We were out looking for a truck all day, and finally found Autoland. We called ahead of time to see if the truck was available. We were greeted by Andrew, who was extremely knowledgeable. He started the financing approval before we arrived. When we got to Autoland out truck was pulled at and ready for our test drive. The truck drove great, and when we got back, Andrew informed us we were approved. In less than 1 hour, we were driving our new truck home .Definitely would recommend Autoland to anyone.

Let me start at the beginning, after searching for a car for months and trying to get financed as a first time buyer I called Autoland and the service was awesome, they went above and beyond to help me get my BMW. A few days after buying it I realized that something had happened to my radiator, so Joe again going above and beyond came to my house at 8 oclock on a rainy Saturday night to check the radiator, then got it towed back to the dealership where he and a colleague worked on a Sunday to make sure I was back on the road with no problem the following monday.Very thankful for the great service and beyond helpful staff! I couldnt have asked for a better experience and it is highly unlikely you will find better service elsewhere.

I shopped for a used Jeep Wrangler recently and found a beautiful black 2006 and I had to check it out. My wife and I drove to the dealership on monday and saw the vehicle, and it was just what I have been looking for. Medium mileage and super great finish, the previous owners had taken great care of it. Unfortunately, due to some family circumstances that were out of my control, I wasnt able to get that vehicle, but the management at Autoland was kind enough to offer to help me out again when we are in a good position to purchase. Im so hurt right now...I thought these people was honest people...but I guess there are not any honest people any more in this world. I Im a hard working person I dont have alot of money but that dont give any one the excuse to take advantage of meAbout 2 years ago I got a car from here and to this Day I still cant get that car to pass inspection . No one could tell me what was wrong with it...Im going back and forward with the courts about my tag. I really cant afford to get another car and YES...Im still paying car payment s on it though the bank. I dont know where Autoland went to ...BUT DONT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE....

I must say that I have bought quite a few cars in my life time and I have never been treated as well as I was at Autoland . I took my friend there who was credit challenged . They bent over backwards to put him in a car. After trying to help him with numerous banks and him getting declined . They chose to finance the vehicle for him. I really do appreciate the time they took to help him and get a car. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a vehicle .

First they try to brip you off by adding 3 to 4 grand more on a vehicle that previously was quoted as being 3 to 4 grand cheaper - then are the worse used car lot on the strip - please do not make a huge mistake by buying from these crooks!!! consider yourselves warned!!!

Terrible place of business. I bought a truck from them and drove it off the lot with their temp tag.... they said you will have the permanent tag in about 2-3 weeks fine understandable. Well 3 weeks later we get a call that they sent my tag put by overnight. I never got the tag so then the bank calls me wanting to know where the title is. They never sent the title so then the bank calls them to find out whats going on. They said I never paid the property tax which has always been included in the final sale price in my experiences. So I had to go pay the state sales tax on it. By now the temp tag is well past expired. They said they been trying to call me to get me to pay the taxes. I had my phone records printed out and not one call was on it from them after the call that they made saying they mailed out my permanent tag. Then they called the bank and told them that I refused to pay the sales tax. How could I refuse to pay the sales tax when they never called me? So after the bank keeps calling me without a issue they told me I had to bring the physical hard copy of the receipt up there so I did. Then the lady says that its the exact paperwork she needed and that she was going straight to the DMV to get the tag. Now for the 2nd time Im being told it will be mailed overnight because I live over 2 hours from the dealer ship. 3 days later Im getting another call from the bank saying that it was somehow the wrong receipt....... so now I still have no tag... but somehow now its ok to just fax them another copy of the receipt hmmmm.... so I do so and now Im being told I have to give them another $55 for the late fees from them not doing their part before the tag will be mailed. A week later and I still have no tag...... wonder what their excuse is this time..... I wouldnt recommend anyone going there to buy a vehicle. I know they will never see my business again...

When i first arrived on the lot, the staff was trying to fix one of their cars that had actually broke down in the parking lot...not good. When asked if I needed help, the salesman obliged but at the same time had an attitude as if I was interrupting his business which was none. I proceeded to test drive a vehicle that idled rough after letting it warm up and proceeded to the I85 for a test drive. The car ran ok but the Check Engine light came on. I told the salesman about this issue but he then proceeded in a very smart@## attitude that the car ran good but the Check Engine light had nothing to do with the cars performance...duhhhhhh! I also stated that the front end was cracked on the car and he stated that he hadnt had time to fix it. mind you, this is a Mercedes. I did my homework before I even went to this place by reading its reviews and believe me when I tell you....Please read the reviews when you go, if you go. Its the luck of the draw that some folks where treated with respect and had a good experience. I did not experience good customer service as well as driving a prestigious piece of machine that seemed like it was refurbed in the ghetto. I think if these guys want to go far in business, trying being truly in tuned to the customer and stop thinking that just because you have a car that appears to be clean that SOMEBODY will buy it.

Worst experience in car buying ever!! I wish i had read the reviews before involving myself in such a purchase. When first arriving, the two gentleman sat on chairs looking back at my wife and i, Almost giving us a look as if when were in the way. The buying experience was a complete run around. We were at last minute of needing a car, so we continued. The check engine light appeared the day after purchase. We brought it back, they reset the light. It came back on the following day, their so-called mechanic was never available. Waste of time. Got the vehicle in October 19, didnt see the actual tag until Dec 10th. Constant phone calls were made on my end to get the tag. After getting the tag, Autoland gave a temporary tag. They told my wife that the T on the sticker meant taxes. This place is a disaster when it comes to business!!!

I put down my down payment tax and tag. The financing was rescinded on two separate occasions I never got a tag. They gave the run around for 4 months then admitted to me they didnt have a title for the car. Joe, the owner of the lot then disrespected and attempted to embarrass my wife when she had questions. This is a bad place run by a man that thinks people in the south are to stupid to know when theyre being scammed!!

They lie about quality of vehicles. When the car breaks down they dont answer calls. Do an illegal repossession and then turn around and sell the vehicle to another unsuspecting buyer. Scammers and thieves

Absolutely horrible dealership. I didnt even get through the greeting with the sales associate before I felt like he didnt want me there. He was rude, obnoxious and then when I asked basic questions that most people would ask, he treated me as though I had NO idea what the car buying process was like.I will not recommend this dealership to anyone.
