Visited San Tan Sleep Number store and couldnt have been happier. Leroy the salesperson took us through the entire process as if we were new owners since our old sleep number bed was so old. Leroy did not oversell us. He let us take our time and decide which bed fit our budget best along with our comfort. Worked for the best deal and took his time. Extremely great experience. Would highly recommend.
Spent 2 hours picking out a bed and after spending nearly $9,000 on a mattress we were told be 3 weeks to receive it witch is fine. When day came to have are bed delivered and we pulled are room apart to make room for the new one, they showed up and said they dont have all the parts and would have to come back. Giving us another delivery date almost a month away. Called customer care less then helpful. Called stor manager and got no where. Needless to say you would think after spending nearly $9,000 on bed you get better customer service. Ive never had worst customer service ever. I told them to cancel my order and will be looking for a different mattress. Based on customer service alone id never give sleep number a cent of my money.
I highly recommend this sleep number store! A.J. Betancourt spent a great deal of time going over the features and benefits of all of the different mattresses and bases offered by Sleep Number. I truly appreciate his patience and professionalism while helping my wife and I find the right bed for us.
We’ve worked with Kyle and Albert on multiple occasions and every single one has been professional, helpful, enjoyable and sometimes entertaining. Worked with Kyle and he was professional, personable and had a great sense of humor. He was very knowledgeable about the beds and took his time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I am super pleased with the service, price and honesty from him and the fact that he was not pushy with us. We purchased a bed and will update once we sleep on it a while but I really dont forsee any problems. These are quality beds made in the USA and so glad we wont have to buy another bed for a LONG time. Thanks Kyle, it was fun to work with you.UPDATE: Got my bed today but do not have the mattress pad and it wont be here until Monday. That doesnt make sense to me. Called and left a message and will update when I get a call back.

I highly recommend a different store. Or just avoid the salesperson Leroy. All he cares about is lying to you and saying whatever it takes to get the sale and earn his commission. Once he has your money he is done trying to help you. Tried to call him to get clarity on something and he was short with me, lied to me, then ultimately hung up on me. This is a guest service person and he hung up on a customer that had spent $9000 with him, what a joke and what a horrible person. If you must go to this store to purchase, avoid Leroy at all costs, he will seem nice and lie to you just to get your money.
Lyndsey was amazing! She answered all of our questions and there was no high pressure sales that you dread when going into a retail speciality shop. We were able to lay on the beds and she encouraged us to take our time. She was very knowledgeable about all of the products. We are very excited about our bed.
Even though they proclaim to be the health and wellness partners of the NFL and have signage that Gilbert requires masks, neither of the 3 employees wore any masks nor did they enforce the three other customers in their store to wear masks. Even though I was in the market to spend thousands of dollars today, I will take my business to Tempurpedic as Sleep Number does not care about their customers. I would give zero stars if I could.

An extremely helpful, bright woman from this store gave me quite a bit of her time when I needed help with a sleep number I got second hand. She didn’t try to sell me a new one and treated me like a client despite the fact that I technically am not one and merely have a bed I got from someone else. However, when I do need a new sleep number I’ll get it from this location. Other reviews indicate that the customer service at this store is exceptional, I’m certain that it is.
Kyle and staff did a great job with information about the changes Select Comfort has made since we purchased our first sleep number bed. So far we are pleased with the purchase we made and would like to thank the staff at San Tan Village location for their assistance and the set up crew who were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.
I had a great experience with the 2 ladies Lindsay and Theresa at the San Tan location! They were very knowledgeable about the different beds that I could pick from. They helped me find the perfect sleep number to help me with my bad back... I cannot wait to get my new bed! I highly recommend these ladies :)
This past Saturday we had the pleasure of working with LeRoy. We went in thinking we just wanted the mattress. But after LeRoy worked with us showing us the upgrades you can get and the relief that can be felt. We decide to wait when we have more money set aside so we can purchase all upgrades. WE WILL BE BACK!!

Yeah this place does not have a mask policy. The guy I spoke with didnt have one. Im immunocompromised and he didnt even care. This store is garbage
I worked with AJ from this store originally on purchasing a headboard for my M7 bed. I already had the sleep number silhouette and worked with Aj and his resources to see if the headboard was compatible with the silhouette and brackets. Through text messaging AJ confirmed this match as compatible. Well after waiting 6 weeks the headboard was delivered today. The techs had lots of issues attaching the headboard. They couldnt get it right so they took a bunch of pictures and told me customer service would be reaching out to me in an hour. Since that never happened I called customer service and spoke to Brett. He acted like he wanted to help and also wanted pictures. I agreed to send him pictures and asked for him to call me back for an update. When I called back he was gone for the day and i spoke with another agent named Ronnika. She advised she would need to see the pictures. I agreed to send them to her and she said she would call me back. She then advised me that all sales are final on an upholstered bed and would not give me a number or a name of her boss or someone with authority. She told me she reports to the CEO. Now it looks like Im out over 1200 and have a sloppy looking headboard that isnt sturdy. I called the Gilbert sleep number location and asked for a general manager. Leeroy who took my call said he did not have the numbers to the GM but could conference in AJ. Now all these of us are on a call together. Aj said he was upset that I called customer service first and not the store. I told him I was just following the directions of the delivery driver. Aj acknowledged and remembered us working together on the headboard and said he would make all the necessary calls to make sure I get refunded. I asked Aj to put it in writing and send me an email recapping him making the calls needed to get me a full refund. Aj said he would do it right away,however, didnt. On sunday, I emailed AJ and gave him the benefit of the doubt and to send me that email by sunday close of business but he did not follow up on his word. This is not how I expect to be treated after spending $10k on a bed. How does this individual get away with lying so he can make a sale? With everything going on in the world you would think sleep number would be easier to work with. After 3 years of owning sleepnumber products, i would not buy another product from them based on their inability to take care of the customer. What Im finding out is not even the local stores have the authority to give refunds or exchanges. You have to get stuck doing in circles with their terrible customer service practices.

I bought an i 8 with a flex 2 base bed at this store two years ago. Without a doubt this is the best bed I have ever owned. Recently I had back surgery, the adjustable feature of the bed made my recovery so much easier. A friend I recommended this bed to bought one 6 months ago. Though his wife loved the adjustable feature, he never used it until he fell playing pickleball and badly bruised his ribs. Now he is a believer too lol.Theresa was the salesperson for both myself and my friend, she did a fantastic job as she knew all the products inside and out plus made sure we got all the discounts available at the time.

A.J. at the San Tan Village location went above and beyond when I paid a visit to the Sleep Number store recently. He made sure to ask about previous purchases and how everything worked out for my family. He was patient and informative about my questions regarding new purchases and had wonderful suggestions for me. I left the store completely satisfied with my purchases and would like to commend him for his customer service ability.
I bought my bed a few months ago just before an impending surgery. A friend of mine recommended I try out a sleep number bed. Even though I saw a few negative reviews for this store, I felt that it wasnt enough to keep me from giving them a try. The associates at the store were friendly, knowledgeable and helped me to buy a bed that was within my budget. I have sent others to the store as well, and they couldnt be any happier.
We scheduled a “private appointment” and walked in to a full store. Sad and disappointed in false advertising.

Unprofessionalism at it’s best. Store “owner” asks if I know anyone that owns a Sleep Number to which I say no and his reply is “do you have any friends?”. Was willing to let that fly but his sarcasm continued. What a joke this guy is and horrible representation for a company like Sleep Number

Wow.... to say the least. The manager provided me with the absolute most amazing customer experience. They manager and the staff made me feel like i was the only person that mattered. I felt like I really have gained friends there. I would recommend anyone who wants not only a matress but the feeling of friendship, this is simply the only the place to go. The warmth and inviting feel makes me want work there. The price was higher than i originally budgeted, but i realize the difference i paid was well worth all the technology. I waited for delivery before i posted any reviews because i heard that delivery could be an issue. Even though they showed up within the time frame it was a bit later than expected. Otherwise, they were excellent and did a great job. Im sure no company is perfect but the experience has been so far. Thank you A.j. and team. I will be recommending friends and co-workers soon.
This was the most welcoming place and professional place I’ve ever encounter at a bed store. So enviting, non pushy, great experience and very knowledgeable staff. I went in and spoke with one of the sales associates who was very friendly and knowledgable about the products. I havent had the money to buy a bed from here yet but i like the options and how they are customized to meet the persons needs. I am eying the sheets and pillows from here though. I would highly recommend going in to see Lindsay or Theresa.

My husband and I just bought a sleep number m7 adjustable bed. In addition, we bought pillows and sheets and spent nearly $10,000 for everything because we got the built-in massager. Most of the time the Sleep IQ doesnt work so we cant get an accurate reading, but what really has me thinking about returning everything is the fact that we are moving and our movers have told us that Sleep Number has told them not to move these beds and that we have to have the Sleep Number representatives move our bed. They are charging $180 for take down and $180 for set-up in our new home, so basically $360 to move our bed. What kind of scam is this? Telling moving companies you are going to be sued if you move beds and then charging your customers ridiculous amounts of money to move a bed. We have only had the bed a couple of weeks and Im thinking I can invest that $10,000 in a tempurpedic adjustable bed and save a lot of money. What a horrible company and the way they treat their customers is truly deplorable.
Im reading all these negative reviews. First off, if they were as horrible as some of these comments have made them out to be, they wouldnt still be in business since 87. And theyre selling more and more each year it seems. I have just ordered mine, however I have house sat for my parents quite a few times and they have had the C-2 for 8 years now and it still holds up great. My wife and I love it when theyve asked us to house sit cause we know were going to get a great nights sleep every night. My sister has owned hers for 7 years and she bought one for her 5th wheel. I cant wait to get mine in a few weeks. As for customer service issues, ive been in touch with them a few times this past week with no problems.. Not sure why some people are saying they can never get a hold them I havent had problems

Its been a while since I bought my sleep number bed and have not been able to speak to customer service to schedule the delivery. Every time I call... says busy... call us later and no other options.
