. Once we arrived with the tow truck at Sarek, having seen all the other Landys in the parking lot, I knew I was in the right place. They sourced the part, did a complete inspection, and had me back on the road that afternoon. It was a great experience!

I came here on the off chance they could help me in a quick emergency. Sure enough they could help. One of my parts broke under my car and it would take me about 5min to fix it. The came out right away and help me do it. If not, I know the part underneath my car wouldnt make the 2hr drive home. I give them a 5 star for great timing, speedy, and friendly service.

I took my car in for a simple state inspection which would have been $20+ but ended up spending $700+ instead. I usually take my vehicle to the BMW dealership but they didn’t have any available appointment slots so I took it to this dealer. An oil change for my vehicle at the BMW dealership would have cost me under $200, this dealer charged me over $200! In addition, my TPM was acting up, they charged me $150 for diagnostic plus the cost to replace my some plugs for the tires which should have corrected the problem. It didn’t and the wanted to charge me additional diagnostic fees when I was already charged $150! I was not happy at all paying $700+ and my TPM is still malfunctioning.

My repair took longer than expected. Follow up could have been better. My driver side floor mate was dirty ., looks like grease.

My first experience with Sarek Autowerke was super fantastic. I had gas fumes coming into the car for 2-3 weeks or so & I couldnt find the issue. I said to myself if they can find this problem they can repair anything on my car.They found that a tiny O-Ring was missing on one of my fuel injectors within 1 hour or less, found and fixed it. They only charged me $90 buck for the labor/repair. The fumes were so bad coming thru the ventilation system that you couldnt stand to ride in the car.Great honest team too.Sam Schofield
