Eric, the service manager, went above and beyond to find me tires for my horse trailer. He was very helpful & personable over the phone. Eric made special trips to other stores in order to gather up the number of tires I needed and had them all back at the Glen Allen store for delivery in less than 2 hours the same day. Finding that level of customer service is invaluable and very rare these days. Keith was also very helpful when I arrived for pick up and he courteously loaded my tires for me. Associates like these are a big reason why my husband and I buy our Goodyear tires here! Well definitely be back here for our next purchase soon!

Great customer service, quick turn-around time! I had a flat tire in the middle of the night traveling from Raleigh, NC through VA for my daughters soccer. I dropped my crippled car at Goodyear and made an appointment for service over the website that same night. I received a call from Goodyear in the morning saying they were ordering my tire and would have the tire change completed that same day. They kept me updated and were very friendly. It’s never fun when you have a flat tire, but it’s much better if it happens near the Goodyear location on Brook Road in Glen Allen, VA. The service manager, Eric Brown, was fantastic. He searched to find the specific tire we needed. Unfortunately it wasn’t in stock and since it was a Saturday afternoon, we couldn’t get the tire until Monday. After ordering the tire, Eric helped us find a rental car, and even helped us unload and reload our belongings! The great service lessoned the frustration we experienced. We definitely recommend this business.

Tony and Keith were extremely helpful after I caught a flat. I originally drove to Firestone where they refused to even give me a little air because “they were swamped”. I walked to Goodyear and although busy, Keith offered me his air pump and I was able to drive over to the shop. Even though I didn’t purchase from them that day I was treated like I’d bought out the inventory. I will definitely be back to receive recommended services and will refer anyone in need. Mechanic pulled my tire Valve stem apart. He said he’d get my tire patched in about 4/5 hours not a problem. Manager said oh no he can wait for three or four days according to the computer were too busy to patch his tire. I told him that’s fine I’ll patch it when I get home and I’ll put my spare on. Problem is the manager told me to go ahead and take my tire and the mechanic never put my valve stem back together. And they threw away my parts. So now I have a steel wheel on $100,000 truck waiting for four days for new chrome parts to get here that I had to pay for out-of-pocket because the managers rude

Tony the store manager went above and beyond for my family. While on a cross-country road trip with an approaching hurricane, our tire blew out on the interstate. Tony went out of his way to retrieve a tire for us from another warehouse and installed it quickly and efficiently. His price was very reasonable and his mechanics were friendly and helpful. I always get great service at the Brook Road Goodyear. They explain to me what is wrong, talk about options, and check to see if any coupons I dont know about apply before checking me out. They go the extra mile to take good care of my cars. I appreciate their skill and how pleasant they are.

When my car felt like it wasnt hugging the road as it should, I asked the Goodyear store to check the tires and take it for a drive which they did. Even though my tires already had 65,000 miles on them, they didnt try to sell me a new set. They verified that the tread was still good and invited me to return if there were any further issues. I felt like they had my best interests at heart and were not trying to take advantage of the customer. Very much appreciated.

Was traveling for the weekend, 100 miles from home or my destination. Flat tire on I 95. Most places closed on Saturday others were appointment only and booked. Went to Goodyear on Brook Ave. Keith and the entire team were professional and went out of their way to get us back on the road with new tires in about 2 hours, which included getting the tires from their warehouse. While on our vacation we blew a tire on our camper. I called Goodyear hoping to find a Goodyear Endurance tire. I spoke with Eric who took excellent care of us. He did not have our tire in stock but found one at a neighboring Goodyear shop. He drove over, picked it up and got us taken care of. Eric was very friendly and made it a pleasure doing business. Thanks for a excellent experience.UPDATE.....Another 5 🌟So not feeling safe for our return trip home with 3 China bomb tires on our camper, I contacted Goodyear again. Between Tony, Eric and Keith they were able to get me 3 more tires to complete a 4 tire change for our camper. Not having the tires in stock, Tony located 3 tires at another location. He drove over, picked them up and brought back to there store for us. We decided to have the tires installed before our departure and these gentlemen made it happen. I brought them 1 tire at a time and they took care of us. This just goes to show how much they care about there customers. Tony, Eric and Keith are by far the best. If I could give a higher rating I would. Thank you for all you do.

Had competition basically ignore part of appointment even though had approved by manager and two days prior by assistant also. Walked in, spoke the guys at the counter and they got me in, 4 good tires and more. Was out in 3 hours. They did in last minute what other store couldnt with 5 day ahead setup.

Staff takes the time to make sure you understand what they are doing and more importantly why. Felt comfortable with all the things that needed to be done at the just under 70K mark. Most of the services and parts have the Goodyear warranty so its worth sticking with a good well known service company. Found this great location near my house which is a bonus!. Ive been bringing my car to Goodyear for around 10 ys now and just added tires to the latest service. Good price and since they rotate and do all those things with a regular oil change.. it makes it the best place for one stop services.

For someone who doesn’t know a lick when it comes to automobiles, the people at this Goodyear were super helpful and cared about their customer’s satisfaction. My sales associate, Keith, contacted me numerous times with updates on my vehicle and numerous options when it came to things needing fixed. My service manager, Eric, did everything he could to get my car back to working order and made sure that I could safely return back home when the time comes. Yesterday my car stalled on an exit ramp and Troy from this Goodyear location was behind me. He was able to tell me what was wrong with my car in seconds and helped me move my car off the road. He continued to stay with me for over an hour while waiting for the tow truck and my ride. Without his amazing customer service and assistance, I would have been much more stressed! Very thankful I ran into him. Highly recommend this Goodyear!

Eric B. and Keith S. were absolutely amazing! I came in to get my tires replaced because my front passenger tire was deflating on me constantly. Though they didnt have any in stock, they were able to order the tires to arrive either later on that evening or the following morning and we set up an appointment for the following day to get the tires replaced, my oil changed, and an alignment. As I was leaving, they offered to top off the tire that was deflating on me and thats when Keith noticed that a huge strip of my tire was missing on the inside; it could have blown on my way over there, but would certainly not hold up to the 75+ highway miles it would have taken me to get home and then back the following day. Despite having just arriving back from the warehouse, Eric offered to make the trip back to the warehouse immediately to ensure that I was leaving today in a vehicle that wasnt going to have a blowout on my way home. Within a few short hours, all of the plans for the following day were already completed. I could have been seriously injured if it werent for the skillful eyes, care, and compassion of the VCC Goodyear team. Major kudos to you guys for getting me back up and (safely) running!

It was 4:50 pm and they didnt have to answer the phone, but they did. I had a flat and they stayed open and assisted me with my tire. The tire wasnt in stock, they ordered it, gave me a ride home and had my car back to me by mid morning the next day.

Total joke of a place. Nobody knows how to properly wear a mask. I have a flat tire with 2 kids with me and I get told that their too busy to change a tire. Made sure to tell me that they carry my tire but won’t change it. I don’t recommend this place at all. The place was dead but apparently too busy for a 15 minute tire change. PATHETIC.

I’ve been coming to this Goodyear at Virginia Center Commons for almost 20 yrs. I’ve had great honest service whether I wanted to know the truth (or cost) or not! My tire blew on the highway and the whole front drivers side needed to be lifted off the ground and get repaired. They squeezed us in and in less than an hour had my car tire put on and even put q screw on my bumper so we could make it back to pa. GREAT deal on my tires

We were traveling through the area this past Saturday afternoon and the serpentine belt in my Explorer disintegrated. Made it to this Goodyear store and had a wonderful experience. Worked with Eric & Ward was the mechanic who replaced the belt. Eric even helped me with my grandsons problematic car seat. They got us back on the road very quickly and we were able to get to our destination. I am so thankful for the service they provided.....They did a great job for us!!

These guys were the absolute best. While traveling for the first time towing a camper in May I picked up a nail in my rear passenger tire. I was worried about my safety traveling and as one of their last clients of the day they fit me in and patched me up to continue on my trip. This kept me on schedule without a major expense. They took me in right away and made me feel like their only client when clearly they were busy. If you need tire service see these guys they will not disappoint.

These guys really helped me last night. I had a blowout on 95 north and was having anxiety about driving around on the donut spare. I first went to the Firestone next door and it took them several minutes until they said they only had one technician so could not help me. I zipped on over to Goodyear knowing they closed at 7:00. I got there about 6:32 but they were able to get a new tire on quickly and both the guy behind the counter and the technician were super nice about it. I feel like price wise it was reasonable. Im so grateful to them and will be glad to give more business in the future!

I found myself needing new tires for wifes car. She is currently experiencing extreme ill health which adds to ones stress level. When I picked up my car with new tires, I noticed that the car was making a new knocking noise. After about three miles the constant knocking was so extreme that I thought the differential was shot and in my mind I barely got UT home. The car did NOT make the noise prior to my Goodyear so I atomatically thought the worst of the place. Next morning I went back to complain about my undrivable car. Eric, the manager on duty, calmly listened to my accusations, offered to pay the towing back to the shop.So.....the problem was the 2002 Jeep Cherokees muffler brackets were shot....it had nothing to do with the Goodyears work.In fact they fixed it for free....despite my complaing.This is an A-1, class facility.I HIGLY recommend it and you will be treated well!Thank you, Eric!

Great service! I had a flat and called to see if they could replace the tire. They were able to fit me into the schedule quickly, and when it turned out they didn’t have the right size tire at this store, they drove to another Goodyear to get one. Really went above and beyond!

I went into Goodyear in Glen Allen today at the last min with my kid traveling 4 hrs away from here & my car started shaking really bad. I first went to Firestone next door & they wouldnt help but when I came here, Keith the sales associate called to see if anyone else could help because he jus didnt have the time but no one could so he said you know what leave the keys in the car & Im going to do everything I can assist you because I dont want you driving all the back home (4hrs) away like that. He was a life saver ! Him & his Co workers that assisted deserve 10 stars !!!!

Goodyear and the guys lead by Troy at the Glen Allen location are doing great things. Helped me with a credit on some road hazard damage and replacement of 2 tires, even though I did not have a receipt available. We were able to sort it out.

Mechanics tend to get a bad rep. Ive been taking my Corolla to this location for over ten years. Ive always seemed to get an honest assessment from them. They take the time to thoroughly explain the issues that my car is having, as well as my options. Today, I came in for a stuck lock. Before taking off the door panel, as expected, the manager, Troy, tried some less invasive troubleshooting and managed to get me up and running again in minutes! They never cease to amaze me. I bypass other locations to bring my vehicle to them. They always go the extra mile for me (and others), so I dont mind traveling a few extra miles to get there. Theyre a true testament to the fact that customer service is not dead!

This was an awful experience. There was an unexpected 1 tire flat at night. So I got tow service to pull my car here to get tire replacement next morning. And when I went there in the morning, the staff said all 4 tires should be replaced no matter what, and this is the rule. We have to follow it. Even he didnt really check the car, so I asked why and give me the reasonable reason. He stuttered and later ended up to changing his word, 1 tire replacement is a available., when I said Then I just want to replace to spare tire that the car has. All his attitude was not polite, but arrogant. I felt he was saying something not honest to get more money. So I went to Stonefire right next door that had better price, fast service, kind and welcoming.I DO NOT RECOMMEND HERE AT ALL.

The staff got me in for an emergency tire replacement very quickly. I did not have an appointment, but they got the tire, and squeezed me in between 2 appointments as the first went quicker than anticipated.
